A few more reasons to not use BitPay: I don't think that two could argue about whether btcpayserver is the best solution here because it clearly is. We should understand though, that these centralized payment processors are simply businesses trying to make money and survive with the laws and regulations. It must be the community responsibility to spread awareness regarding btcpay and also propose it for merchants but that could be hard because as said above, most of the services out there are just looking to accept bitcoin as an additional payment method to have more gains and not to hold it or invest in it, and in this scenario, centralized solutions are considered better because they facilitate the process of converting btc to fiat. Yes, banning countries is very sad. I check listing and see.. Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cambodia, Ecuador, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Nepal, and Vietnam.
