The main factor to be considere before coin can be list on an exchange is when the project has attain their hard cap  during their ICO there is no point for such project not to be list on an exchange.

Wao! So amazing but I don't think that you can solve the problem alone and if you want to solve this problem you need other bounty hunters to unite with you and is not easy to unite with other because some of the bounty hunters are scammer.

I disagree with you, because it takes a lot of time, hard working and requires money sometimes for hackers to buy tools before they can ball in to another person account. What I  realized about the people so called hackers is that they like to reap where they did not sow accumulate  coins that does not belong to them .

My advise for you is that ,you should just calm down and wait till when the market will favour in order for you to realize  what you have lost.

I partially agreed with you, because is not easy to hack someone account . it requires time to do that and sometimes it also requires money to buy too that they will use to do that.

My advise for my fellow in the business of crypto market is that which exercise patient, we should not let the current situation of the market allow us to sell our investment at lower  price that will not benefit us.

The price of bitcoin hitting $12000 or $13000 is not guarantee this year, that one can happen in 2019 but this year again.

We can't jump to conclusion that this is the end of bitcoin because there is drastically drop in pride of bitcoin. I strongly believed that bitcoin will soon rise beyond where it was before  so this is not the end of bitcoin.

No! not every every ICO rating is valid some of the rating are biased, at the end of the some ICO you will find out that they are not up to their rating
