I've a friend of mine who always complain that ever since he started gambling he haven't won a good amount, instead he'll be winning less money than what he expected but he can't stop. So I'm asking what do you suggest he should do at this case. Gambling everyday is a way of keeping yourself in debth.Do you know what being in depth means? Nigeria major problem are too many but we can't really figure out the major one's yet. The insecurity is something that the nation are really fighting about but the leaders can't really figure it out yet, work opportunities are what we need mostly right now and if they can remove all the old ones and try to put the 30th men and woman that they're still vibrant and strong to control the sector. But the people who are their are not operating with their mindset, their just their to help their own families and forgetting that they have the nation to face on. State and local security for the government and to the society, which they aren't helping out with any security the ones claiming to be the one to change the security system he/she is doing the worse then the people thinks. I was in a car yesterday returning back from work, I over heard one man complaining very bitterly that he doesn't know where this country is heading anymore. That he got 3 children and he have tried his best he worked very hard to make sure his first son and daughter becomes full time graduated from anything concerning school side, says but it seems his efforts was wasted cause up till now the children haven't gotten good work with the good grade they had. They have applied to many companies most of them will tell them to bring money before starting, and it's not a little amount of money that you'll just wake up and get it immediately, then his daughter had the chance to work as a government worker but one man with a big stomach was asking her to sleep with him before anything else. That he wish those times he was wasting time working so hard to trained them in school he would have rather paid for them to learn an and work. What is the definition of a company? A company is a legal entity formed by a group of individuals to engage in and operate a business enterprise in a commercial or industrial capacity, it's also describes as an association of a number of people for a common object.
And this object is usually for the economic gain or profit, but although not all companies objectsare for profit motive, some companies are set up for principally for non-profit reasons. But for those companies which are set for non-profit reasons are not exempted for tax in Nigeria, so what is the meaning of exemption?
Exemption is to excuse someone or something from a duty, payment, etc. And also companies with turnover or less then 25 million are exempted from charging VAT, on their goods and services and filing VAT return. And the companies which are exempted are not much in this our Nigeria, but we aren't still seeing anything from the ones which are paying taxes.
And which companies are exempted from paying tax in Nigeria. The CIT rate is 0% for companies with gross turnover of NGN 25 million.
First what does companies do?
A company is generally organized to earn a profit from business activities, and also companies are an important contributor to the health of the economy as they employ individuals and attract disposable income to the growth of the country.
But right now it's not working that way in this Nigeria, what I noticed is that the government are the ones profiting from the companies not the individuals anymore. The things that companies contribute to the society and to the government, are.

* Provides products( Goods and services)
* Provides Tax revenue for the government
*Contributes to the local and national economy
* Contributes to the standard of living and quality of life.
But with all this the individuals are trying their best to get to the companies just to earn for the living. And secondly what is the main purpose of a company in the country? To increase it's profit, the society is demanding that companies, both public and private, serve a social purpose..
companies must benefit all of their stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers and the communities in which they operate as their one and only one social responsibility of business. I want to ask where are the profits that is coming from the companies in this Nigeria?
For me I don't see anything how the companies are helping the economy situation right now. Things are still getting higher no matter the income coming in and out, and what role do companies play in the economy? In the economic producers, companies play the role in using input ( different factors of production) and producing goods and services (output).

Companies are required to register for tax and file their adulted accounts and tax computations with the FIRS. So my conclusion to this topic is that i haven't really seen any encouraging something, that the government are really using all this profits that's coming from the companies to the individuals.
They said that it's to contribute in works and stoping of much poverty, but right now no work and graduate are still looking for work in the country. Me I no know waiting una think towards this thread. But waiting be your opinion?

Next season will be a more difficult season for Atalanta. They will play in the Champions League which is more competitive than Serie A or UEL. Atalanta needs to add several players to the depth of their squad. The current team is very good and they are the champion team because they managed to win the UEFA European League trophy. I would lend out money, but it would depend on where it would be used.
If it would only be used for gambling, isn't emergency and not really important then I wouldn't help them out, I mean I could use that money on something important for me or my family so why would I lend it to others?
It would also depend on a situation, if I know that the person who is asking to borrow money from me spent his/her money on unnecessary then I wouldn't help them, for me they are the problem not the money if I help them then they would just continue to live like it, they wouldn't change.
If I am to borrow somebody money for gambling,the first thing I will do is to be in agreement will the person over the payment structure of the money,we must sign an agreement,and indicate a place where he has to sign that he collected money from me for gambling on a particular date,and would refund it on a given date, failure to refund it will carry penalties,which might include me taking any of his properties that will be worth the amount borrowed from me.In that case,I and the borrower will not have problem. |

I'm not a seer but I don't think there's much to talk about on this champions league final, these teams are incomparable in every aspect we use to rate a team such as experience, players and winning mentality. Unless football showcase what it knows how to do best, Dortmund can not in anyway win over Real madrid. Honestly, I'm wondering why Chelsea's owner is acting this way, normally the club owner would be hiring good coaches so that the team could win, and with that he would have recovered part of the money invested in the club. But what I've seen at Chelsea is something very strange, first they hired meaningless players, then they managed to improve thanks to the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino, now Chelsea's owner fired Mauricio Pochettino and hired a coach without great achievements. It was one game away from a perfect campaign of a season. Pep is without doubt one of the best coaches in the world and I dare say that there couldn't be anyone better in his place at City, but it's time for a change, because somehow it gets boring to always see the same coaches with the same teams, doesn't it? We can watch City with Pep for another year and after that a lot will change. All other clubs change coaches after a few years at the latest and it's time for City too, although Pep apparently doesn't want to extend his contract and it's not City's fault.
Pep is leaving because he simply understands the timing: next year a decision will be made on City's 115 violations and if we have even the slightest faith in justice and common sense, the punishment for City will be such that it will either send them to the Championship directly or through a points deduction. It's unlikely that Pep wants (and knows how haha) to play by the rules, so his time at City is running out. Xavi Hernandez left Barcelona according to his wishes several months ago, although there was news that he had cancel his intention to leave Barcelona, but in the end that happened.
He shouldn't have any difficulty finding a club to continue his coaching career, maybe he can accept an offer from an English club if there is one, because several clubs in England have not yet confirmed their new coach or maybe he can join Serie A.
Barcelona's last match against Sevilla went according to predictions because Barca not only won the match but they also controlled the game, and this victory further increased Barcelona's dominance in H2H over Sevilla who could only occasionally beat Barca.
I read the news which said that at that time Xavi decided to leave Barcelona because of their poor performance and Xavi felt very disappointed with the club management. Gambling with one's salary is one thing I don't like,the way it gets down to turn people into addicts,and you won't end up using your money for anything good is appauling.I am able to say this because I am having thesame issues,and that has made me unable to save money.Gambling addiction is one thing so bad,and I would advice anybody who has the courage to quit it to do so, except you are winning often,else,I would say gambling is not my thing,and I just wish I was able to quit it for life.And even if you win often, you still lose money without letting people know.
