141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: June 08, 2023, 09:59:15 PM
..... If the player is both impatient and greedy then that's the worst combination, a recipe for a disaster.
This is the exact point. These two combinations will really make us lost to any gambling. If we cannot manage our emotion in gambling, cannot manage the risks and also the funds for gambling, this will also lead someone to be more impatient. Moreover if he is panic enough to face the reality of gambling loss. They will be easily losing their money.

In many cases, gambling is nlt easy. If someone is being greedy and impatinent, moreover woth lack knowlegde amd ability for gambling.this means that this is very high risks, isn't this?
A lack of patience can lead to a bad situation and some gamblers don't pay attention to how emotional it can be to destroy lifestyle. Greedy users go for higher bets and it leads to burst bankroll sooner or later, which is why learning to control emotions may have a huge effect. Gambling losses shouldn't affect our personal life, if loss gets out of control it is going to leave a huge stamp on life, IMHO.

Oh, okay thank you, everyone!

Nice to see you guys helping me, I guess we have a good amount on the second week of this month. Date 15 are in middle of the weeks, so we can get double on the second week this month (monthly + weekly).

I hope, this month we have post-monthly ~XD.

I think Monthly is big enough if wagered in an appropriate way,I mean I have wagered a lot this month but unfortunately I am a mere Bronze VIP so I won't get more than 25 dollars as max,I have wagered over 6000 dollars while I have gambled about 300 but that kept me playing a whole lot and got from 17% to near 30% of my VIP level, the only good thing after losing 300 dollars which is not a small amount at least for me  Grin.

We had post monthly in May but it was not a good one,for me it was just 0.67 dollars for three days which converted in 2.14 dollar so I am only looking forward for the monthly bonus which can be even exactly one week from now next Thursday night  Grin.
Monthly and weekly bonuses depend on the games that you play, the more you play slots with house edge the higher the rewards will get. The base amount is not actual anymore for VIP ranks, the wagered amount is the main thing that plays a role in the bonus calculation. Eddie confirmed this info a few months ago, so it is logical why bonuses go down each month.
143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: June 04, 2023, 09:27:13 PM
The topic still has a lot of interest from the readers of the forum. After all, who wouldn't want to win $100 stable every day for the rest of their lives? Or rather earn. Everyone would like that. The advantage of online gambling is that you can gamble anywhere in the world and therefore generate money everywhere. But we really shouldn't call it work. There used to be card counters in the casino, but since shuffling machines have been introduced, that is no longer possible. Could there really be people who could be successful in a casino in the long run? That is, a passive and stable income?
Income? I doubt anyone has been able to achieve stable returns in the long-term gambling. Maybe the odds are in favor of a gambler who gambles through sports betting but I still have doubts about long-term profitability. The long run shows how dangerous it is to rely on luck in both trading and business, I believe this is actual for gamblers who look for holy grail gambling strategy. Just my 2 cents.
144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $90,000 all in bet on: June 03, 2023, 09:49:05 PM
I wonder how he felt after losing such a huge amount of money but surely he could have been in constant stress and frustration because big money was lost on the table. He's going to have a hard time recovering from previous losses but I think he'll keep trying and maybe he won't stop until he's managed to recover. Maybe he should take a break from betting for a few days and recover from the disappointment of losing it. But if he still decides to continue gambling, he can do so but must understand the risk of losing could happen again.
Disappointment is certain, even though he has more money but $90,000 is not a small amount for sure he will feel disappointed stressed and even worse will leave gambling for a long time.
I can't understand why someone like Op who has managed to double his fortune from $4k to $90,000 but still wants to double the risk again in a single bet ends up losing all the money.
I can relate to why he made such a decision, this is how he turned $4k into $90k. He just keeps gambling to build more and more because it is never enough but we know what happens at the end. Disappointment is real but we can't do anything since OP is the gambler who loves to make huge risks and he hopes to rob the casino bankroll one day. Maybe he wanna be a millionaire in the shortest way possible, who knows. Just my 2 cents.
145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: He Committed Suicide After Losing School fees, And That Of Friend To Betting.. on: June 03, 2023, 09:07:02 PM
That is a very sad story, how people can't figure out the way out of the gambling addiction but only see suicide as a solution. Gambling addiction is dangerous for people who can't control themselves and keep continue betting on various sports events with their life savings. We have to educate gamblers to keep themselves safe and don't get stuck on endless loss streaks which is possible due to the house edge set by the casino aka house. We must help people suffering from addiction to prevent stories like this to appear.

