141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Panic Sell ? / Chance on: February 03, 2018, 08:29:20 PM
For me this falling is a chance to buy some coins I couldn't buy in December because I thought they on HIGH.
I believe that we can see the RUSH soon. But maybe it takes more time to reach December's level.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: February 03, 2018, 08:20:23 PM
I am not a big fan of KYC for bounty campaigns. Because I am not really sure that I want to share my private details with some company. There are some companies that I trust and believe in too. But some of them, asking KYC to receive about 30$, I believe it is ridiculous and someday and someone will make bounty campaign to collect a lot of private data like passports, address, residence, phones, wallet address. And it scares me..  Undecided

You are right. That's not a huge price to collect a data of bountyst's and crypto-investors and then sale it for 3d part advertise and scammers etc
Meanwhile some ICO can collect your personal data first.... and pay nothing after Smiley
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNICEF announced a project called "Game Chaingers" on: February 03, 2018, 08:08:40 PM
This is not  a project by UNICEF, instead some people are using UNICEF's name to mine cryptos. Here are some proofs to it:
1) Visit the Unicef France official twitter account (verified): https://www.youtube.com/user/unicefenfrancais
2) Visit the site linked there.
3) Go to the bottom of page and click the youtube icon.
4) You will get this youtube page: https://www.youtube.com/user/unicefenfrancais
5) The Youtube page given on these news sites is a fake one, even though it has more subscribers: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgC7E2YoTgUytC5IdFScqfQ
6) Also the site where you can mine cryptos for UNICEF is not a sub-part of UNICEF website, but entirely different site. https://www.chaingers.io/en/index.html
7) Clicking the Unicef logo on this site does not take you to UNICEF's site.

So I guess it would be unwise to support such scam projects. It is not from UNICEF. Scam attempts like this is what gives crypto-currencies a bad name.

If so they are absolutely immoral bastards!
How can it possible say 'it for pitiable sirian children' and earn money on those who wants help?  Embarrassed
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - Telegram Open Network ✔ on: January 27, 2018, 10:33:29 PM
Just wait an official announcement from the company. Its better and save your time and mind from hypes.
While we are waiting, media and Telegram users talk each other about SiliconWalley's corporates  that prepare to invest on Telegram Smiley
And one of Durov's old investors from Russia wants to be a part of newTelegram's secret investors. Smiley
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CME futures expires on 26th January on: January 27, 2018, 10:20:45 PM

See, nothing happened. As Maveth says, CME on its own cannot really do much, so this was nothing much to do with futures in the first place. As people keep reminding anyway, none of the contracts actually involve Bitcoin. It is just a bunch of people betting on whether the price goes up or down.

As yes, the actual event does not cause price fluctuations, rather people react in anticipation of news, and events. They either panic and sell out of fear and uncertainty, or buy in the fear of missing out, this is the herd mentality famous in trading.

The way I see it is that the inflating price of BTC we witnessed towards the end of November and throughout December could have been big business/governments buying up lots of BTC. Then in order to manipulate the price downwards to ensure the Futures contracts executed successfully, many of these BTC are sold. This would explain the fact that $50bn falls off the market in less than 1 hour around a week ago...
And same time US Government sold last part of confiscated SilkWay's Bitcoins Smiley
Please remember that market's 'bears' want their piece of Bitcoins pie too.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BitConnect is a SCAM? on: January 27, 2018, 10:03:53 PM
Yeah, it's the biggest scam after Onecoin. If you are smart enough then you will know that Bitcoinnect is a Ponzi scheme, anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong. because one percent of daily profit is too good to be true even in crypto space since the risk of cryptocurrency trading is higher than the stock trading. In my opinion, the team behind Bitcoinnect is very bad because it will soon launch ICO to scam investors once again.
Although it looks like a scam since it started.. so many people lend their money like a blind.
Those who promise you to ROI  365% yearly in $ - are scammers. It simple but useful formula. Smiley
And you should think twice when they talk about 7-levels referral program.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitconnect is Dead.... :( on: January 27, 2018, 09:43:13 PM
It was born dead, I never understood people investing their money in scams like Bitconnect when we have a lot of solid, prospective projects on the market.
Because Bitconnect gave a hope for those who wants catch a dream.... big money without hard work.
They promised good profit for those who participate and join referral program.
But at start of this progect many analysts had afraid than that multy-levels referral program looks like stupid Ponzi scam.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram ICO: is it worth participating? on: January 27, 2018, 09:20:03 PM
Heard about this recently. Is the ICO out yet? can we buy it now? I search it on google and I can't find anything about the token sale.

That's awfully secret ICO, you know. Smiley Nobody knows when it start and how we can participate.
Just few billionaires are waiting in queue in front of Durov's office in Dubai. Smiley
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram ICO: is it worth participating? on: January 26, 2018, 09:47:42 PM
I still can't decide to bur tokens or not.
Because telegram from one side is very popular, but from another it's already developed product. I will wait for another opinions.
That's great because it can reach Hard cap more quickly and then many people will try to catch they Token on crypto exchanges. And price will go up!
If it be unknown messenger on ICO that will be worse I think.
It still not enough developed. It have big potential and if Durov could have more investition on it that will be coolest thing on market. And if it start to make payment P2P and B2P (like chinese WeChat) - that will be a bomb. Smiley

