1401  Economy / Lending / Re: [Need Loan] Collatoral with game accounts on: August 12, 2015, 04:32:44 PM
seeing youre having difficulty selling those accounts off as it is, its fair game to assume that youre attempting to sell those accounts through this loan. either way, game accounts are not valid collateral as they can be recovered by emailing the respective support of the companies they are run by.
1402  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what is the best online bitcoin wallet on: August 12, 2015, 08:04:43 AM
I like coinbase. It was one of the best.
coinbase isnt a webwallet, its an exchange.
1403  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering Loans from 0.01 to 0.1 BTC , 0.5% daily intrest, collateral, escrow OK on: August 12, 2015, 08:01:51 AM
Amount: .015 BTC
Interest: 10%
Collateral: BTCTalk Account (Member rank but currently banned)
Reason: Pay Bills
Repayment Amount: 0.0165BTC
Repayment Date: 19-Aug-2015 at the latest
theres not much use in a banned account, and im assuming the banned member account belong to you, in which case your posting from this account counts as ban evasion.
1404  Other / Meta / Re: positive trusts disappearing? on: August 12, 2015, 07:55:08 AM
The entire trust system needs an overhaul in my opinion...bitcointalk does need some form of trust rating, but its current form is flawed Angry
its impossible to create a system that's perfect for everyone, the current system might not be satisfactory for some, but it does its job.
1405  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is there a quick way to buy bitcoin with credit card? on: August 12, 2015, 06:51:33 AM
most people wouldnt trade to you directly for CC since it can be easily reversed, but you may want to try and exchange; i think coinbase offers instant purchases if you buy with a credit card iirc.

Coinbase the fee's are higher for CC.   I can't remember limits on it.  They will limit it based on account, more activity and older more you can buy with CC.

With CC you risk chargebacks and stolen CC's.   So this causes higher fees.  I suggest finding a good exchange and set up a bank account for it.  Most likely you can set up one with a small min amount to keep in it.  Then use that account just for buying/selling BTC.
i think it was something along the lines of 1-3% fee for a credit card purchase, but im probably wrong on that, and i dont care enough to look it up. i only said coinbase because i know for a fact that coinbase offers CC purchases. I dont know if Circle offers it as welll, but if they did i would assume they have less fees.

Coinbase's fees are high with accounts too, got charged 1% recently for a purchase!

Why do you want to buy bitcoin with a credit card? Do you think the price is going to jump and allow you to cash out and make a tidy profit? Maybe that will happen, but you have a better chance doing it in the stock market (where there's at least analysis and data to support buying decisions) than you do in bitcoin.

Don't get burned going long on credit and ending up getting shorted. Seriously, bulls make money, bears make money, but pigs get slaughtered.
they also charge 1% on btc -> fiat conversions. iirc they also charge a flat 0.30 USD fee on every purchase as well, its pretty ridiculous on the fees, theres almost no incentive to use coinbase over circle. circle is also international, whereas coinbase's services are only available in the US.
1406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people still play dice? on: August 12, 2015, 06:47:43 AM
well buddy dont want to argue on this but , if the numbers r not tampered then why do i always get 30 reds at 50% chance while martingale

You don't. Nobody ever rolled 30 losses in a row at 50% at Just-Dice. If you can provide a legit screenshot of it happening even once (edit: at Just-Dice) I will send you 1 BTC or 80 CLAMs, your choice.

I won't reply to the rest of your post, because it has already all been expertly refuted by others.

If you are regularly seeing losing streaks of length 30 at 50% on any site, let me know. That would seriously need looking into since it should only happen about once per BILLION rolls.
maybe clarify weather or not it  has to be on martingale settings (low only or high only) instead of manual betting? i feel like people would actively try to manual bet their way to 30 losses in a row just for the 1 btc/80 CLAMs.

i still have to pay the vig but he said it was okay
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1147022.msg12116796#msg12116796

you claim to have paid off the loan but here you say that manyproofs said it was "okay?" if youre going to lie at least keep it consistent.
1410  Economy / Lending / Re: .1 loan request for .125 back by 8/13 on: August 12, 2015, 04:31:24 AM
is it possible horace0812 is an alt account as well? its possible that op forgot to log out of his account or whatever and sent this message: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1150894.msg12118956#msg12118956 horace0812 was offered a loan for 0.015 for his account, and uknowhowwedo sends a message to the person that offered the loan agreeing to the terms. not entirely impossible considering op's mishap in replying to his alt in the other thread.

edit: horace0812 goes offline JUST as uknowhowwedo comes online... hmm....
1411  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking a loan of 0.03 BTC for a week on: August 12, 2015, 04:29:43 AM
im confused
i want to give LOAN to horace0812
and uknohowwedo

PM me like this Huh

what Huh
the user is (more than) likely attempting to scam you, he has tried to scam before on one of his alt accounts devguru. just ignore it.

so horace0812 is other account from uknohowwedo ?

