i don't know others, also i don't know anything about these 35k Nxt, but i have to say that drexme has paid me 250 Nxts two times for translations. Payments are visible in your account. Thanks for mentioning this  I am reserving any judgement on Drexme for the time being. It can be a blow to the NXT reputation, but also to his, if it turns out to be a miscommunication. (also: drama!) It has nothing to do with Nxt reputation (though news could have unfair effects). Also I don't make any judgement on that guy or the other, since I am just reading words and should see the details.. But you guys really don't understand why such a thing could happen: nextcoin.org has a flawed coordination, a forum with only 2 or 3 weeks of existence has members who have 5 stars hero status, some moderators, and some speak of one another like they are active there for more than 2 years!? The funny part is most of them have not even a >20 membership activity in btt. Still you do not get from where such problem arises?!? Once more: we should separate all Nxt core-global activities and reputations from all third-party sites-forum-exchanges , these sites are welcomed, but there should not be a legitimacy relation between them and Nxt as the core project. |

THIEF ALERT: We have been maintaining a Nextcoin forums donation giveaway fund that held around 35K of NXT in it, I noticed this morning that it had nearly been drained. GCInc/Graviton and I did some inverstigation and apparently board member Drexme transferred it all to his DGEX account, sold it for BTC, and skated off with the funds.  Two weeks ago I decided to have a look inside the nextcoin.org forum pages (I am not a member of it yet). It was interesting: there were some guys who had 5 stars hero member status!? And some of them were talking and advertising about another guru member of that forum, like that forum itself has had minimum 2 years of existence! After seeing that, I decided to stay and communicate about Nxt only here in btt for a while to see what happens in the future  |

@allwelder: I appreciate your efforrts and yes we all do these stuffs to help our beloved Nxt, but I am not the Nxt bounty admin or manager or anything alike. What I've done was to gather a donation pool to define and push several necessary projects, promotions-video-article-press, at the early stage of Nxt project evolution. Fortunately the little flexibility and endorsement of the pool made it possible for me to award some few extra undefined projects and people in addition to what was planned at first. But my pool is close to zero, and the remaining amount is already determined to be used for very specific and important matters (press..). I would liked to assign some bounty awards to everyone who've done something valuable and posted his efforts here or pm d me privately but as I explained above it is not possible  I am only a stake-holder and after completing a few more details of the current bounty projects (a report to the public and the donators), I will lock this thread at the 3rd of coming January. I am sure other active members will continue the way towards Nxt great visioned success, that makes me an easy leave for retirement! Thank you all |

I am aware that the amount of bounty prizes may look unfair comparing each receivers' efforts and contributions, but please remember that each prize I promised when the Nxt price was different and also my perspective of the pool sources (unaware of coming projects-in-need for a bounty) was different too.
From the pool source that I am holding, there remains about 148K Nxt that I am to use for supplying the press campaign (~100K) and 48K for other purpose coming soon. The full reports of spent coins of the pool will be posted by me in this thread ASAP.

ferment and abelaue: okay guys, I was to send 90K to another guy in charge for placing 30 nodes, and also 60K for the rasspery pi nodes placement as well. As there was not any update about rasspery pi nodes idea-project, I am to place all 150K for the general nodes.
I can pay 60K to you ferment and 30K to you abelaue for the already placed nodes, only if you send the link of all of them in a pm for me. After chechking the liability and quality of those listed by you (I may ask a more informed clleague to check and see if they are new or you have already been paid for them by somebody else).

About the financing, I can give you 100K Nxt for a guaranteed plan of extended media coverage. 100K Nxt is worth more than 11 BTC right now, that is ~$8000 at the current BTC price. I can sell them and hand over BTC or $ instead, but if you accept to receive Nxt, then that means you received ~$8000, no matter how Nxt or BTC price would go to in future. Please let me know. I already announced the assignement of our bounty prizes to 3 winners (+100K to wesleyh for his Mac client, and 200K for Anon136 for his initialization of Nxt algo). I am arriving to the conclusion that maybe I should invest some Nxt to employ some developers for coding, designing and running a full functional Nxt/BTC exchange for me. And I can pay up to 1 million for an excellent implementation (+internal poker client attached). Just an idea We should have a secure full automated exchange for Nxt, otherwise it will not get wide adoption at initial stages I have lobbied the guys from Diamond Circle, Danny from Neo&Bee, Cryptsy and the guys behind https://www.masterxchange.com (DarkEmi & ElDido). I told the last ones to claim a bounty here too but we have no news yet. I can help with this bounty too, especially if the exchange can provide NXT/fiat - in this direction I think we should ask the guys at https://coinmkt.com/ too. Well I pay one million to developers to make an exchange for me Why already existed exchanges need bounty prizes to include Nxt in their platform?? We need to survive until 3rd of January.
I think there'll be even more needed then, when source code is opened = more DDOS and other type of attacks, there is only 1 week left to build a large network. Just brainstorming here as an ardent NXT supporter/Linux script kiddie trying to set up his first VPN at digitalocean to help out a little while learning a lot, so be gentle when you tell me this is a stupid idea. You could possibly kill two birds with one stone by coming up with a step-by-step checklist on how to make a Raspberry Pi into a NXT node, if such a thing is possible. It already runs a form of Debian. There's over a million Pis out there in the hands of hundreds of thousands of people willing to try something new with it. By going over to the Raspberry Pi forum at raspberrypi.org and making a single post, you could probably get thousands of people to do this in a week. If a generous donor gave Eben and Liz Upton of the Raspberry Pi Foundation (a most worthy UK charity pushing the Pi as an educational computer) a substantial NXT donation, plus staked any new Raspberry Pi node operator with 10 NXT, you could get some massive publicity, have a massive number of nodes, plus get a massive number of new people introduced to NXT in a very short period of time. If Liz would do it as a site headline article there could be an avalanche of NXT nodes in 24 hours. Win win win. Plus, when the apocalyptic showdown between Bitcoin and NXT starts in earnest in a week, there would be a certain delicious irony seeing $5000 ASIC operators in a death match with $25 Pi operators. bybitcoin I think it is time to end my giveaway (after I review some remaining efforts), calculate what I have spend so far and the remaining will be added to your BOUNTY pool which right now I think it is more important.
I will try to make a list with developers who will be paid by me and maybe in part from your Bounty fund in order to AUDIT the code after it is open sourced ASAP!!!
It could be even better if we can do this 1-2 days BEFORE!
I hope BCNext will agree to do so, they will be very carefully selected developers and the time they will have to copy/paste the project (even if they are malicious) will not be big enough!
