Australian management has a habit of retaining players despite repeated failures. When they give chances to youngsters such as Cam Green, they are able to perform. But in both batting and bowling, the selectors seem to be reluctant to induct new blood. Henry Hunt, Caleb Jewell and Tim Ward are some of the promising batsmen who have shown their skills.
