If you think it is all copy and paste, I would encourage your to fork Litecoin on GitHub, add Bitcoin master as upstream and pull all changes. Good luck getting zero merge conflicts, and even if you do, there might be issues with the changes thats been made. in the vertcoin topic was not written for days, and now just when Bitcoin dump come to try to dump and vertcoin with many stupid post  maybe you should buy a few Vertcoin for a 3 cent each |
