At the beginning of the year I got into cryptocurrency think I would make a lot of money if I did a ton of research and learned everything about crypto. So I bought $4k worth of bpt and prl. I would say my stack is worth about $1000 now with a 75% loss. Everybody on this forum talked so highly of those coins thinking it would sky rocket one day but they are just getting so low that I know I will never get my money back & I don't want to lose it all. I guess I'm here to say don't trust anybody on this forum that thinks they know what a good coin is and most differently DONT trust any future "10x coin" on here. Truth is this is mostly a game of luck. I'm out, cashing out so I don't lose everything!
Since you have making this significant loses I think it is good you hold as a time will definitely come when you will make profits from your investments. You only lose when you sell out of panic but as for as you will hold you will makes profits in future. |

"Why is EOS falling?"And many similar questions.. I want to give an explanation of what is happening... Everyone should understand that individually neither Etherium nor Litecoin, virtually no cryptocurrency will not go against the General mood of the market! That is, where the most important cryptocurrency Bitcoin is sent, all Altcoins follow it. And if now the price of Etherium is 430$, although at the peak reached 1440$, then this does not mean that the Etherium died, and this is primarily due to the fact that Bitcoin at the moment is not worth 20000$, as then, but 6000$. That is why when bitcoin is increasing in price it drag all other one along and when it is getting dump all other coins also get dump. All the factors you have said affect bitcoin price and be able to interpret them very well is what affect bitcoin price. However the demand and supply is what affect the price the most because there have direct relationship with pricing. If you can understand how demand and supply work using order books then you can become a successful trader. |

I suggest to be careful now because the ghost month is approaching. I'm happy with the current pump but I cannot set aside the possibility that it is just a bull trap. Always invest with caution. So far, the altcoins are now starting to dump but Bitcoin remains strong and keeps on rising.
Yeah correct some people experience that ghost month last year are very worse scenario because of the segwit hardfork between bitcoin and bitcoin cash hoping this approaching month will be smooth for the bitcoin and cryptocurrency stability. The harfork of bitcoin cash last year really affect bitcoin price and that is why we were able to see that positive price movement. Bitcoin is going to makes the same movements this coming August again if the ETF is approve and we just need to buy now in other for us to be part of the next prices' revolution. |

Julien Hosp, the co-founder and president of TenX, believes that the price of Bitcoin will possibly reach 60,000$ by the end of this year. By being an investor for over a year, I have observed the pricing circle of BTC. Last year, the price evolution started strongly from 12 August 2017 from ~ 2000$ and reached 20,000$ by the end of the year.  Will the history come back again this year? My prediction is yes. I reckon many of you have started accepting the possibility that bitcoin has reached the bottom, versus 2 weeks ago, when all of you were always ready to throw rotten tomatoes at me. CEO of Galaxy Investment Partners Mike Novogratz expressed his optimism for the future of Bitcoin to CNBC’s Crypto Trader in an interview at the Beyond Blocks Conference in Seoul, South Korea.
In a previous interview during December of last year, Novogratz stated that he was not interested in investing in Bitcoin due to the looming uncertainty to follow Bitcoin’s 2017 boom. However, Novogratz has since become bullish on the prospects of Bitcoin, stating that he thinks the price of Bitcoin has finally hit bottom.
“I think we’ve pretty much bottomed,” says Novogratz.
Novogratz also suspects a “tipping point” is coming and all it takes is for one large financial institution to come into the cryptospace for the rest to follow. There are a lot of airdrops going on that give you free tokens for just leaving your email and ethereum address. OMG, Qtum, Stellar and many more were airdropped for free. The only website I found is http://airdropalert.com/ and it sucks. Many current airdrops are not being listed. Does anyone have a better one?Airdropalert is the site I do used in airdrops but like you said it has not been doing well this day because most of the airdrops I have participated in has not been listed and those that are listed has not significant values. Well as everyone can see btc has made somewhat of a recovery in the last couple days i was interested in some opinions if people really think this is the run that will take us to a new high or will it be short lived and will we see a even lower low in the coming weeks, please feel free to to give your opinions.

Bitcoin is returning where it should be, to around a natural 80% marketcap domination over all cryptocurrencies.  Are we going back to sanity (80%+ of Bitcoin marketcap dominance) or this is a short lived period in which people are scared to be left holding bags and people sell to BTC temporally before the altcoin insanity continues? If the dotcom analogy was to be correct, then we would need a 6.7 trillion crypto marketcap before the cleansing happens and all shitcoins die and then BTC solidifies a 80% dominance bottom, then we have a long term of "crypto is dead" again and Bitcoin goes to $1,000,000 This is of course if the dotcom analogy plays out exactly like that. We may avoid a stupid huge altcoin bubble here and maybe altcoins are dumped for Bitcoin avoiding that situation. When do you think we will go back to 80% dominance and how? Yes, When I checked it this morning it was closed to 48% and to me this is very healthy. In days to come fund are going to flow back to altcoins and it is a tools that has been used several times. When people hear any positive things about cryptocurrencies the first coin that do come to their mind to buy is bitcoin and from there buY other coins. |
