ICNX is a completely separate product and token. You can buy ICNX when it gets listed on exchanges, or via peer to peer trades, depending on who lists that token. If an exchange lists ICNX/ICN trading pair, you can buy ICNX with ICN. Normally however you'd buy ICNX with BTC or ETH.

I don't think it would be an ERC 20. Because ERC 20 tokens have fixed supply. In case of ICNX new tokens would be regularly created and destroyed.

I'm not sure who you are referring to.  To be clear I think this is a cool project and it fills a need in this growing industry (gaining exposure to assets by tracking an index). I have a very small amount invested for speculation, but I think this project will have to be dismantled in the mid- long-term and it will be replaced by something regulated.  As a securities lawyer, in my opinion this is probably the most obvious target for an SEC enforcement.  After this one, I would say Digix (which I'm also invested in).

monero is a clone of bytecoin. in the police for ICNX they are stating, they are not invesing in clones of coins. So why or how is it possible that there is xmr in their portofolio? 10% of portofolio for a clone code 1:1 stolen from bytecoin developers.

I guess, this would be the use of ICN as utility token. Pay a small amount of ICN as fee and you'll not miss an ICO.

This is confirmation that Iconomi is working towards a platform upon which array managers can invest their clients' money into new ICO's.

This would attract a lot more users than a platform upon which array managers can only trade assets that are already listed on exchanges.

Maybe it won't happen that fast, but by constant burning of the tokens I'm pretty sure one day we'll have 1 ICN be worth way over 100$. Just imagine, the last ICN available will probably be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Json is not needed if you still have your private key, It's just another method to decrypt, now just well save your private key because if you lose it then you won't be able to access your tokens.

With dividends in place, i receive multiple income streams. If i choose sell the original assets i can or if i choose to take profit from dividend i can. now i have no choice. As far as the lie of we are in the red. Not much can be done. But i kinda feel like that opinion is letting down the whole smart contract thing they could encode a contract to monitor the fees and it would be open to see on the network.
