Guys, looking for bitcoin sportsbooks where I can bet live on NBA (only match winner market needed).
And not counting bookies who clone Pinnacle for NBA odds, like for example Cloudbet.
I already know of Sportsbet.io but their odds suck, and 1xbit I don't trust. Nitrogensports I do trust, but they have no match winner markets live.
Which other ones with a reasonable margin (minimum 1,85 vs 1,85 odds, or -118 juice if you're American) on NBA match winner markets in livebetting are there?
As far as I know Nitrogen has live bets, it's a bit hard to bet on though since it changes like ever 5 secs and that makes it hard to place a bet as it usually doesn't go through since it says the odds already changed. Maybe you should check out bigger non-btc sportsbooks, though usually these sportsbooks already accept bitcoins anyway. Check 5dimes, bookmaker, betonline, bovada and heritage sports, all of which are very reputable and like will have live bets you want since those are the biggest names in the industry. They are not really mentioned here on the forum since these are originally fiat only sportsbooks but has already adopted bitcoins as a way to gamble. A precaution though, some of them don't count your bitcoins as "bitcoins" but when you deposit bitcoins it will be deposited in your account as the USD value. Yeah am already using Bookmaker and Betonline. The other 3 you mentioned I can't use because they dont accept European players. |

The only one I know of is cloudbet
but they as of late have been having problems and not paying people's winnings for a while now from all the complaints on their thread.
I've used cloudbet 1-2 weeks ago for live nba betting and I haven't had any problems with them, they settle live bets very fast. Also they're having a small promotion for those who bet daily with their in play live has a chance to get a free bet every week I forgot what was the promotion called but you can find it on the site. I would adise you switch to Pinnacle then for NBA live bets. Cloudbet just copy Pinnacle odds and then add 2% juice to it. For example 1,92 odds become 1,90 etc. They are very sad. |

Have you tried Bovada? Check out all of the games they have up to bet on for basketball. If you don't want to click, they have four US basketball games up as I type this post. What do you think about Bovada? They look nice, but they dont accept customers from Europe. That's why I'm looking for bitcoin only books (no fiat) so that they cannot filter out customers from certain countries. |

Hi,
Since about 24 hours my Electrum wallets keeps on synchronizing whenever I open it. I have rebooted my laptop several times, tried to access with and without VPN, restarted router. Did everything I could but I keep having this problem.
I never had this before and I have been using Electrum already 2 years.
I received a payment 2 days ago but I cannot see the amount of it. It keeps showing "unverified" and zero as amount even though I know for sure it will not be zero.
Any ideas how to fix this?
The problem is most likely in server your Electrum wallet is connected,so in order to change server just click on red dot in right corner and uncheck automatic connection and select some other server from available list.After that your wallet should be sync very quickly and problem should disappear. I tried to follow up your advice. But when I click on the red dot (or arrows when its synchronizing) in the lower right corner, then I do indeed get a list with possible servers, but there is no button that says "connect". All I can do is, un-tick the auto-connect box and then select a random server in the list and press "ok". But then nothing gets connected. The synchronizing arrows in the right lower corner then change to a red dot and it says "not connected". How can I connect? Restarting the laptop also didnt help cause when I open the Electrum wallet again then it still shows not connected. After you have unticked the select server automatically box, you have to right click the said server and click Use as server. Heres a tutorial with pictures [ Note that he's not using the latest version so some options might not be placed on the same tab like the select server automatically box which is now on the Server Tab ]. If it doesn't work: 1). Make sure you have the latest version which is 3.0: https://electrum.org/#download2). Check if your firewall/antivirus is blocking electrum. 3). Yes, Im a noob That must be the problem, you need to update your wallet as a lot of essential changes has been made. Don't worry nothing will go wrong as long as you'll get it from their official site l https://electrum.org/#download l you can also check them by verifying the PGP signature. For now, update your wallet first and if it still doesn't sync do the other options. For option 3:Hold the windows button + R and type %AppData%/Electrum and then a new window will pop up, you can find it there. Oh dear, what I feared has become reality. Tried to update Electrum to the newest version by downloading the newest version of Electrum for Windows on the website you gave me. It all looked to go fine, but then after the installation was complete I could not find a new shortcut on my desktop. Only the old one to my old wallet but it cannot open anymore as it gives the following error message: "Error loading Python DLL" and then it says in my own language something like "invalid access to memory location". Also rebooting my laptop did not solve this. And when I search for "electrum" in my whole laptop I cannot find any maps with Electrum, only a shortcut to the old version which is not working anymore. Any idea how to solve this?  |

