I gave it a try - and no - it wont stabilize in 3 hours. I got 6 exes for 10 hours at 850kh/s - way too few. Yes I know - usually it should be better after 24 or even 48 hours - yeah but in that time the difficulty of a coin go up like hell and if it turn out that the p2pool is crappy then -in the worst case- you have lost 2 days of good mining at lower difficulty. I am sick and tired of searching for good pools. Will go back to dedicated now Working totally fine for me. Sometimes the payout can be delayed with p2pool. Check your address on the pool page to make sure your DoA rate isn't super high. |

Unfortunately, Bitcoin's meteoric rise in price late last year brought a lot of people into crypto-currency who see nothing but dollar signs and aren't willing to wait for a coin to mature. Dogecoin didn't help, in that regard.
This coin's been around a week and already people are wanting to see a profit? Come on.
If you want to mine for instant profit, go mine one of the multitude of Scrypt coins that are profitable. Eventually, when Execoin has matured and there's a market established for it, jump in and mine it, too. But putting this high pressure, "gotta have it now" crap on the devs isn't helpful.

OK...I will ask again..... What (if anything) is being done about marketing? I havnt seen anything suggesting you guys are trying to push this coin into peoples faces.... This coin has really great potential but it will not succeed without a dedicated dev team. Im not saying your not, but it would be nice to know whats goin on behind the scenes, as im holding quite a few of these, i think thats only fair.  Where's marketing? Where's bubble? I need a dump! mememememe Quarkkid I've seen you around plenty and you should realise how coins perform differently with instant media coverage versus humble beginnings, if not, then you really have made this far on luck fella. More and more of you are adapting the rinse and repeat mind frame of encouraging a coins devs to help you make your profit, not a single care for the longevity of any actual coin do you. There is some truth to his statement. Getting placed on a large exchange is important for long term growth and we're falling behind on the bter poll. |

Attention everyone!
Execoin had a successfull launch and keeps going well! But now we need more aggressive measures to make our coin more popular, reliable and secure.
We decided to open a fund for further Execoin development so everyone who willing to donate could do it.
Current schedule:
- Execoin needs p2pool, so we're ready to pay a bounty to somebody who can modify p2pool software for Execoin as soon as possible.
- Additional DNS seeders on domains, independent from developers (will be incorporated in code in future versions of the execoind, i. e. wallet) are required to protect distributed and independent nature of the network. We already have 3 seeders working in different regions, but they are on the single domain and we need more to provide fault tolerance.
Amounts will be determined later.
If somebody wants to do something without bounty - this will be considered as contribution.

.0001588 on nxt-e and rising steadily. I think it'll rise quite a bit more over the next month. I think it's still worth it to mine and hold. If you just want to dump immediately it probably isn't worth it. |

As others are saying the hash rate distribution is whack right now. A p2pool would help a lot. I think there should be a bounty raised or something to get this done.
I took my hashrate to solo mining, because the pools are struggling and hashrate distribution is bad. Been doing just as well solo as I would have in a pool, maybe a touch better. I'll be doing the same until a p2pool is set up. The pools aren't very reliable ATM. |

215kh on a 270x is good. They are around 400kh scrypt right?
You can push 480 on scrypt with the right settings. |

Also might want to try using vertminer. How is this possibly the most profitable coin?
I've been mining at 1.25 Mh/s (yes, that is taking the half hash rate into account) on ecurie pool for a half hour and have 6 coins. At this difficulty??
Am I missing something?
It might be the pool. I mined on ecurie for awhile and it seemed slow but it may have just been slow to report. |

As you can see some of them require specific settings, I've no idea why and it took me ages to get it just right. Keep in mind this is also using vertminer, so there's a rawintensity setting as opposed to the usual intensity. Some people report being able to push their TC up to 10k, but anywhere past my settings produces HW errors for me.. You'll have to mess with it for awhile. |