147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there play and pay later casinos? on: May 27, 2023, 09:32:51 PM
Lol. Never heard about such a concept, maybe it is possible with special promotions offered by casino management.
It is not something people's life should depend on, so I can't see the reason why some people think it is necessary to have "play and pay later" casinos.
Maybe taking a loan can be the next easy alternative to this concept since it is easy to get one-click loans thanks to today's online banking apps.
148  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: May 27, 2023, 08:55:04 PM
I don't see this to have any serious effect on player knowing too well that is gambling and to me, it is advisable after you make your first win leave the gambling site or the casino house otherwise you could be tempted to swipe away all the winning. As a gambler you need to gamble responsibly and do not allow greed to run over you otherwise after first winning you could be tempted to try luck at this point it has resulted from chasing loses.
The best bet for a gambler is to quit after first or second win however due to greediness and some enticement by those people offering the service with more offer of winning streaks, a lot of them do stake or place more bets even after their first two losses and when they are at break-even they still continue to gamble untill they are completely rekted while chasing their losses that was what happened to person the OP mentioned, however if the total amount used in betting is the total amount the gambler can afford to lose well that isn't a problem but gambling with every available money is very dangerous.

   -   That is often the problem of the majority of gamblers, greed is what drives them to lose what should have been, we are already missing something. Also, I don't think gambling should be played every day.

Maybe 2 or 3 times a week is fine and it should also be a small budget, and once you run out of extra money, stop, it's that simple, don't hang out on the platform because if you stay, you will chances are high that you will lose again.
The logic is to hit and run always, otherwise, it will rob your last cent no matter which gambling strategy gamblers apply.
Majority of the gamblers play daily whenever they are able to do so, they think house edge is beatable so they never give up trying every day, IMO.

