if you really need to access your funds, then import your mnemonics to electrum/exodus/any other BIP39 supporting wallets.
1. After I do this will they be delays in sending btc using exodus considering recent transaction blockchain congestion's? 2. Are electrum/exodus running smoothly, any delays in transaction times? 3. Will the receiver have to wait long and what is typical fee at the moment?

I'm not sure but there are a lot of people complaining about them recently so If I were you, I wouldn't use them now.
Have Blockchain.info sorted out their issues yet? It's been a few weeks since your post, when do you think their processing will be back to normal?
|
|
|
They are currently under heavy load of inquiries so you should expect a longer waiting time.
If I were to exchange BTC for ETH and if the exchange were to be conducted 'in-house' within Blockchain.info portal - they use Shapeshift - would this exchange go slowly due to btc current processing issues and would it be expensive to exchange?

Do you have a 12-/18-/24- word seed backup? Is mnemonic same thing as seed? Or can you export the private keys of your addresses? Where on the dashboard do we find the private keys for a blockchain.info acc? How about for Exodus?

How to trade trade in and out and back in again for profit with bitcoin?
|
|
|
If you have a specific wallet that you want to import to, Let me know.
I have Exodus and mnemonic for the acc from blockchain.info. How should we proceed from here?

I'm trying to send btc using Blockchain.info. I am familiar with the site and used it countless times however on this occasion the "From" and "To" boxes are not visible which means I can't input btc addresses into them. "To" in this case is where one would input the btc address of the receiver (person to get paid by me).
I see three small light blue flashing squares instead where "From" and "To" input boxes should be. Javascript is enabled. Waited over an hour nothing. Can't send if I can't input btc addresses into the "From" and "To" boxes.
Is this just me or is anyone else encountering similar?

Sell specifically into what, who, where? Do we day trade it for alt coins only?
Where do we go to do this (without KYC hassles preferably)? I want to day trade too.

There are 2 clear directions when the prices are falling. 1. Sell.

I'm going to start a trading journal. My goal is to reach 1 BTC starting from 0.1 (a bit less), trading altcoins with a short-term outlook. I'm a professional trader and, even if cryptocurrency is a new world to me, I have decided to dedicate 6 months to test this market with a small amount. If I succeed, I will include cryptocurrency in my investment portfolio and I will publish my strategy. Today's trades: DNT 632 DGB 139 XRP 3000 GRS 8976 Good luck PS: I also have a small investment in Bitcoin and Ethereum, but I won't count it in. What platforms do you recommend to try this? Where do we go day-trade BTC for US dollars (not alt coins)? Thanks, and good luck.

I would like to know best methods for trading in and out and then back in again using electronically methods, and not for hard cash per se. I'm trying to do with bitcoin what stock traders do at push of a button going in and out of the market. Methods need to be lighting fast as I need to get back into the market at any time.
Q: Where do I go to do this? With whom? Who will allow me to do this?
Thanks

This is not Poloniex's fault... this time. The Blockchain is very congested...
Reasons for congestion? Is the congestion on-going on the blockchain?
|
|
|
The reason for this is to keep the "average" block time to 10 minutes. If more hashing power is brought online (ie. more miners), then chances are blocks will be found quicker and the average block time drops below 10 minutes... to counter this, the difficulty is increased.
Why does the block always need to hover around the 10 minute mark? Why not 5 minute or 15 minute etc? What is unique about the 10 minute mark that it must stay there?

The other person needs a wallet app that can scan your QR code.
Does Blockchain.info offer such an app that will allow their smartphone to scan my QR code? Who do you recommend?
|
|
|
Is there a way for people to scan my QR code and send me bitcoin in face-to-face situation? I won't have access to 3g or wifi but they will have 3g internet access. 1. Before they scan, they would need to download an app or something else? 2. Do I make a sceenshot on smartphone (Samsung), are there alternatives to carrying a printed paper version of my QR code around? Thanks

Who actually owns bittrex?

|

Check if you have javascript or image objects disabled in your browser. Or if you have an addon installed that may block things. Javascript was disabled and no addons initially . Yeah, you could use any other generator that creates QR codes from addresses.
Which sites do you usually use?

Yeah, you could use any other generator that creates QR codes from addresses.
Which site do you recommend for this (using just my btc receiving address)?
