141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: August 04, 2014, 07:57:33 AM
Why Monero price is down  Huh

In my opinion, classic pump & dump.  Developers hope to repeat it again (it hasn't passed on Mint). They've invested a lot of money and now they want to get profit.

According to the news XMR devs were busy and now are going to implement new features. IMO, this news are rumors to pump XMR price so they'll be able to dump it soon .

You heard it here first.  The reason the price is down is because it's being pumped Huh

It's down if you bought higher.  As I write this the price of Monero is 91% of it's average price.

The price is going down because the the supply is higher than demand.I won't be surprised in case in its a usual dumping cause of the devs who'd like to earn some money.

This block chain explorer has pretty good navigation and the interface is nice.
I like there is nothing superfluous that usually makes me confused

We haven't even heard from Dstrange!
After this he disappeared!
Guys!
Somebody hacked my google account so I had to change my email address to drstrange.m@gmail.com
I also have no access to giveaway and now it's temporarily stopped.

Dude it's been like 3 days, chill :p

I talked to DStrange about the Subreddit yesterday, he is still around don't worry Wink

Nice to hear everything is going well and looking forward to hearing from DStrange soon.
Isn't he the only person to contact with BCn developers???
No, everyone can write to Bytecoin developers but DStrange is the person who closely communicate with them.

Is BCN the same as Moneta Verde?

Both are Cn-based coins but MV is BCN fork and you can MM Moneta Verde with abother coin.
It is the second MM coin after Fantomcoin.

Thanks. I know a lot about Moneta Verde and a little about Fantom as it is also MM coin.
Prefer mining two coins at the same time
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bytecoin [BCN] vs MONERO [XMR] who will be the winner in the Cryptonote War on: July 13, 2014, 08:03:30 PM
Indeed, it's time to stop disputing, every body has their own view on BCN and if there is people who'd like to mine it, why not?

BTH, I mine Moneta Verde and think it is great coin. Better than Fantom.  Grin

With what coin you mine Moneta Verde?

I merge mine Moneta Verde with Quazar coin  Smiley

Btw nice coin name, are u Italian?

What's nice in repeating already existing coin names in different languages. Btw how "green" this coin really is?

A primary feature of Bitcoin is that a payer can prove via the blockchain that a payment was sent. With all this CryptoNote shit ring signatures, how can I prove that I sent you Verde or Monero or Bytecoin or what in the event of a dispute?

hundreds of cryptosurrencies will go away and only 2-3 of them will remane. They will become popular worldwide

which of the already existing currencies will become popular in your opinion?

I'm pretty sure one of them will be bitcoin. Other could be completely new
