Hey everyone,,, I spent whole 2 hours reading up and understanding more now about Pot B and I have to say I am a big big lover of this format and I think we should just move the whole system to this instead of Superbru. BSFL is like quiz with research, and this one is like pure gambling instinct,,, that makes a perfect combination worthy of bitcointalk forum gambling discussion  In fact you should combine both next season  Most other threads are just sports talk with no gambling, and bad quality 'news' sharing which is worthless. Oops, edit, I forgot different sponsors so not possible to combine BSFL/UCL  I also love how buwaytress appoached this, I'm not a big fan of Superbru predictions. We should keep this and BSFL separate not just because of different sponsors but also due to the fact that they are entirely different in competition composition, but now we have the best of both worlds. I'm sure buwa's idea will grow - so we might end up doing something together. buwa is somebody Cro2 would gladly work with. |

Submitted my picks for pot B already, there's a game I really like and I placed 6 chips on that one.
Quite a risk, but I'm in a decent position and it's a game I feel will go my way.
I even think I'll take some money out of the piggy bank and place a big bet on it (10x my usual stake).

Kinda expected to see Cup Final market on Sportsbet, it would make following it more exciting, but maybe next time.
We're still trying, maybe we get them tomorrow. When the team is busy, these things drop down on their list of priorities - which is kinda understandable. What do you think about the opinion of allocation of the prize among top 2 or 3 if participation is much for the Friendly Cup? When I first heard about the opinion of Friendly Cup I was expecting 3 people to join. However it looks like it has turned into a big organization with 7-8 people joining. I think that this stems from people's being used to the BSFL and their wanting to make predictions on even empty weeks.
Maybe next time, this time let's go all in. With all the participation promises, only 1 player submitted so far  It is also kinda fun not knowing how many people will play and how big the reward will be until the last second. |

I'm doing ok in other pools (middle in Serie A, top 20% in CL and PL), so this one really bothers me. I hate being last on the table.

Szoboszlai's one was my favorite. That guy is a machine, I'm so thrilled we got him. He's everything you need from a modern football's centre mid and he clicked with the team instantly. You can see how often do they look for him, even in crowded areas. He'll improve our offensive game immensely. I don't know where this is from, a friend sent it to me - I do feel it's correct though: Liverpool's new midfielders Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Gravenberch & Endō have 6 goal contributions between them in September.

Tough game for us away at Spurs on Saturday, I think we’ll see how serious Klopp 2.0 can be taken this season as title contenders in the next 2 weeks.
We have back to back away games against Spurs and then Brighton. If we can come out of those games with 4 points or more then we are back.
Spurs are kinda vulnerable - they play quite open. I feel good about this game, we're the better team and will probably have control in midfield. We were really impressive in the Cup yesterday - I think we're in a good period. I just hope Trent is back, there will be a lot of space behind Tottenham's defence to exploit. |
