I am trying to review those tickets first using keyword search. Please do not duplicate your tickets both to support@e-coin.io, support@wirexapp.com and both of our facebook pages. This will not speed the process up, only mess everything and will create unnecessary reply delay. One ticket is enough (just make sure you got an automated email with its number) - we answer all of them. Only got one complaint. You are charging a good premium on the exchange rate. I would be interested if it is lowered to 1% or less.

E-coin guys I need your urgent help. E-coin has been good with me for months and with some small exceptions I am happy.
But today I send like 0.245 (~$109) to the address I generated from your website and I don't see the transaction coming or pending. To tell it straight the transaction is MISSING!
Please look into it and resolve it for me, because btc exchange rate was ~$450 yesterday, but as far as I see this it is going down now (to around $445 at the moment).

I ordered a card over two weeks ago with getting a confirmation email stating "Your E-Card status has been updated to SHIPPED." but I've yet to receive it!

Hello , I have some issues with your card . I just deposited Bitcoin and It says Pending 1/3... while my transaction received 3 confirmations according to the blockchain ? so I'm not sure why my balance isn't showing .
Hi, Can you give a transaction ID if it is still pending? It got fixed when I PMed the support via email , thanks ! I just loaded the visa card using the funds now , how much I'm supposed to wait till It become available on the cards? IF you loaded less than 2500, it should be instant (well, few minutes maybe). If pending again - Id would be appreciated. I just checked , Card got loaded . Just another question please , the issue for Pending for what comes to Depositing Bitcoin will be fixed ? or it's something that will stay for security purposes or something like that ? Well, our developers are working on permanent resolution (so that deposits do not sit in pending status if they gained enough confirmations in the blockchain), however it is a bit tricky staff and may be caused by different reasons. Hopefully, the number of such pending deposits will be minimized soon. |

Коллеги, подскажите плиз Есть ли комиссия при зачислении на карту? Если я зачислил себе на аккаунт 1 BTC то смогу сконвертировать его на карту по курсу (в данный момент) 423,49$? После чего смогу снять эту сумму (423.49$) за вычетом 3.50$ (ATM Transaction International)? (Если банкомат долларовый). Или есть еще какие-то скрытые потери? Какой курс конвертации BTC в евро в данный момент? (Не нашел его на сайте). Заранее спасибо Вы видимо написали курс со стартовой страницы, это типа курс "продажи", курс "покупки " ваших биткоинов ниже на ~2-2.5%, он будет внутри сайта после логина. Снятие с банкомата долларов(долларовая карта) идет как родной валюты, по-этому снимут 2.5$, любая другая валюта 3.5$+3%конвертации по курсу визы. У нас, к сожалению, спрятали курсы из аккаунта, теперь, чтобы его увидеть придется пойти в Card Load, ввести 1 BTC и он выдаст соответствующую сумму.
Не знаю, почем так сделали, но до переезда на Wirex уже вряд ли это поменяется.
На остальные вопросы совершенно верно ответил @Hix Спасибо Вам за ответы А можно открыть карту в евро и переводить сразу битки в евро? Дабы избежать конвертации... Не имея ничего на счету, не могу посмотреть курс  Если кому-то не сложно, подскажите плиз, какой курс сейчас (хочу перевести биткоин в евро, если в евро невозможно - то в USD). Заранее премного благодарен Если у вас есть евровая карта - то конечно можно. На данный момент курс 1BTC = $412.9 или 292.09 фунта или 366,68 евро Все валюты есть, так что перевод должен работать хорошо |

В теории, да, может повториться. Но, я вроде выше уже упоминала, вчера у нас был новый деплой, разработчики обещали, что проблем станет меньше. Зависшие депозиты, как я понимаю, возникают из-за перегрузок у нас на сервере, а так же таймауты, которые иногда выпадают при загрузке карты или трансфере. Над этим активно работали и работают. Так что надеюсь, ситуация улучшится. В любом случае, если такое повторится, пишите сразу мне (можно продублировать в поддержку) - это два клика, очень быстро чинится. Я постараюсь взять за правило просматривать зависшие депозиты раз в сутки, чтобы хоть немного более оперативно такие вещи решать. |

Нет, так ничего и не зачислили. За эти два дня получил только один ответ от поддержки вчера, что мой вопрос передали специалисту и он будет решен в течении рабочего дня, но ничего не решилось, перевод висит уже двое суток, ответов от поддержки больше не получал. Такой подход начинает разочаровывать. Если сегодня не решится, то я понимаю что на выходных вы не работаете и надо будет ждать понедельника, но такой вариант меня совсем не устраивает. Неужели надо столько времени, чтобы решить мой вопрос? Судя по постам в англоязычной ветке, не только у меня такая проблема. Написал вам в личном сообщении мой емайл. Последние два раза, когда переводил биткоины на e-coin, возникают непонятные задержки. Перевод висит со статусом Pending 2/3, хотя блокчейн показывает что уже гораздо больше 6 подтверждений. В итоге вывод, который раньше занимал меньше часа теперь может занять около 4-5 часов. А для меня это было одним из основных преимуществ карты. Сегодня делал перевод, уже больше 5 часов прошло, а биткоины все еще не зачислили. В чем проблема и когда планируете исправить?
Хм, наши разработчики обещают сегодня-завтра новый деплой, который "решит большинство проблем", так что будем надеяться, что и эта проблема уйдет. А давно началось? Просто нам клиенты такое особо не жаловались, возможно, это единичный случай (проблема именно в вашем аккаунте), возможно - нет. Сложно сказать. В любом случае, неплохой профилактикой будет сгенерировать новый биткоин адрес (если вы пользуетесь, например, одним и он старше 1 месяца) и использовать его. И если видите, что в блокчейне уже больше 3 подтверждений - а у нас все еще в пендинге - пишите в поддержку или мне личное сообщение с емейлом. Через форум, вероятно, будет быстрее, если я онлайн. Но я в сети не 24х7, так что можно в любом случае продублировать письмо в поддержку, чтобы наверняка. Но мы, к сожалению, не всегда имеем возможность отвечать оперативно. Я онлайн с 3 ночи до 11 утра по Москве всегда. И бываю позже днем, но не так регулярно (в районе 2-4 дня). |