150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: May 22, 2023, 07:21:03 PM
I have noticed that there are many slots even though they have been online for years but nobody has been able to reach the maximum win. Personally when I started playing slots I began with Sweet Bonanza hoping for big wins. I never knew that nobody had ever hit the maximum win even after 4 years since the slot was released.
On the other hand Gates of Olympus was a slot that I thought and considered bad because it didn't give me a single win despite playing about 10 bonus buys and losing every single one. but watching some gambling youtube videos I discovered that many people have actually reached the maximum win on this slot and that’s how i changed my perspective especially when considering your informative topic.
Sweet Bonanza slot has 21000x max win but it is almost impossible to hit 10000x let alone getting max multi on the bonus round. There is lucky winner leaderboard on Stake and you can check what was the max multiplier has since it gets released on the list. The first player on that list has got exactly 3,181× on Sweet Bonanza.
Gates of Olympus is very popular and other versions of this slot have been released lately. Better try Zeus vs Hades slot to get a 15000x max win unlike 5000x on Gates.
151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Casinos Should Do Survey From Time To Time To Assess You. on: May 21, 2023, 09:59:03 PM
That is why it is necessary to read casino ToS before registering or at least making a huge deposit. There are thousands of similar cases where casino operators have explained why it is not allowed to use VPN service to play on specific casinos but users prefer to ignore the ToS requirements and keep doing the same mistakes. Obviously, consequences became hard to accept but it is not the responsibility of casinos to forgive them for the user's mistake, IMHO. Just educating yourself before accepting decisions can change everything then both parties will save money, time, and energy within time, IMO.
152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Expect Consistent Winnings From Gambling - A Lesson I Learnt. on: May 21, 2023, 09:49:28 PM
I agree with you but I think your friend was just a very big fool and there isn't no need pitying for him and reading this from another view, there are people who live a very nice and comfortable live off gambling and it all depends  on what you u tend doing with the proceeds from the winnings.
There was a friend I had who got a major winning from a casino and he went straight to buying of a car which he uses for Uber and today his already living a comfortable  life simply because if his choices and not just gambkjngbabd yes gambling will always be referenced for the credits and success of the player but at the end what makes him is his choices..
Incredible story but hope it will not end like your friend sells the car to gamble so he can recover losses since making 10 deposits per day at casinos.
This is how usually gambling addiction starts and the addicted gambler has no limits since he had already bought a nice car with gambling profits. Losing profit back shouldn't hurt as much as losing life savings, IMHO. This is the wrong mindset on gambling in theory but in reality, this is how gambling profits end tbh.
153  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: May 21, 2023, 09:38:36 PM
Gambling will always stay gambling, so never chase more profits but expect more losses when you bet. That’s how gambling works, and once you chose and decide to gamble, be ready for multiple losses but few gains. However, if you see yourself losing, then never cried and shout and blame other people for that. But learn from your losses instead and never be persuade again to gamble on a huge amount that you cannot manage to lose.
Reckless gambling will lead to bankruptcy or huge financial loss including but not limited to losing life savings, these bad scenarios have happened many times as you can check the related forum boards for finding examples. I usually never like the type of gamblers who keep chasing losses and just hope for a max win to recover previous losses. It is a win-win situation for casinos while gamblers keep losing everything slowly thanks to the house edge factor.

*This is incomplete data since I rarely play outside of these providers nowadays. Feel free to suggest more providers who support cheaper IDR bets.

So far I've tried several providers using IDR like Thunderkick, RedTiger, NoLimitCity, RelaxGaming, Gamomat, Quickspin, BGaming but the minimum bet using IDR is basically the normal conversion from USD to IDR only.
I guess there is no other provider that can be played with very cheap amount with IDR like Pragmatic so I have to say that Pragmatic is the only provider which is very friendly to gambler with small starting bankroll.
Perhaps I'll check some other providers later when I have some funds to play and I'll report it here if I find other provider that support cheaper IDR bets.
Yeah, I agree but there are cheaper options such as Thunderkick slots with PHP currency.
As low as $0.005 cents can be used for playing slots with IDR on Pragmatic or PHP on Thunderkick or BRL for Relax slot providers.

But that's not gonna happen.

1,000+ I already withdraw the amount, there is no way I keep the balance on Casino with high balance. Maybe I just deposit, withdraw, deposit, withdraw and I can get total 100,000$ If lucky.

But for withdraw/deposit activity is on around always under 10,000$.

Got your point, hopefully you will never face such a situation whenever it becomes your lucky day on Stake.
$10k is nice amount to build for first $100k then for $1mln goal btw but we have to win $10k first Smiley
Ofc, not everyday we have such opportunity playing slots and build balance but you never know.
156  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: May 20, 2023, 09:59:06 PM
Gambling is better than shitcoins. At least it is fun.
Ofc, it is better than Binary Options lol. Trading low-volume altcoins has a low return on the investment but you can make 1000x of the initial bet amount or deposit but the gambler can lose only 100% of the balance in the gambling world. Maybe a comparison is not right since the first option is gambling while the second option is related to the trading world. Fun depends on the person, someone with a different mindset may not like trading or gambling. Just my 2 cents.
157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: May 20, 2023, 09:49:24 PM
This kind of treatment or trick has been used by small casinos, they delay withdrawal request so user became impatient then try useless games for increasing the balance but we all know what happens at the end. If an instant withdrawal is not available I usually don't play that balance to double or triple the withdrawal amount when it becomes available. My suggestion is to watch Youtube or funny videos on social media platforms while the support team fills in withdrawal request details aka transaction.
This might also be the result of network congestion last time but I agree, if there’s no instant withdrawal better not to make any transactions if your request is still on process because there’s a big tendency that you will just ended up like this. Gambling can be very tempting, this is why I don’t gamble that much and play with limited funds only, if there’s a winning better to take it right away and don’t try to chase for more, there’s a big risk of losing everything if you continue.
That is what casino management aims to do on your account if you refuse not playing and continue gambling after the withdrawal delay.
Some users are aware of this trick and they don't gamble if casino support tells them to wait a few more hours or a day due to the network congestion on blockchain.

