What were Cuniculla and Meni thinking about Voting system? In Cunicula's system, voting power is determined by combining (multiplicatively) your hashrate and stake. This would be problematic if small players could not compete effectively with large players. Though we are waiting on a formal mathematical proof, evidence to date suggests that small and large players would have an equal competitive footing. Simulations described in this thread [1] indicate that small players are competitive with large players because the multiplicative combination of hashrate and stake exhibits constant returns. Evidence in the thread suggests that these simulation results are accepted by both Cunicula and Meni.)

- blah blah blah... - The coin has gained a lot of attention in the cryptoscene, also has many followers ( ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) ) , if you look at the Bitcointalk. - a nice comparison of Nxt and Bitcoin, both have anonymous developers ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Of course, if nobody writes articles that are needed, I would write whatever I can help with no bounty needed.
yeah. I am currently on the page 7 of PoS Mining Myth Chapter, but still there are 7 more pages and one similar chapter. Oversourced ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Long articles for our volunteers:
- Why is pure Proof of Stake in Nxt best solution for cryptocurrencies? - How can you mine Nxt only with solar energy? - How could decentralized exchanges change the world? (no Government, no censorship, USA, China...) - + decentralized messaging, DNS (Nxt and its Decentralized P2P exchanges with mixing services = totally untraceable, anonymous and uncontrolled by any government.) - The 51% Attack - technical details, history of 51% attacks, how it ended, Nxt solution (is Nxt safer than other PoS currencies?) (Ghash's pool is risking Bitcoin's security again with 40% of the network's hashpower and no one is talking about it. Pools of PoW machines with enormous hashpower is Bitcoin's most pressing concern and biggest flaw right now. Nextcoin is the best answer to this. Why is it not being talked about more?) - Nxt: gaming friendly currency (vs. Litecoin, a graphic cards killer) - Due to Litecoin's difficulty skyrocketing there is a global shortage of Graphic Cards, which piss off gamers tremendously and drive up the price for grahics cards. NXT solves this. (Uniqueorn's idea, maybe reserved for him..?) - Nxt + Raspberry (+other similar platforms (Cubietruck)) (can be different articles, also short articles) (0 energy forging package) - Transparent Forging (very very technical, history of mining, comparisons) Shorter articles/essays:- Why should you invest in Nxt? (/Why should you invest in Nxt long term?) - Why is Nxt so friendly currency?: (i) It *doesn't* have VC capital backing. ii) It *doesn't* have "slick sales guys*. iii) It *does* have smart devs and an increasing following. iv) It *is* delivering its promises (more or less) on time.) - more about the community, people form all over the world, community funding, decentralized company - a world of free individuals who all believe in Nxt. 1200 pages in Bitcointalk Future (short) articles: (now it's to soon):- Who accepts Nxt as a payment? (+ fee in Nxt vs. Bitcoin vs. fiat (VISA)) - Nxt invites altcoins to host on it's blockchain - Can be a new internet stored on Nxt's blockchain / DNS system?

Right now a user friendly client is the main barrier to entry.
Sure, it is our starting flag. A timeline. To invite more people. But we don't say - look at our cool client. We say - you can do this and this.

General question about our campaign: how are we going to "work" the release of nexern's client? Tbh I hardly know anything about it... Do we know something about it that we can send out the coming days as teasers? If not, maybe we should nag nexern ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Edit: just browsed through some of nexern's post. I'll see if I can cobble a list of PR things together tomorrow. I'll try to double check with nexern if he's not too busy It's not about a client. Who cares if some crypto has got some new client, except us. The main focus is on features. Can we provide any new features (in new client)? How useful are they? What can we do with them? Can we compare them with other cryptos?

To the kind, wonderful soul who owns 6483973064837388393:
THANK YOU!!!
Congrats! And now my turn ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I hope someone has paid Mario123 a bounty for his site. Perhaps Salsacz with the marketing Nxt he received. sure, it is written in the gdoc: New Website http://www.mynxt.org/ -1000 14831357961500528319 sent I am helping to both sites - nxtcrypto and mynxt with reporting bugs and asking for features. Especially to mynxt, because I would like to recommend it sometimes (in decentralized world we can choose which site to promote or we can one day promote one site, second day promote second site)

Welcome, will it be Proof of Stake like Nxt? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

To the people who use my exchange as a free anonymizer:
I don't mind, but it's a terrible anonymizer, especially if you withdraw the exact same amount you've just deposited!
so the mixing system would be more complex

I know, it is a good training. We are watching our articles so we can react and add comments there. I am using NxtMyths texts for responses, then Damelon wisely responds too... and others. We just need to calm Uniqueorn a little bit ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Principle of forging.
That forged NXT are proportional to stake? Ok, I'll try to explain how simple Joe understands this video: Simple Joe understands, that forging is proportional to stake, there is no question. But according video, Joe sees that it is like some "queue". Joe has 10000 of NXT and waits for time to forge, after bigger stakes forge their own blocks. His in "queue". And after N blocks cames Joe time to forge. And he 100% forges a block. Right? Sorry for my bad English. Those 4 guys represent a group of people who own different stakes. It means mostly money go to the group of people who own 3 mega. Everyone is in a qur. Rich people have shorter que than poor users

you can read it all here, it is quite fun, so take some popcorn: http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1wai8u/want_to_keep_nxt_off_cryptmarketcapcom_come_vote/CoffeeandTVCaffeinated Shibe The information I have gathered on NXT leads me to the conclusion that it must leech off the success of other cryptos to give value to the coins. Having it listed on sites like this just give NXT flippers more ammunition to use when selling to less informed individuals. I would like to protect whoever I can from being used and abused. Doge is friendly and easy to get into without any initial purchase. We have several crypto newbies here and I want to see their doge go back into the community or at least benefit the current owners instead of NXT.