Thank's for your suggestion
well i meant that uknowhowwewhatever was trying to fool you into thinking that he was horace, but now that you say that, it is very possible that he forgot to log out of the account and replied to you from that account instead, which makes is very possible that horace is an alt account of uknowwhatever.

OP said he paid manyproofs back, did he?

https://blockchain.info/tx/6abb5d0bc70f1590cb1a00d8e13b518ccfd2d5a68025a9d7c9bbfbe3fce8c1d8

i'm not good with this stuff so i have no idea if this was to manyproofs. he sent me this as i'm going to give a very small donation if this is legit. i would have posted this in the topic where manyproofs loaned him but it's locked.

yes many proofs confirmed with me via email that he was paid. Dustin is a good friend of mine from Betcoin me and him go way back
account registered today, going to go ahead and call bs, and "proof" of an email can easily be faked as well. also, i doubt you can even prove correspondence with manyproofs where you exchanged email addresses.

oh, thanks for posting that, guess i didnt look through the posts thoroughly enough. im guessing he didntg pay manyprroofs back at all considering his petty scam attempts then.
1416  Other / Meta / Re: positive trusts disappearing? on: August 12, 2015, 04:00:02 AM
my account shows 0 trust even though ive had 3 trusters and 3 people untrusted me for doing nothing wrong for receiving a loan from the wrong person ( i had no choice) and for assuming i wouldnt pay ( which i did)
care to provide proof that you repaid the loan? show proof that you received a repayment address from manyproofs and a txid.
1417  Economy / Lending / Re: .1 loan request for .125 back by 8/13 on: August 12, 2015, 03:53:25 AM
This guy is also devguru, who tried to scam here .

how is an Admin allowed to lie? why dont you " try" to show some proof of that? i have no alt accounts here and havent created any but this one which is over 18 months old
im about 100% sure BadBear isnt lying, and badbear, im curious, what info other than ip addresses do you use to find alt accounts? im assuming you have more tools at your disposal than simple ip addresses and im also assuming youre not looking through blockchain to find addresses that are spend linked.
1418  Economy / Lending / Re: .1 loan request for .125 back by 8/13 on: August 12, 2015, 01:03:37 AM
the activity updates based on your thread posting i can post like a whirlwind and im going to so i can get my sr member status.

i also only have 2 negative trusts both of which state i didnt pay a loan in which i did pay. completely moot point. my account is not worthless

you won't reach Sr. Member by September even if you post 100 post per day. there's a limit on how much activity can increase per two weeks. read this.

maybe your account isn't worthless but it sure as hell isn't worth 0.01 either.

ive been here over a year longer then you i think i nkow the rules. based on how long ive been here ill be a senior member by september easy
you have very few posts from February last year to late july of last year, therefore you have no potential activity on your account. also, his account is 3 weeks older than yours, no idea what youre talking about. point is, your account will not be a senior member any time soon, much less next month.
1419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Do You Earn Free Bitcoins? on: August 12, 2015, 12:51:35 AM
Gambling isn't a good idea for earning a bitcoin, so I don't suggested it. Just try signature campaign that's a nice way for earning a bitcoins.
people dont understand that gambling doesnt equal earning. earning should be a relatively risk-free method of getting coin; with gambling, there is always a risk of losing whatever bankroll you have. gambling is gambling, end of story.

1420  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: August 11, 2015, 11:47:25 PM
it is not that hard to get a member account in order to get some BTC by signature campaign if you are interested really in Bitcoin.

When I first registered some months ago, I asked and someone PMed me telling me to buy a member account. I forgot about it and just waited, doing some posts here and there. Then I become more active about a week ago, posting several times a day, and in 3 days I went from newbie to member.

It is not that hard if you do post and have a little patience.

Ranking up from newbie to member in a span of 3 days is impossible, because in the membergroup limits, you can only achieve being a member from newbie in exactly 10 weeks because a 2-week period will only give you 14 activity points. Before you reach member rank, you need to have 70 activity points.
its likely in this case that the account had some banked up potential activity. im thinking this is the case because he stated" i became more active," maybe the account was a junior member with saved activity and the surge in posts just used up the saved up activity.
