781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: in between the decision to hold or sell on: August 11, 2021, 09:46:17 PM
Only you can decide whether to hold the token or sell it. Whenever you are taking a trade, you should always have a target (take profit) and a stop loss predetermined. This will help guide your decision making. You should only sell went the price get to your stop loss price and also hodl till price get to your take profit. Simple!!!!
So he never gonna cut the loss, better to HODL till reaching the profit point. This is a wrong assumption, the same person can triple the investment if he can cut the loss and reinvest at the right time. Timing is as important as the buy/sell or entry-exit points, IMHO.
782  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 09, 2021, 08:15:24 PM
Sport betting is available on Roobet.com that is very exciting with me.

New seasons began or warmed up with very last weeks before the beginning around the Europe. Roobet.com launched their sports betting in very good time. Do you know since when Roobet launches it for Roobet users?

I did not know the sports betting on Roobet or did I miss something from them?
I just realized that roobet has now added sports betting which many of its fans love, including myself.
After I checked the sports betting interface, it is very elegant with its transparent appearance, indeed this is a very fitting moment for the league season that is about to start and I think I will start trying after the EPL or Serie A starts to place bets on roobet for the first time in sports betting.

I thought that roobet would definitely add a sportsbook to its site and of course I was looking forward to the surprise of a big event, usually roobet always held a new launch if there was a new launch. Cheesy

Kinda surprised to see roobet's progress because I haven't been active here for a few months. First we have to appreciate this launch and of course it's still early, roobet still has a lot of work to do for sports betting. how do they attract new customers and compete with competitors who already have well-known brands, really difficult task
Btw dont miss it  https://twitter.com/Roobet/status/1424037622985359361
It is not going to be easy for Roobet team, there are few competitor bookies that control over 70% of the industry. Probably, new promotions and campaigns will be announced to bring the punters but the overall site service should be improved for getting the best results after a first year which is crucial. In a few months, I wanna bet on improved live betting platform of Roobet and compare the bookies. Anyways, looking forward to the news and updates by Roobet team, hopefully it will be worth waiting Smiley
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to judge whether newly listed coins are worth investing? on: August 08, 2021, 09:15:28 PM
First checking the team background and looking for feedbacks from other investors. After doing small research I put a small amount for test purposes, if the project can convince me to invest more I will go for it. Otherwise, wasting money doesn't worth seeing how the specific token will perform on markets. After getting the positive feedback on the invested project, you can find the account manager on team and ask for special dicounts if you plan to invest big. At the end of day, it all depends on the investing skills and overall score of the projects.
784  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your worst mistake on: August 08, 2021, 08:16:59 PM
my biggest mistake was this:

I used to buy on top and I was always at a loss when the price dropped a lot, I made this mistake for many, many months, even when I promised myself I wouldn't repeat the same mistake at the end of the day I made the same mistake again. it was very hard and annoying to be losing money with the same mistake I was making over and over again

The worst mistake was, loosing patience and go for buy and sell when the market was manipulated.

Man, I've been through this too and I think that all people go through this at the beginning, especially in this cryptocurrency market
Looks like you only placed an order after the correction, wrong trading decisions can lead to early REKT, unfortunately. When you are new to the trading world, such mistakes are acceptable but you have learned from your past mistakes. That is why starting with a small balance is recommended to minimize the potential loss.

Buying at the top price and hoping the price will break the resistance can be similar to selling BTC at the $10k and keep expecting the price will come back after it reaches $30k. The same mistakes but different bet sizes and different timeframes..
785  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your worst mistake on: August 07, 2021, 09:58:30 PM
The worst mistake was to place 50 LTC instead of 50$ and the market plummeted right after that trade. After checking the stats on my account, fake breakouts liquidated position so I never click the trade button before checking it. One single wrong decision or not withdrawing profit will have such consequences in the long run, IMHO.