Klopt je krijgt in dezelfe 2x coins als bitcoin. Maar zoals al gezegt is, vind 2x het kennelijk niet nodig om replay protection toe te passen. Dus er zullen wel problemen optreden. Mijn advies verstuur geen bitcoin of bitcoin2x tot een week na de fork. Zodat alles duidelijk is geworden en je niet je bitcoins verliest als je 2x verstuurt.
Maar als er problemen voordoen ben je toch ook de lul als je je BTC in je Elctrum wallet houdt? Als er koersdaling optreedt ben je toch sowieso de lul? Of probeer me aub eens uit te leggen waarom je bitcoins kan verliezen als je transacties uitvoert vlak na een fork? Als er geen reply protection is, dan loop je het risico dat je BTC transactie ook voor de andere coin wordt uitgevoerd. Dus als je 1 BTC aan iemand betaalt, dat je ook 1 B2X (of hoe die dan ook heten mag) overmaakt - en omgekeerd. En koersdaling of stijging, daarvoor maakt het niet uit of je ze verstuurt of niet. Hallo, Zie ik iets over het hoofd of is er gewoon gratis geld te halen zonder risico bij de fork in November? Dit staat namelijk op Coinbase hierover: Any customer with a Bitcoin balance on Coinbase at the time of the fork will be credited with an equal amount of the Bitcoin2x asset on the Bitcoin2x blockchain. No action is required—we will automatically credit your account. So, if you have 5 Bitcoin stored on Coinbase before the fork; you will have 5 Bitcoin and 5 Bitcoin2x following the event. Dus wat is een reden waarom je niet je coins daar zou plaatsen net voor de Fork? Als je 5BTC hebt en ze gewoon in je Electrum wallet houdt heb je na de fork nog steeds 5BTC. Dan jouw situatie: Je hebt Electrum wallet met daarin 5 BTC. Daarmee beschik je over je eigen private key (weet je hoe je die kunt vinden?). Doordat je op 1 augustus bitcoins bezat, bezit je nu automatisch ook bitcoin cash. Doordat je op 23 oktober bitcoins bezat, bezit je nu automatisch ook bitcoin gold. Voor het bezitten hoef je niets te doen; om erover te kunnen beschikken wel. Allereerst heb je een nieuwe wallet nodig die bitcoincash (resp. bitcoingold) ondersteunt. Die laatste bestaat nog niet, dus met claimen moet je nog even wachten. Omdat je de private key op een minder veilige manier moet gaan gebruiken, is het verstandig om eerst je bitcoins naar een ander adres te sturen, zodat jouw oude adres leeg is. Wanneer je een fout maakt bij het claimen van de bitcoincash waardoor jouw private key in verkeerde handen valt, dan heb je je bitcoins in ieder geval nog. Dan: wat wil je ermee doen? Als je ze op Coinbase zet heb je kennelijk 5BTC en 5 bitcoins van de andere soort. Dus wat is het risico als je dit doet? Al blijkt de nieuwe soort bitcoin waardeloos, dan heb je toch nog geen verlies hiermee? Dan heb je alsnog 5BTC + (bijna) niks Kan iemand me uitleggen of hier gevaren in zitten of dat dit gratis geld is? Wanneer je je bitcoin gewoon in je Electrum wallet houdt, dan heb je de beschikking over je eigen private key(s). Oftewel: dan heb je dus ook de beschikking over de nieuwe "bitcoin". Alleen kan het wel even duren voordat er een wallet beschikbaar is om deze nieuwe coins te claimen. Wel is het verstandig in dit geval even te wachten met claimen, i.v.m. de kans op een replay-attack (wanneer je met de ene coin betaalt, dat dezelfde coin ook op het andere netwerk wordt uitgevoerd) Dus in dat opzicht is het gratis geld. Alleen aan de andere kant kan het "kostbaar" gratis geld zijn: wanneer er veel problemen komen door de fork (bijvoorbeeld door diezelfde replay-attack) dan kan de koers wel eens heel erg dalen. De beide andere hardforks (bitcoin cash en bitcoin gold) hebben juist voor koersstijgingen gezorgd (of in ieder geval niet gezorgd voor een daling) maar dit wordt een ander verhaal. Hier snap ik niks van.....je zegt dat ook als je je BTC in je Electrum wallet houdt je net zoals op Coinbase je eigen BTC hoeveelheid ook in de nieuwe versie erbij krijgt? Maar alleen als je ze claimt (waarom niet automatisch?) en hoe claim je ze dan? Ik heb bijv tijdens de forks met bitcoin cash en bitcoin gold ook gewoon mijn BTC in mijn Electrum wallet gehouden. Betekent dat dat ik die nieuwe bitcoins nu nog ergens gratis kan ophalen/claimen? Hoe dan? |

Hallo, Zie ik iets over het hoofd of is er gewoon gratis geld te halen zonder risico bij de fork in November? Dit staat namelijk op Coinbase hierover: Any customer with a Bitcoin balance on Coinbase at the time of the fork will be credited with an equal amount of the Bitcoin2x asset on the Bitcoin2x blockchain. No action is required—we will automatically credit your account. So, if you have 5 Bitcoin stored on Coinbase before the fork; you will have 5 Bitcoin and 5 Bitcoin2x following the event. Dus wat is een reden waarom je niet je coins daar zou plaatsen net voor de Fork? Als je 5BTC hebt en ze gewoon in je Electrum wallet houdt heb je na de fork nog steeds 5BTC. En waarom is deze veel kleinere transactie met naar verhouding enorme fee niet confirmed dan?

Mijn Bitcoin transactie met ID 0633c1eaa7360b138d4f50f43dfc2c9c10d0294e3695a668a2a1fdac13637f86 is al 24 uur unconfirmed. Het ligt niet aan de fee want die is net zo hoog als normaal en dan lukt het wel altijd binnen een aantal minuten om confirmations te krijgen.
Kan iemand me helpen? De bitcoin accelerator van ViaBTC werkt niet want dan staat er telkens "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later"
Waarom denk je dat het niet aan de fee kan liggen? Je hebt een fee van 157 sat/byte gebruikt terwijl op dit moment 510 sat/byte nodig is om 95% kans om in een van de volgende 3 blokken te zitten te garanderen... https://bitcoinfees.21.co/Je bent wel correct bezig wat betreft viabtc... Gewoon blijven proberen tot er een plaatsje vrij is in hun queu Mij is altijd verteld dat de fee niets te maken heeft met het bedrag. Maar de hoofdreden dat ik denk dat er niks mis is met mij fee is omdat het 9 van de 10 keer snel lukt met deze fee bij mij. Maar ik zal blijven wachten en af en toe op viabtc het blijven proberen |