Do you know that he invests his own 70 millions dollars in it yearly?
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CME futures expires on 26th January on: January 26, 2018, 09:23:12 PM
I read some analysts that said that after 26 new money will be poured into btc and crypto market starting the next uptrend and bringing an end to the current correction, well im not able to see big reversal signs at the moment, may be in coming days it will happen, lets see.
All of us are waiting, but although when futures started in december many analists told that bitcoin will be with low volatility than before.
Cause futures could hedge Big Money from insane Bitcoins volatility.
For example on CBOE and CME trading will stop if price increase or reduce more than 5%.
That's special insuranse for markets panic sale / buy. Smiley
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: COINCHECK HACKED - Biggest hack in history [XRP&NEM] on: January 26, 2018, 09:04:49 PM
https://news.bitcoin.com/coincheck-halts-operations-amidst-hacking-rumors-after-723-million-withdrawn/

It's still wild wild west out there. On exchanges they don't care enough about security.
I expect to see some kind of insurance model from exchange in future because of this attacks.
Bank insurance is something good. That insurance could be and probably will be paid by us in some smaller percentage,
but it would be safer than now.
It will be so unprofitable to insure big crypto exchange. Smiley
As you know almost every month one or two of thay hacked.
May be in future when insurance companies try to calculate his profit and fees for it.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: COINCHECK HACKED - Biggest hack in history [XRP&NEM] on: January 26, 2018, 08:51:50 PM
False.

They did not stole Ripple, only NEM.
Tokyo based cryptocurrency exchange "coincheck" just confirmed that they had more than 500 million dollars stolen in Ripple and Nem cryptocurrencies.
China and shouth korea is ok, but what happens when Japan starts to face issues regarding crypto?

And that was because of their lack of security, not because they just were hacked.

Maybe that was some kind of "exit" scam like may other exchanges did before in order to say that they were "hacked" while they stoled all that money.. Yeah, right, just a "hack"..

Maybe you're right.
It's unbelievable.. if so huge sum were stolen by hackers. If so they are genius but it seems to me ... perhaps some of the staff can help they.  Anyway when you have so huge funds you must spend more sum to IT security..... even this forum spend money for security bounty. Smiley
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CME futures expires on 26th January on: January 26, 2018, 08:28:55 PM
you really think that futures affect the price btc?Huh?
Why no? It could be.
Futures give best chance to 'BigMoney' use all of Bitcoins volatility for great profit with low risk. That's not mandatory to buy 'live' Bitcoin for trading. That's just markets derivatives.
It's unbelievable but worldwide derivatives market even bigger that real money (like Dollars, Euro and ALL of other currencies).

Do you remember what's happened in 2008? Yes that was the BIG GAME of derivatives etc
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: COINCHECK HACKED - Biggest hack in history [XRP&NEM] on: January 26, 2018, 08:14:03 PM
Oh my... Just saw this in the news myself. This is a reminder as to why one should not keep large sums of crypto on exchanges. It is not ideal for those who do day trading, but still it seems many people just buy and leave coins on an exchange  Sad
That's right, but that funds were placed in many different trading deposit accounts of course.
And medium sum may be not so huge, you know.
For example 500 000 users with 1000$.
D'you remember that 250 000 users were registered every day at Bitfinex before it close registrations? Smiley
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - Telegram Open Network ✔ on: January 25, 2018, 10:16:30 PM
What do you think about this Telegram group?

https://telegram.me/icogrampool

Recently Telegram developer and it's single owner Pavel Durov ask users to sent him any informations about communities who offer "Gram Token Pre-Sale " etc

He told that all of same groups and communities is a scam!!!
By the way one of that scam pre-sale groups collected 5 millios $ already.

Be careful!
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: January 20, 2018, 09:58:54 PM
In my opinion now good point for investing. But of course you should know on what currency /token  you want to investing. You should know it history of trading and perspective.
If hodl - buy and relax Smiley
If daytrading - invest some money for Valium too. Smiley
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitconnect performed exit scam with $2.5 bln and investors are suicidal on: January 20, 2018, 09:50:22 PM

What did they waiting for? It's absolutely immoral ponzi scam.
I know that same scam projects feel free in emerging markets but  very strange to see this results in USA etc
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ripple Going To Reach 10,000$ By 2020? on: January 20, 2018, 09:36:38 PM
First question: Cryptoworld to exist by 2020? If yes, under which rules and requirements? I don't know. Second question: XRP to surpass BTC by 2020? Impossible.

Nobody knows it, but all of us dreams to be in crypto paradise at that time.
We will be happiness and rich like that brothers Winclevoss. Smiley

I have read news: 600 bitcoins enthusiasts hire cruise liner and go a cruise.
When Ripple reach 10 000 all of cruise ships won't enough for crypto millioners Smiley
Hurry up booking Smiley
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pump when? on: January 20, 2018, 09:04:18 PM
I read that bears want to lower bitcoin below the $ 10,000 mark. Even if they succeed, but after that, slow growth will begin. On such days I do not trade. Look at the game of bears and whales. I hope that the bulls will soon appear in the arena.

It seems to me that all of the present falls it's not a fatal contingency cause too much invisible big marketmakers wants to make profits on short position o wants to buy bitcoin chiper Smiley

And if you have some money to investing in crypto now is a good moment to do it.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pump when? on: January 18, 2018, 09:39:02 PM
Alright, honestly I'm kinda tired of this red shit all over the place.
This is the reason why my Lamborghini will be green or yellow.

Do you know that - AliBaba try to be a mining factory!

Sorry - that news I posted here are big fake.
AliBaba did not confirm that.

Of course - cause China Government resently decide catch all minig centers in the country, that so big and so energy-hungry. Smiley