I know someone from Japan, this trader has placed a trade on the wrong side, and the bet size was above 100 BTC. I can't even imagine pressing the wrong button and leaving home, come back and see a big loss while you get notification of pumped market. Everything should be checked double or even triple time to avoid huge losses.
786  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Watford FC Main Partner - UFC Betting Partner - $1M Race II ⚽ 🥊 on: August 07, 2021, 09:46:20 PM
Anyone has good suggestions to wager for reaching plat 3 before ripping the rest of the balance? I have tried dice 1.1 and 1.01 but the loss streaks are more than 1 per 100 rolls. Plinko low 8 and baccarat also doesn't wager with 1:80 ratio.
For example 1.13x multiplier on dice and you keep rolling on auto. If the house edge is 1%, one loss per every 100 rolls should be on statistics. In reality, I get 3 sometimes 3 reds in 100 bets. This kind of bets will drain balance before the reaching wager target. Any suggestions are welcome.
787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto hype over? on: August 07, 2021, 08:56:37 PM
Just one more hit on ATH price and the HYPE will be back but who knows this breakout will be fake or no. The mass demand is still under question, so waiting for the sentimental indicator results will show us how much of the total invested money flow came from the smart or dumb side. Dumb money flow will be a loss in the long run, so the market will show us a clear direction soon.
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic on: August 07, 2021, 08:40:50 PM
I believe the most of them are newcomers to the market. They're simply for speculative purposes. They had heard about encryption and hoped to become wealthy quickly. They didn't think about stop-profit and stop-loss since they were greedy. The market did not proceed smoothly once they faced certain news or incidents. They watched as their funds dwindled, and they were unable to stop it.
All newbies should not invest or trade on the volatile crypto marker with big amounts, better to test their trading skills on the demo account or they can use live accounts with small balances. Investing here and there with high expectations is alright but chasing the losses on the wrong decision can cost a lot.
Regarding the inexperienced trader's mistakes, it is no secret that we all make such bad trading decisions in the first months of trading. Using the demo accounts can prevent the big drop in capital but having decent scalping skills are completely different than using swing trades on weekly charts.
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Show me your biggest gains! on: August 06, 2021, 09:59:14 PM
The impressive market runs on stocks but the higher potential is true for the low marketcap altcoins rather than top ones. Some people prefer to invest or long term trading on crypto markets instead of gambling, they can make around the same profit on both ways. My biggest one was from airdrop and made around $9k in a day without trading. Sometimes it is easier to make profit in the crypto sphere rather than waiting for miracle to happen, the odds are higher to be winner in the long run for poor people, IMHO.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask won't accept password... is it safe to reset it? on: August 06, 2021, 09:29:28 PM
Easiest method is to use the recovery seed or try to use private keys on another wallet if you have write down it somewhere. You will not lose access to the coins, just create new waller with the old seed and you are good to go. Just look for the detailed info on Google and check the Youtube channels how to export seed and use the same seed on different crypto wallet for recovery.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the bulls back? on: August 06, 2021, 09:13:38 PM
yes it does look like that, the bulls are back, but I'm sure the market will not immediately go up drastically, but gradually, slowly it will rise over time, hopefully the crypto market price will touch the new ATH, before the end of the year

In my opinion, the bulls did not go anywhere, so they no need to come back. The declines that took place were a normal correction. This is a very healthy reaction of the market before the next gains. I'm sure ATH will be achieved this year. Hopefully the price will jump high enough to break the magic barrier of $100k.
Looks like the market is slowly getting back to a more bullish movement, well, let's say the bulls did not go away, but the correction that we saw was a heavy one, so let's see if it's still going to make a new ATH this year, IMO the current ATH is already high to surpass in just a very short period of time.
IMO, this run is fake and the bulls will regret adding more and more to the previous buy orders. The more market will go up so fast, the bloody bear market will be real if it becomes real this year. Probably the old ATH will not be passed for a 6 months period at least, so I prefer to wait on stable coins at the moment.