That is good news because they did not want to list nxt before because it was considered a premined coin. It is a nice story now. Pin came with the idea, then we started to tweet them, after 6 tweets they added a poll. We marketed a poll and got good numbers. Then Dogecoins fans came and started to fight against us, they created reddit polls to take us down. So we came there and downvoted their reddit posts + argued with those POW lovers. We went from 80:20 to 70:30, but - WE WON!

I think that between now and the launches of emunie and ethereum, it is a golden time window for Nxt to doing the marketing. We should bombard the market to establish the Nxt as the original and #1 to the 2nd generation crypto as the bitcoin to the 1st generation.
keep up the great work!
We are in a race against the other currencies, but that race doesn't involve marketing, it involves feature set. You can't market a currency like other consumer products. It takes 5 minutes for someone to rid themselves completely of Nxt, it's not a durable good commitment. Hence, marketing is so temporary when it comes to cryptos. Look at sexcoin, where are they now, after all their marketing? I may be the only one here, but to me a product that is over marketed sends a message to me; the product isn't good enough for me to discover purely on usability/feature set. People like to discover products on their own, through word of mouth. Nxt should focus on appealing to our core audience, crypto enthusiasts (technically minded people/developers), that gives us legitimacy in the crypto world. Our best marketing is a very robust and usable currency feature set. I agree, that's why I would still focus on technical articles. First of all, we need to persuade the tech guys (so they could then talk to other mortals), then we can show some "cool things" to ordinary people. So what do we need right now? Help Nxt by writing Articles
Is here anyone, who would write excellent and long articles about:
- Why is pure Proof of Stake in Nxt best solution for cryptocurrencies?
- How can you mine Nxt only with solar energy?
- How could decentralized exchanges change the world? (no Government, no censorship, USA, China...) - + decentralized messaging, DNS
- The 51% Attack - technical details, history of 51% attacks, how it ended, Nxt solution (is Nxt safer than other PoS currencies?) (Ghash's pool is risking Bitcoin's security again with 40% of the network's hashpower and no one is talking about it. Pools of PoW machines with enormous hashpower is Bitcoin's most pressing concern and biggest flaw right now. Nextcoin is the best answer to this. Why is it not being talked about more?)
- Nxt: gaming friendly currency (vs. Litecoin, a graphic cards killer) - Due to Litecoin's difficulty skyrocketing there is a global shortage of Graphic Cards, which piss off gamers tremendously and drive up the price for grahics cards. NXT solves this. (Uniqueorn's idea, maybe reserved for him..?)
- Nxt + Raspberry (+other similar platforms (Cubietruck)) (can be different articles, also short articles) (0 energy forging package)
- Transparent Forging (very very technical, history of mining, comparisons)
You can make reservations on these articles.
Shorter articles/essays:
- Why should you invest in Nxt? (/Why should you invest in Nxt long term?)
- Why is Nxt so friendly currency?: (i) It *doesn't* have VC capital backing. ii) It *doesn't* have "slick sales guys*. iii) It *does* have smart devs and an increasing following. iv) It *is* delivering its promises (more or less) on time.) - more about the community, people form all over the world, community funding, decentralized company - a world of free individuals who all believe in Nxt. 1200 pages in Bitcointalk
Future (short) articles: (now it's to soon):
- Who accepts Nxt as a payment? (+ fee in Nxt vs. Bitcoin vs. fiat (VISA)) - Nxt invites altcoins to host on it's blockchain - Can be a new internet stored on Nxt's blockchain / DNS system?
Have you got any idea about some other article? Share it. We would love to have more scientific articles, financial, economical, IT...

We're so decentralized, we can't even get a speaker on a plane to represent 'us' We're so decentralized, if we had models like Bitpay, they would all be wearing different outfits at different conferences We're so decentralized, voting on how to vote seems too central We're so decentralized, we don't even agree on know how to pronounce our own eco-system
This can be converted to some smart joke. Promotional joke. Good smart humor can be very serious when appers in right place, in right time.

So we are paying a CPM of around $75 for this advertising. That's really expensive. I'm not saying these audio spots are a bad idea, I don't know. I'm saying $20K is a LOT of real money for an advertising budget. If we are ready to spend that kind of cash, we should consider print ads in Bitcoin Magazine. For $20K we could get full page color ads on page 1 for the next three years in a printing of 25,000 in each month's production run.http://bitcoinmagazine.com/advertising/http://btcmag.9wizards.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/BITCOIN-Pricing-List-Interactive-Issues-17-19_web.pdfThis would have a CPM of around $20-$25. Don Draper of Mad Men would say that's three times more effective. Plus every ad could have a QR code or URL that would sweep the user immediately on to more info.+1 do both...radio spots & print ads (doesn;t have to be 1st page but should be full page) BOTH ARE ESSENTIAL....WE PLUG THE RASPI/ENERGY EFFICIENCY TECHNICAL STUFF IN PRINT or WEBSITE. NOTE: isn't the Bitcoin magazine editors oppose to Nxt?? YES they are. They were fast-tracking my "Whats NXT in the world of cryptocurrencies" It went throuigh som proofreading and some critiques for no opposing viewpoints which I addressed, then went to chief editor who shot it down. Said chief editor is founder of ethereum and specifically told me he wouldnt publish it because NXT was voted "most likely a scam" in some poll somewhere Luckily for us though, I believe the sentiment is changing, and they will probably have no choice but to publish us now BTW I managed to get it translated into many languages ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Anon136: Why NXT ought to be taken seriously / Chinese (为什么我们应该重视Nxt?) / Miramare's Chinese translation / SpanishOpticalcarrier Whats NXT in the World of Cryptocurrencies? / Spanish / Chinese / Russian
