14181  Economy / Services / Re: Quickseller Account sales signature campaign (earn up to .03 in two weeks) on: December 30, 2014, 02:44:28 PM
Only two people have joined so far. If I am not able to get more people to join in the very near future I will escrow funds

Any update about this?

I'll hold the funds. He's going to send coins to this address for escrow: 1CHHhVFMv2S2uN29X3oxkCwuYKWwQ1jXmJ

Quickseller will be handling the payments himself so this is essentially a bond for the campaign.
that is correct. I will be sending payment shortly
14182  Economy / Lending / Re: In need of .02 BTC on: December 30, 2014, 02:32:37 PM
They're usually sold at $1.50 each, and the bills hat is worth around $10.

I'm just really in need of a .02 BTC
are they sold by Microsoft for 1.5$ or in the forum for that amount? These kind of things tend to sell for deep discounts
14183  Economy / Lending / Re: In need of .02 BTC on: December 30, 2014, 02:15:00 PM
Correct me if I am wrong on this but your 48 hour Xbox codes sounds like something that is given for free
14184  Economy / Services / Re: Hiring experienced cloud miner for a cloud mining review website on: December 30, 2014, 02:05:06 PM
I don't think cloud mining is something that gives cloud mining experience. I might suggest making a target qualification to be someone who has mined with a (hosted) physical miner and/or understands mining
14185  Other / Meta / Re: Is this the Level of Banning ? on: December 30, 2014, 01:33:50 PM
I would say that the risk should be overall low if, after you buy the account you make nothing but constructive posts. There may be somewhat of a risk when you first purchase the account that it gets banned by shit posts by the previous owner right before you buy it.
14186  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Member Account [0.01 BTC ONLY] on: December 30, 2014, 04:22:42 AM

it would be a better indicator for the buyer if you were able to sign a message from an address the account has posted in the past

the account didn't post any address, also it mainly posted in the recent period
This sounds a little bit like a farmed account. I would probably be more interested if you could product such signed message, but if not then GLWS
14187  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Member Account [0.01 BTC ONLY] on: December 30, 2014, 04:14:24 AM
Reopened
why selling the account so cheap?
the buyer should be careful.

if a buyer takes a look at the account's posting history it will be clear I'm the owner if that's your concern. this is a very good deal and whenever there are some funds in my wallet this deal is off.
(it's just that sportbooks need funds Tongue)
it would be a better indicator for the buyer if you were able to sign a message from an address the account has posted in the past
14188  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan (will provide collateral) on: December 30, 2014, 04:05:33 AM
I can do by Egopay, since they accept BTC deposits. With paypal I would have to pay lots of paypal taxes and taxes for using dollars and it would be too expensive.

Conditions:

Add the Egopay withdraw fee + BTC-e deposit fee to the total(if you know any other cheaper way to turn EgoPay money into BTC let me know) +any other fee from transferring funds back and forth(so around 5% + transfer fees). Or you can just repay with BTC and save the fees.

Collateral: $300 + fees as described above + 5 days of interests, considering BTC/USD rate as 280.

You send the coins first(to a high trusted escrow)

If prices fall below 280 on Bitstamp collateral will be sold.

This was essentially what I offered to do (although the steps as to how to get the bitcoin into fiat were not this spelled out). I do agree that something like this would be more safe then sending paypal directly to each other)
14189  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Skrill/Steam/PSN/XBoxLive/Itunes and Amazon E-GiftCards to buy BTC on: December 29, 2014, 09:31:21 PM
Right.....after they purchase the cards from you
14190  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Skrill/Steam/PSN/XBoxLive/Itunes and Amazon E-GiftCards to buy BTC on: December 29, 2014, 09:14:58 PM
Does this scam ever work on anyone?

Newbie offering to sell gift cards with their first post. The cards are obviously purchased with a stolen credit card (or will otherwise be reversed) after the Bitcoin is sent.

Are you the same as the other guy trying the same scam?
14191  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone who has a Great Singing Voice for a Jingle on: December 29, 2014, 08:33:35 PM
Shoot me a pm with the lyrics. I have a friend that might be able to do this with a great singing voice
14192  Economy / Lending / Re: I need loan on: December 29, 2014, 07:13:16 PM
You are willing to pay back 10,000 btc with 20% interest. How do you plan on earning that much money in a few days?
14193  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [SELLING] Amazon Account w/ $300 GC Balance on: December 29, 2014, 06:52:30 PM
I guess you can deny it if you want however I would hope that people are smart enough to not attempt to buy from you
14194  Economy / Lending / Re: Need urgent Loan 0.1 btc on: December 29, 2014, 06:49:44 PM
If you know him personally and/or are friends with him it might be a different story
14195  Economy / Lending / Re: Need urgent Loan 0.1 btc on: December 29, 2014, 06:37:26 PM
I might suggest asking for something other then his account as collateral. If possible
14196  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [SELLING] Amazon Account w/ $300 GC Balance on: December 29, 2014, 06:34:24 PM
Out of curiosity are all the recent gift card scammers that have popped up recently  the same person? There have probably been 10 of you since Xmas.

Even if a buyer receives a gift card with a balance on it there is a chance it will get charged back/reversed at a later time.
14197  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling bitcointalk.org accounts *updated Dec 26, 2014 on: December 29, 2014, 06:01:29 PM
from where do you get those accounts to sell do you post with it yourself?
Some are purchased from people wanting to sell their accounts and some are created myself
14198  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling bitcointalk.org accounts *updated Dec 26, 2014 on: December 29, 2014, 05:52:28 PM
I think 0.44BTC is too high for a senior member account, I wish you good luck on your sales  Smiley
I will send you a PM, however my prices can be negotiated.

Based on PD's previous rates and bit-x's rates you would be able to ROI with a senior member by only making 440 posts (constructive) and after that all your earnings will be pure profit Wink
14199  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan (will provide collateral) on: December 29, 2014, 02:45:55 PM
PayPal can be charged back for up to 180 days after a transaction is sent.

Both parties would be at risk for a similar amount of time

I'd have no problem exchanging real identification and phone numbers with OP as he's done multiple successful transactions to minimize concerns.

I wouldn't want to have the funds held in escrow for 180 days however.  The full term to pay back is fine though.
you can use google voice or pinger to create what is essentially a fake phone number. Identification documents can be stolen/fake/for someone else. Even if the phone number and identification is real there is little you can do with it to recover your money.

You would both risk that either of your identification is used to help get a loan in the future
