Well, I really hope you will introduce a card soon. I still have the Cryptopay app on my phone and I keep getting system reminders to uninstall this dormant app lol.

Good solid loading and spend limits, a stable and compliant card issuer, global card acceptance, instantaneous loading of cards and the same impeccable Cryptopay service we have all enjoyed and now sorely miss are just some of what we expect to see.

I was looking at joining when I see cards are not available at this time. I have LTC and that really drew my interest but if there is no cards are you still able to use a virtual wallet for now or just out of luck for using anything for a couple of months. If the latter is the case you should really post that on your site that services are basically temporarily halted until you get new cards.
In the meantime anyone recommend another card? I was going to go with cryptopay as I planned to travel to Japan later this year but for now I am US only.
We don’t hide that fact which is why there are disclaimers on our website regarding the card program; it is mentioned in our Help Center and we have a banner enabled in all the accounts stating that the card service is currently unavailable as we are switching to a new card issuer. All the other services (including wallets) are fully functional and the cards are coming soon As for recommendations, unfortunately, we can’t provide any information about our competitors. Hi, In order to ensure the longevity of the project and protect the integrity of the Cryptopay team, their tokens are vested. Vesting ensures the founders’ commitment to building the system in the long-term. Founders and the Cryptopay team will have 2 years vesting with a 6 months cliff. Meaning that Foundation retention and CPAY team tokens are locked in a smart contract, which would release them every 6 months proportionally during a period of two years, starting on the 7th month after the ICO. The information in the whitepaper was written long before we even learnt about the closure of the card program, let along planned the launch of the new one, so the dates being close together are no more than a coincidence. We don't hide the information about the card issuer, but keeping it private for now, because the financial market is a highly competitive area. It is safer to keep it a trade secret for now. |

We have already submitted applications for listing to a number of exchanges that we found reliable (Binance, Bittrex, Liqui, Livecoin, CoinExchange, Tidex and a couple more). The first two are overwhelmed with listing requests now and they estimate the time to assess our token and start onboarding to not less than two months. Almost all others have come in touch and we are negotiating listing terms with them - we will keep you informed on the progress as soon as we reach an agreement. I had bought 70k CPAY during the pre-sale because I thought Cryptopay would be a good player with a committed project. No community-support, no news or announcements about the current status. Only CPAY was listed on a crappy (fraudulent?) exchange like HitBTC where nothing works. Why does this token look so quiet and sad? The project actually looks quite promising. - Hardly any positive news from the team lately.
- Up to now only one (so-called) exchange - which enjoys a rather dubious reputation. I mean, HitBTC? Seriously? I hope you guys can do better than that?
- The current volume (24h) is extremely low at $27,187 USD - even AFTER the market crash a few days ago. Although you've been on the market for about three weeks.
Is the Cryptopay team preparing something big that will soon be released, or is an investment here not worthwhile at all?  Right now our focus is on issuing new cards as soon as possible! We have a lot of plans regarding new products for 2018: -to add Litecoin, Ethereum and Ripple. Litecoin wallets has been already implemented for Beta-testing. -BTC loans -to expand our card program to the whole world or at least to the majority of countries. -to implement Bitcoin stock brokerage (our first ICO milestone) Once it's done, it should have a positive effect on the token price as well. If or when they become available, will your fully verified users require KYC re-verification? Or can they order the card immediately? I was one of your Wave Crest and C.Pay card holders. I won't be back in Europe until September so can't get proof of address until then. My bank in Berlin will not send bank statements overseas. Excited but I will only believe it when it actually happens. I believe there won't be a need to re-verify your account, you'll just get a new card. All the details are coming soon, I'm sure we will find a way to show our gratitude to the clients who stayed with us through these hard times. The new card system will be available for EU customers only or for worldwide customers?
I hope this time Cryptopay will bring something new to offer to worldwide customers, peoples are waiting for that day for a long time.
