Если так подходить к вопросу питания, то современные продукты ВООБЩЕ нельзя употреблять в пищу.
я уже совсем не смотрю телевизор и не слушаю радио. А в интернете все эти статьи обхожу стороной, потому что начитаешься и тогда вообще получается что лучше умереть а не жить. Везде проблемы, везде болезни и везде ничего нельзя есть. А жить то как. Судя по всем этим статьям и тому что показывают по телевизору я вообще должен был уже откинуть коньки, я чуть ли не все делаю в точности на оборот тому что там говорят раньше люди жили и здоровее были. Помню еще в мое время бегали в деревне босиком, ели не мытые овощи и фрукты потому что родители не всегда рядом чтобы усмотреть, да и контроля такого не было и здоровье слава Богу, а сейчас все боятся чтобы ничего и нигде не проглотить или плохого не съесть, а в итоге черт знает что получается. А главное то что действительно полезно , говорят что нельзя. недавно скушал передачу как рассказывали что нельзя пить свежее парное молоко , а лучше из магазина из пакета которое отмыло обработку и из него забрали все вредные вещества. Такой дурной передачи я еще не слышал. а кто то ведется. |
