Investing in the crypto world isn't that much different investing in the "real" world, they all follow fundamental rules.
1. Every investment comes with risk, no matter how certain you are.

Research the teams of the ICOs you are interested in, read their white papers, have at least basic understanding of the crypto world and see if you have faith in the products that the ICOs are bringing to the table. The more detail you have, the lower the potential risk you need to endure.
3. Once you have done your research and are aware of the uncontrollable potential risk, know that the higher the risk, the higher the reward. So, are you a safe player or do you have the financial freedom to "go big or go home"?
There are projects that with good ideas and innovations will get support in the market, while others simply lose this competition and go into oblivion. So the most important thing is to see this side, and it's very difficult, and then already and take risks. But even in a positive outcome, the profit may not be at all the one you are counting on. |

hey bros, I am fairly new here and have only really been in crypto seriously for about a year, jumping around from coin to community often feeling a void somewhere and wonder if there are any enthusiasts also feeling the same that may have similar ideas and are open and willing to work together towards a common goal. How do you feel about working together? I see there are now at least a couple thousand crypto-currency projects and many of them are open source with quite liberal licensing. I wonder if one could not pick and choose through the crypto buffet and create the perfect currency chain? Ofcourse this is very subjective, we all have different perspectives and therefore completely different ways of interpreting the system and its benefit to harm ratio. If we could be compassionate and open minded, and consider the implications of the systems on all of its constituents we would surely create a system that is simple, secure, accessible, fair, provides equal opportunity and does not oppress or harm people or our environment. Ну я лично предпочитаю покупать монетки с капитализацией в 10-20 лямов долларов. Если выстрелят до 100-200 лямов, то прост очень даже неплохой выходит. |

How long do you think I would have to wait until I break even or see profits? I bought nearly all my coins near ATH, unfortunately.  For example - I bought NEBL when it was trading at around $48. It is now $14.04. I bought SUB when it was trading at around $3.25. It is now $0.54. Bought DRGN when it was trading around $5! It's now $1.41. Everytime I see portfolio, I really wonder how much longer time it will take for me to at least break even or see some green. Sometimes, I get worried they will never recover. Should I be worried? Realistically, how long do you think I might have to wait to see some turnaround? Thanks It looks like you picked the wrong time to buy, but it's not just your fault. Yes, after the massive recession, the price of all alts has decreased threefold at least, and now we have to wait either for summer or for the end of the year and hope that everything will return to its previous indicators to begin with. |
