Anyone know where I can get a pre-paid virtual debit card funded with bitcoin will be issued for someone not in EU or North America? I don't need actual delivery, virtual is fine so long as I can use for online shopping, online use only. If they want to deliver the card fine too. Let me know if they ask for verification or not too please. Thanks

I need a debit card for online shopping in EU and North America and AU, but it needs to be funded by bitcoin and no identification when setting up the cards e.g. passport or DL. With Visa or MasterCard. Your recommendations appreciated, thanks in advance.
