hmm, but now we don`t know if you can manipulate it =p why you don`t add a secret salt as any other website? for exemple, supose the last character would be a number 4... the server have a secret salt, where you divulgue the SHA256 before someone bet, after someone plays this secret salt will change the value of this number 4 in for exemple +5, so the final result is 9 and anyone can check if the bet is honest... you don`t need hidden algorithm. just like any other provably fair website You are right!
