hi Betcoin so I'm not sure if you can help me with this but here is the story
one year ago ( or a little bit less or more ) I introduced one of my friends to betcoin and transferred to him 20 chips , he wagered like 2 chips maybe and then forgot about the account , he is not bitcoiner though
so a couple of days ago I was telling him about how the price of bitcoin is moving , and he said to me that he still have the chips in his account  but he forgot the username and the email he used

I tried to search for transactions from my account but couldn't find the old transactions , so is there anyway you can check for me the username or the email address for that account

as I said the only info I have about it is that I sent 20 chips to it , and that account never made any deposit or withdrawal
hope you can help with that , cause my friend went crazy when he knew that the amount of chips I sent him is now worth like 150$ , it was less than 10$ when I sent him ( not that big but still decent money   )

Okay sounds pretty good. I'm willing to give it a try. But if I join now and deposit, can I still get the welcome bonus on my 2nd deposit later on then? Or is welcome bonus only available on first ever deposit and if I deposit now when there are no promotions available my chance for a welcome bonus is gone for good?

P.S. Any estimation on when the decimal odds will be available and when the promotions ill be launched? I know you dont know an exact date, but just estimation.

I would like to give thumbs up to Betcoin for not begin childish. They gave me back my 500mBTC stake for a live wager that was not shown as accepted by the system (received an error message in red saying the odds are not available when trying to place the bet) but was still deducted from my balance. They were honest and swift to credit back my stake. Although I was in my right, I was still fearing they could just say everything was fine and I would have no proof. But thumbs up for your honesty Betcoin!

I have had several encounters with Betcoin.ag support and each time was treated good and was helped by them eventually. One time in particular, they helped me to restore my lost ticket to 1 BTC GTD Tournament. That was really nice of them, at first I thought I lost it forever. I took the 3rd place in that tournament and won 0.17 BTC, which is not only my biggest win ever, but I can say that my other wins are not even close. So, I can confirm, their support is great.