Probably new market season will arrive soon and we will see what was right or not. New market corrections are signs of the fake breakout and I prefer to wait a bit more before taking a big trading decision. This must be a fake pump before the real one, hopefully the market will go the ATH direction in the next season.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: August 06, 2021, 08:57:54 PM
Dogecoin is a coin without team and core technology, but Musk made it appear in the general public. Many people who are not cryptocurrency traders are buying Dogecoin, just like buying BTC. Why does it succeed? Is it just because of Musk? Dogira, Shiba, HOGE, who will be the next Dogecoin?

Or is there only only one unique Dogecoin?

In my opinion, if Elon Musk doesn't make a tweert then the price of Dogecoin will also increase like some time ago and now it is still quite expensive. because now is an altcoin session so all the community will be focused on the old altcoins like Doge, LTC, TRX, XRP. and several other altcoins that have experienced a pump. so the price of Dogecoin is not affected by elon's tweet.

I don't  think so, Doge still hanging with this current value$.2  due to the fact that mush still behing this project,

if he won't push this coin and he won't do tweets, chances that holders will sell it out and start to find new project

to invest their money, Musk's influenced still high for Doge project.

Now the market seem to be bullish, this is the timing where Elon Musk's tweeter usually are powerful, let's see if it will still get the attention of the many and it will again pump DOGE again. Bitcoin had a decent increase today together with some altcoins, DOGE should pump soon.
This is pure speculation, even some groups can easily target one coin together and pump it eventually. The social media tweets by Elon Musk in meaningless now because he didn't fill the bags before the uptrend, IMHO. Anyway, he is going to do what makes profit for him in the long run. The more speculative tweets Elon will send, it will be a lot confusing for the market participants because everything tell us to buy but Elon decides to sell this Bitcoins. lol
793  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com doesn’t pay my bonuses on: August 05, 2021, 09:22:20 PM
Weird, Steve is from senior management and he should be able to provide the all necessary data on why you are not allowed to take bonuses. Probably you breach the terms&condiitons and they refuse to give bonus, another reason can be a second alternative account which is not welcome to abuse the bonuses for VIP achievements.
794  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Watford FC Main Partner - UFC Betting Partner - $1M Race II ⚽ 🥊 on: August 05, 2021, 08:51:32 PM
Who tried new released Fruit Party 2 slot by Pragmatic? More than 600 spins but not a single bonus, the max multiplier was around 60x.
Btw, excited what kind of surprise awaiting us for the annual Stake birthday promos Smiley Probably bonus drops and pre-monthly will be released that day.
Watched few streams who spun above 1000 time but the payment was below than the 100x. The graphics and multipliers are kinda outdated, the first release of Fruit Party was better than current release, IMHO.
795  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why newbies lose huge money in trading on: August 02, 2021, 09:46:44 PM
Trading is like poker - You need to lern that loosing money is normal even as the best one.
I think most newbies can't handle normal things that happen and often change something again and again. But u need to understand that if your'e good, you will loose 100$ and win 105$.
It is all a zero-sum game, while someone winning on another side of the world you are paying the price of making the wrong decision.  The newbies wanna make hundreds of $ in a week so they keep increasing the trade size with help of huge leverage by greedy brokers, one day the truth will catch them on the wrong side of the trend. The more trader makes wrong decisions, the more experience he will have and having an experience is the first step towards the successful trading journey.  BTW, having a decent trading experience does not guarantee the higher ROI but the experience increases the chance of making steady profit over the long term.
796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Million dollar win on $15 parlay whoa on: August 01, 2021, 09:59:06 PM
Such an insane multi and lucky ticket  Shocked
My max multi was 1000000x on limbo and I got that multi less than cent bet, that was a juicy hit but not enough to cover the overall gambling loss. This type of hit is better than winning the lottery, at least you will not get the same win twice ever, he just used his lifetime luck on this bet.
797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need beginner guide in gambling. on: August 01, 2021, 09:26:27 PM
Better to not gamble for making money and know when to leave the casino. From my own experience, we all have luck or unlucky streaks never try to chase higher wins if you get a lucky streak with a small balance, cash out the big win and start again with a small balance. You can use the forum search function for finding valuable topics as a newbie. There thousands of good and bad threads about the casino experience of forum users, reading the most interesting ones mentioned on this thread will show the way to go.
798  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Watford FC Main Partner - UFC Betting Partner - $1M Race II ⚽ 🥊 on: August 01, 2021, 08:59:20 PM

