One other note, the reject rate has been running in the 18-20% range even when it is hashing at full speed.

You might try a different pool or look into difficulty.  This is very very high.  Even if hashing at full speed it should not be near that.
14082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Guide][Lee Goup] SilverFish 28MH Scrypt Miner– Notlist3d (Picture Heavy) on: July 05, 2014, 05:11:00 AM
I think I found the issue I had in the batch file with the file continuing to add extra occurrences of the miner.  I edited it to change the non-english name to start the miner but didn't edit the kill option.  That should fix that and I'll see how things go from there.

That would be correct you will edit both kill and run.  If they release a new version it can be edited as-well.  I hope you find it useful on the batch file.  So far I've heard positive things about it so far.

That is a LOT of faucet time.  Unless you happen to be high up on some referral system, i see this taking a LONG LONG time.  I would highly suggest mining/buying.
14084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: When looking at scrypt miners for LTC... on: July 05, 2014, 04:17:27 AM
You might take a look at the new a2 60m from a friend of mine over at: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=514758.0  Great power efficiency with chips.

This model is just hitting the market making it the lowest priced new A2-60.
14085  Economy / Services / Re: [Lee group]1649$ for dragon 1T bitcoin miner on: July 05, 2014, 04:13:03 AM
If any of you are looking into scrypt mining the new model A2-60 might be something to look at.  Power efficient chips, and price that's worth taking a look at.
14086  Economy / Services / Re: [Lee group] Miner Rentals V2.0 - Dragon 1T Bitcoin Miner *Reduced Price* on: July 05, 2014, 04:06:37 AM
I want to thank my past customers again.  I know I have had a few inquires about rentals.  The plan is for there to be another round (hopefully many more Smiley ).

Once the data center is ready and Mr. Lee's personal miners are installed I will be able to announce more such as price and timeline. This is just a update to let customers know this rental is not dead, and plan to come back.  Hopefully within the next week I will be able to provide you more details including timeline and prices.
14087  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Brand new to mining have hardware but No-Clue ??? on: July 04, 2014, 05:34:29 PM
The OS is not your problem.  Just search for guides and you should see how to run them easily.
14088  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: can USB asic miner still mine? on: July 04, 2014, 08:04:52 AM
They can mine and solo mine depending on settings.  I would not count on one of these solo mining a block of BTC.  But if you do it would be huge.  It would be a very very long shot gamble.
14089  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mining Profitability Calculator - new project! :) on: July 04, 2014, 07:28:20 AM
Sounds impressive.  Definitely will keep a eye out to see once the calculator comes out.
14090  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it profitable buying and selling USB miners? on: July 04, 2014, 07:27:26 AM
Don't forget ebay/paypal fees + shipping.  That will eat some up there.

That model is no longer made so cant really buy in huge bulk.  Unless someone is hording a stash (which i dont see much reason on these).  There is a chance of profit just make sure to subtract fees.
14091  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: electric cost ripoffs on: July 04, 2014, 07:22:11 AM
I am just selling my current stuff.
I'm probably going to either buy a new s3 or something to put in my office (although I pay the electric there so... lol) or wherever I can, because not having a miner running is just depressing lol.

See that's where those obsolete block erupters come in.  They can be had for free or near free and still can spit out stats on CGMiner.  Set difficulty low and CGMiner will have shares flipping by, just don't pay attention to your pool balance and instead enjoy the double digit electric bills (rather than 4 digit).

I envy anyone with double digit bill lol.  Last time I had double digit was a apartment with locked in electricity cost.
14092  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: electric cost ripoffs on: July 04, 2014, 01:23:37 AM
Well maybe you will be able to find some sort of solution for free electricity? Try some company of your friend or so..

Best option would be a hosting solution.  With noise/heat most companies would not be happy to have these around using company resources.
14093  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mining Profitability Calculator - new project! :) on: July 04, 2014, 12:57:40 AM
Very interesting.  Love seeing a scrypt calculator.  Can i ask how did you come up with the difficulty increase to use?
14094  Economy / Services / Re: [Lee group]1699$ for dragon 1T bitcoin miner on: July 03, 2014, 06:28:08 PM
Typically how quickly can you ship the 1T bitcoin miners? What's an accurate timeframe from when I send payment to when the machine would arrive at my doorstep (Brooklyn, New York). Thanks!

Normally I wold say day's.  Part of it depends on when ordered (timezone) and manufacturer.  Currently the Dragon shows ships out <48 hours from order.  Add 2-3 days to that and it should arrive then, shipping has always been great.
14095  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Introduction on: July 03, 2014, 07:05:08 AM
Avoid anything that sounds to good to be true.  Simple advice but will keep you from many scams new members unfortunately fall for.
14096  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [GUIDE] Innosilicon [A1 Booster + A2 Terminator] Support/Tuning on: July 03, 2014, 06:05:08 AM
anyone else have non working graphs on the innosilicon gui image?

Mine work fine with it.  Might try putting image on card again possibly re downloading.
14097  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining With Usb Extension Cable on: July 03, 2014, 06:03:59 AM
You might have to try a usb powered hub at end of extension if you want it.  Possibly the additional length, cord quality are causing power loss.
14098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1000W PSU that allows 4 GPUs on: July 02, 2014, 11:15:14 PM
I use a EVGA 1000W which runs 4 x 280X cards running X11 (16.5Mhash) and 1 x Nvidia 750Ti card running X13 (2Mash)

I used to run the 4 x 280X cards on scrypt although it was probably at close to 100% load then.

Most likely that will be very close to load, if not over depending on what your doing.
14099  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Mining on laptop on: July 02, 2014, 10:04:11 PM
not bitcoins, man. you will get low hash/w and become bankrupt. you can try yourself with some altcoins, may be. which one? I'm exploring this now.

Sadly i think you will be disappointed with alt coin gpu/cpu mining on a laptop.   Not to mention the warnings everyone will give if the laptop is decent this is a good way to make its life shorter.
14100  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: electric cost ripoffs on: July 02, 2014, 10:00:30 PM
Best advice is find a hosting center, there are multiple on the forums.  That is way  to much for any profit.  I hope  you are ale to find something, and ouch on bill.
