If or when they become available, will your fully verified users require KYC re-verification? Or can they order the card immediately?

I was one of your Wave Crest and C.Pay card holders. I won't be back in Europe until September so can't get proof of address until then. My bank in Berlin will not send bank statements overseas.

Excited but I will only believe it when it actually happens.

I believe there won't be a need to re-verify your account, you'll just get a new card. All the details are coming soon, I'm sure we will find a way to show our gratitude to the clients who stayed with us through these hard times.

Our goal is to expand the list of supported countries. We understand that is what is expected of us so we're doing our best.

The first two are overwhelmed with listing requests now and they estimate the time to assess our token and start onboarding to not less than two months. We will conform to the best practice and all the customers who used to have our old cards will be provided with the new ones. The detailed plan will be announced before our new card program is launched.

Hello, I read in your whitepapper that after ico every 6 months you will unlock the Cryptopay command team's tokens. The time of unlocking Cryptopay command team's token goes to April and I think it may be due to your advertisement that the cards will work, to sell Cryptopay command tokens expensive while unlocking. Im right ? why the time of unlocking the tokens coincides with your announcements?
Do you do something illegal that would hide information? you say that almost everything is ready, only there are technical aspects - give at least some information with which card issuer are going to work?

In order to ensure the longevity of the project and protect the integrity of the Cryptopay team, their tokens are vested. Vesting ensures the founders’ commitment to building the system in the long-term. Founders and the Cryptopay team will have 2 years vesting with a 6 months cliff. Meaning that Foundation retention and CPAY team tokens are locked in a smart contract, which would release them every 6 months proportionally during a period of two years, starting on the 7th month after the ICO.
The information in the whitepaper was written long before we even learnt about the closure of the card program, let along planned the launch of the new one, so the dates being close together are no more than a coincidence. We don't hide the information about the card issuer, but keeping it private for now, because the financial market is a highly competitive area. It is safer to keep it a trade secret for now.

I was looking at joining when I see cards are not available at this time.  I have LTC and that really drew my interest but if there is no cards are you still able to use a virtual wallet for now or just out of luck for using anything for a couple of months.  If the latter is the case you should really post that on your site that services are basically temporarily halted until you get new cards.

In the meantime anyone recommend another card?  I was going to go with cryptopay as I planned to travel to Japan later this year but for now I am US only.

We don’t hide that fact which is why there are disclaimers on our website regarding the card program; it is mentioned in our Help Center and we have a banner enabled in all the accounts stating that the card service is currently unavailable as we are switching to a new card issuer. All the other services (including wallets) are fully functional and the cards are coming soon
As for recommendations, unfortunately, we can’t provide any information about our competitors.

It’s our priority to extend the list of the supported countries so that our cards could be available for the customers outside European area as well (the list of the additional countries can’t be disclosed, at least for now).
