Ordered on 13/01, shipped on 16/01. Last mail from them was on 17/02 This is the mail: During the past days we checked at our mail carrier daily for your parcel. The procedure is: If the package is not delivered to the destination adress by any reason (except if the package is sealed at your mail carrier in your country, we never had any case in the past) it will be returned to us. When this happenes we are imediately re-sending the package by our own cost. This way we make sure that we offer a 100% guarantee that the product ordered will be delivered. However in this cases the shipping terms are very inconfortable. We encountered only a few of this cases during the past weeks. This is why we are now upgrading and changing the mail carrier, to prevent this inconvenient cases from happening in the future.
So as it stands: no cigarettes and no refund... Has anyone here that ordered in januari got their cigarettes? |

why do you have to say its for btc?
Never told them... But one person on an exchange site apparently thought he could do the same on moneybookers as on paypal: revoke payment for "non delivered good", wich immediately locked my account, and got notices 2 weeks afterward that my account was going to be closed and that I could take the money from it only by bank wire, I couldn't use any of their services anymore Harsh way to handle customers imo |
