141  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many people are considering selling after the halving? on: July 19, 2016, 02:59:16 PM
I do not see any reason to sell at the moment. The price of the bitcoin is still very low compared to the future price.
Even a month ago the price is 700 above and the price right now still not increase back to that price.. block halving is done but the price is gradually increase i dont know when the price will increase again in touch in 700 value.. but i believe this december we will see a large pump this coming december..

There is no need to worry about the short term price, as long as the bitcoin is developed, the price will rise.
142  Economy / Speculation / Re: About Halving??? on: July 19, 2016, 02:58:22 PM
I think the bitcoin price will rise a lot in the next several years. However, I do not like a big bubble to form.
I think you dont need to wait because the price will increase this following months..
Bitcoin price right now is gradually increasing and i think we will see the price will increase more soon,

For me, I will hold the bitcoin for the long term. So I do not care about the price in the next few months.
143  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price? Who is making it? on: July 19, 2016, 02:56:42 PM
the questions remain":

" How is it possible in a so called decentralized market, where the exchangers are(should be) independent entities, ALL of them to have the same price when they certainly don't have a "the same" order book(same clients, same orders) ? How is that come? "

I saw many example when the chinesse exchangers dropped or raised the price and all the exchangers did the same without any valid justification. Their orderbook was the same.

The price is artificially created not by users but the exchangers according to their interests.

Do you know what is arbitrage. Someone make money by buying on the exchange with smaller price and selling on the exchange with bigger price, until prices are the same. There are a lot of bots doing  arbitrage.

bots like Willy bot who is making fake transactions. all the exchangers are making a lot of fake transactions so the price is manipulated in this way. the orderbooks are far from reality. it's a fact and ALL the big exchangers are using it. why? because the appearance of  many transactions, is attracting clients who are thinking that x or y exchanger is big or well known.

if the exchanger are so transparent why don't they publish the incoming and outgoing bank wires? Smiley

What do you think of the huge volumes in some of the Chinese exchanges? The volumes there are so big.
144  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: July 18, 2016, 05:14:27 PM
there is no way the bitcoin price will be below $450, let alone $350. The 350 dollar price will be a history.
You cant say that yet, there is a possibility that it might happen, remember when Bitfinex? There was a sudden drop from $755 on June 20 then it dropped to $625 on June 23, that's $130 drop on just 48 hours and now somehow Bitcoin manages is slowly trying to recover again and go back to $680. So dropping to $350 USD is possible but lets not wish for it to happen.

The price of bitcoin might drop to $350. But that will be very brief period. The price will recover soon.

146  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: July 18, 2016, 05:12:00 PM
It is better to spend a small proportion of your bitcoin. That will help the circulation of the bitcoin and increase its value.

148  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many people are considering selling after the halving? on: July 16, 2016, 07:25:08 AM
I think the bitcoin price will rise a lot in the future. So the halving does not affect my decision to sell it or not.
149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price? Who is making it? on: July 16, 2016, 07:24:19 AM
We are making it, the bitcoin has a great future so it will go higher, investors and sellers/spenders are making the price.
See it as a stock market if its going well and a lot of people buy the bitcoin it will rise.

I think the bitcoin price will rise a lot because more and more people will use it. The price is proportional to usage.
150  Economy / Speculation / Re: About Halving??? on: July 16, 2016, 07:22:23 AM
In the latest having,  75% of the coins will have already been mined. In the next halving, 87.5% of the coin is in circulation.
151  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market ended. Now going to $500 on: July 16, 2016, 07:21:20 AM
I use the bitcoin as a currency. I earn the bitcoin by mining. Then I use the bitcoin to buy the online goods.