I didn't experience that and that would be a shady action for casino to force their players to play. If something like this will exist better to report them since its like they are pushing us to play against on our will. If the delay is part of network congested then its understandable why it happen.
We are prone to lose if we play if we are out of condition or doesn't like to play at that time so best to withdraw once we are done and still in profit on those casinos.
The main concern is the urge to play or the gambling addiction, some users don't have the patience to wait for the confirmation on the blockchain network.
Once you are in profit, lower the expectations since the house edge factor will work sooner or later. Casinos know this fact and they have a working mechanism to convince the user to play more with various tricks.
Educating yourself and understanding how the system works make gamblers wiser over time, IMHO. Learn the tricks and avoid being a victim in such platforms anyways.
158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: May 20, 2023, 09:39:06 PM
This happened to me already twice in a row. I'm gambling for a long time but this is the first time I experience this kind of messy situation because it involves the fck up mempool.

I deposit my funds in a casino using a low-priority fee. I managed to triple my bankroll by playing a quick game of Blackjack with huge bets. But since my deposit is so frickin slow to confirm while I don't want to bump my fee since it will create a different transaction on my account. Due to my winning streak while still waiting for many hours, I decided to just play slowly using a 1$ bet. This 1$ bet grows to all-in because I just keep losing for an insane lose streak just because I can't withdraw my funds.

Sharing my personal experience of my recent losses so that no one will commit this same mistake. Bet responsibly. I will stay away from gambling for a while now that mempool is starting to suck once again.

DON'T GAMBLE IF THE INSTANT WITHDRAWAL IS NOT AVAILABLE!
This is way more common that what you may think, some casinos when asking for you to go through their KYC process purposely delay this process with the hope the gambler will get tired of waiting and they will begin to gamble away their profits, and in the majority of the cases the tactic works as people get desperate they are not getting their money and then they decide to gamble, and once they see their profits going down they make some risky bets which do nothing but to accelerate and increase their losses.
Sad but true, unfortunately. Some gamblers don't have enough patience to wait for the withdrawal confirmation, so they get tired of the next message time by a support team of the casino and this is the start point of the failed withdrawal story. It never happened on my daily gambling life, so I usually vault such amounts unless I got the urge to play any game on the casino after denied withdrawal request.

What currency is this btw?

It shows Rp which stands for Rupiah which is Indonesian fiat currency or usually known as IDR. His total win is around 2,7M IDR which worth around $180.
Oh, thanks for the info. Not a bad amount considering the low bet amount.
AFAIK, only Stake has wide currencies to pick from before playing  IDR slots of  Pragmatic provider?
Since only Stake has IDR based Pragmatic slots, I have to ask to test this feature.

But stakes have a higher limit withdraw without KYC.

Mine experience withdrawing more than 10,000$ without being asked by KYC. That's why, I chasing a casino who have higher limit withdraw without KYC comparing a casino who ask you KYC for 1,000$.
You never know what will be next move of any casino if something goes wrong for them aka user wins big.
I also like stake for instant withdrawals and higher bet limits, unlike alternative platforms.
BTW, $10k is the average amount maybe you will get a withdrawal limit after the system detects $100k win or above.
