Actually this decline come because of strengthening of Indian Rupees. It was 69.1 3-4 days ago now it's around 67.4 so we saw around 2.5-3% strength in rupees just because of that we saw this dropped in price.
I am still expecting price will touch again 440$ soon.

It looks like the hero member 'Quickseller' gave this person a negative rating over a year ago because he was trying to take out a 60 BTC loan while using a faucet as collateral  It also looks like Legendary member 'johnniewalker' left this person a negative rating over similar issues as were described in the OP, as legendster was trying to sell a high end car, but to prove ownership of such cars he used pictures of cars being sold in Las Angeles while legendster was(is) located in India. There also appears to be some level of controversy over the ratings that escrow.ms left for legendster as legendster purchased bitcoin from escrow.ms at above market value and ended up receiving two positive ratings from the deal, one from escrow.ms and one from Benson Samuel who has worked closely with escrow.ms in the past. No it can't without reason. If someone sent from hacked account then you account will be freeze till it resolve. yes the money is in my account but will it be returned to the guy or will be with me ? my card is frozen but my online account is still accessible. Now Police will do investigation and even you need to appear in court or take part in police investigation. Police are very lazy in these kind of case they file FIR freeze account and do nothing. |

KYC doesn't secure you if you send fund yourself to other account. It's your duty you check yourself why you are sending fund to other account. Same with BTC when you sent to other you ensure yourself you put correct wallet address otherwise lose will be yours. |