That is a very good cycle for the bitcoin. It helps the circullatioin of the bitcoin and the final adoption.
152  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: July 16, 2016, 07:19:06 AM
Spending bitcoins is not good at all right now because you will lose profit on the halving that is coming this month.
You only need a bit more time and patient and believe in the halving right now, do not spend people.
I am reviewing some of comments now and I see that expectations were not that correct about events after halving.
I think the arrival of halving or not. it will not dampen my desire to do the shopping. personal shopping will not be any harm. with a record you have to control it

I will use the bitcoin whenever the bitcoin price is high and the shops accept the bitcoin, that will help circulation.
153  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: July 15, 2016, 08:15:40 AM

i didnt see any sign of fall down now since the price for today after halving still continue to rise and thats a good sign since it was good and surely the price would stable on this current price for sure because the falldown has been done when price got his high on 730$+ and fall to 600$+. So i think this current price well be stable for this year so why worry for a crash.

The bitcoin price is actually consolidating nicely. It happened similarly 4 months ago and the price rose 60%.

Everyone was expecting price drop after the halving, but it didn't happen and also everyone was hoping to see the price of $800 but it didn't happen too so majority of speculations were incorrect.

The drop happened before the halving. So it is actually healthier for the bitcoin price. It will rise again.
155  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 BTC. Will I be a millionaire by 2030? on: July 15, 2016, 08:08:36 AM
100 BTC? 0.00000001 BTC? Nah... extremes are not for me.

What do you guys think?
Even 1 btc will be a millionaire someday, no specific date and time but its possible that it will happen, who knows because bitcoin price is not stable and year after year bitcoin users got a lot of number and if people around the world accepts bitcoin well price will increase.

That is right. Every bitcoin will be worth more than $1 million in 30 years. But it depends on further development.
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: July 15, 2016, 08:07:42 AM
Are you serious OP? bitcoin isn't dead actually it totally shines this year from $200 in 2015 to $655 as of today and many online stores are going to accept bitcoin as a payment processors.
2016 is probably 2nd bitcoin's golden year.

The bitcoin has been dead for many times. Every few months, some people will claim it is dead, but it will recover.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Steem be the Next Bitcoin? on: July 14, 2016, 08:37:50 AM
Steem looks to have a lot of potential and if it works it might well be the bitcoin killer. We already know that Ethereum and the Dao are done, so steem might well be taking their place in a few months.

It has some potential and can be used in a social website. But I am not sure it can be the next bitcoin.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 LIR equal to $1 on: July 14, 2016, 08:35:18 AM
You are joking, right?

I think so. We need a big whale to accumulate the coins and push up the price. It also needs to be used.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Radeon released RX 480. (Card is Released) on: July 14, 2016, 08:33:27 AM
I see people referencing RX480 doing 28MH and using 120W?  What settings are you using for that?  Is it for Windows or Linux?  I find this very hard to achieve even for under 150W nevermind 120W.  Please make sure we count the power drawn from the power risers or from Motherboard if no power riser is used.  Also please deduct the correct wattage for your ASR H81 / Celeron CPU at around 50W not 178W like some site say it use.  I've been running it with Killawatt to measure and for 27MH I'm pulling more than 165W even with -15% power saving.  Even more ideal would be a multi-GPUs Rig as the card tends to run slightly faster by 1MH or more in a single GPU configuration.

Did you undervolt the Core voltage? That should save quite a lot of energy. You may use Helix mod with MSI afterburner.

What is HELIX Mod?  Do I have update the firmware?  I'm looking for exact settings as the RX480 are very picky cards, it will crash if you don't have the exact settings it like.

Helix posted a mod to be used by the MSI afterburner, it will reduce the core voltage.  You may search the forum.
160  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Big Halvening Price Rise on: July 14, 2016, 08:30:59 AM
There will be no big BTC Halvening price rise. You heard it here first.

I told you two months ago

Nobody believed us, why? Because they're greedy f*ckers! They all think they can become millionaires! They will learn the hard way, bitcoin will only lead them to ruins. Ruins, I tell ya!!!

The bitcoin price has risen more than 100% in the last 12 months. I think the rise is partly due to halving.