Exactly, even non-VIP accounts get reloads if they have a $1000 wager in the last 30 days. For sports bet promos, the $1 requirement is nonsense because that requirement is to filter casino users and focus on the sports side of the platform. I doubt the special wager requirement will be asked for a birthday bonus, probably accounts above platinum will get a $50 reload or coupon.

You don't need to wager $1000 to get the reloads. I am non vip and a small gambler, but when there is a monthly or pre-monthly bonus I still get a reload every 10 minutes. The amount is small but it adds up quickly.
I mean for the last 30 days having a wager for being eligible on reloads, otherwise, I doubt Stake will throw away free money to all members. At least some requirements will be there to filter non-active accounts, IMHO.

I do not think there is a requirement to get the reload or other bonuses like weekly/monthly bonus. I'm quite sure I wagered less than $1,000 in the last 30 days before the July's monthly bonus but I got the bonus. Afaik all existing account get the offer, but it does not mean that Stake is throwing away free money since the amount is just so small and not all those inactive accounts claim the reload. It is also part of marketing to make those inactive accounts come back by giving them few satoshi/cent from the reload.
That is a good point, the more you give away free money the more you can bring back addicted gamblers. Regarding the amount, I doubt it is above $10 for platinum accounts. My friend took a break for 2 months, his reloads were gone, and only got few bucks on weekly, less than $20 for monthly.

Btw, having a $250k wager and getting $10 base amount for platinum level sounds cool. On some websites, I got only few dollars for the same level of wager while Stake team always rewarded my hard work for making account to higher VIP tier.  The diamond level is another world, I doubt in next 10 years I will be able to wager $25 million for this VIP level.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggestions for Long-Term Investment on: August 01, 2021, 08:29:17 PM
Maybe XRP gives a good profit, but I don't think the same about TRX. You should take look at other good projects for the long term. My list for long-term investment is BTC, Ethereum, FTT, and ADA. Dot is also good for long term investment so must research yourself before investing your money in any coin.NFA
Instead of mentioned altcoin with a huge supply, I prefer to invest in small marketcap altcoin. More coins on the altcoin portfolio are better than collecting top cryptocurrencies with low value. In terms of ROI, low marketcap altcoins have better odds compared to XRP or TRX so it is not a good idea to repeat the same mistakes made by newbies. For example, try to invest in the top market gainers listed below top 250 CMC and try to close the trade positions when it goes up more, this can be any coin that pumped by random traders.
800  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk Management in trading cryptocurrencies ...?? on: July 31, 2021, 09:48:13 PM
In trading, this is a game of probabilities, you try to predict one or the other event, in a local time frame, based on incomplete information.
Obviously, there are too many things that you cannot control, which means this can be attributed to unforeseen risks. However, you can control some things, for example, the percentage of the deposit to transactions.

Exactly, while it is not too late don't add more leverage or funds for covering margin requirements. Depositing more and trying to chase loss is like playing with fire, you will burn more capital and risks will be doubled. Predicting long-term trends is easy rather than playing with technical analysis tools on small time frames, managing risks should be easier on weekly charts too compared to 15 minutes timeframe.  The weekly timeframe and upper levels are best for analyzing the long-term trend, patience is a real money-making machine for this timeframe traders. At least you will spend only few hours per week to see what is going on the high levels of market.
