What would the credibility of the article be, if the winner is anonymous? A lot of these "Big Wins" are possibly fake or even casino owners own

friends or family or employees winning these jackpots. If you want to attract a lot of attention, you just fake jackpot winners and you will get

a lot of gambler flocking your way. Most Bitcoin gamblers will stay anonymous, because they do not declare their winnings for tax purposes.

The other problem is, money attract bad attention... if you are identified as someone who won lots of money, hackers with bad intentions will

target you.  Roll Eyes

The big wins on BetKing, Bitdice etc. are quite guaranteed to be real because the sites are funded by investments from users (especially when those "big winners" often ended up losing a lot). The owner wouldn't go that far to fake big winners. Can't be that sure on sites with no investments. I'm quite certain wins on BTCvideocasino are real too though.
1422  Economy / Gambling / Re: CAN YOU LIST LEGIT BITCOIN CASINO TO INVEST MY BITCOIN on: November 16, 2016, 11:50:25 AM
Probably should look over some previous threads. All of this has been listed multiple times already with all the information needed. However, my choices would be BitDice, Betking and bitvest. As always it's best to gather information by yourself.
1423  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io - NEW DESIGN! Most trusted and popular crowdfunded Bitcoin Dice site on: November 16, 2016, 11:45:36 AM
Lowered the min bet to 1 satoshi.

Going to be doing a promo later tonight too where I'll give away a total of 4 Bitcoin.

Received the bonus also. Thanks for the giveaway. Also glad to see minimum bet lowered. It's surely something many people have been looking forward to. Hopefully the change proves itself useful.

And bitvest? The numbers are close and I doubt mp is in the lead every day.
where to see public moneypot daily stats?

Stats can be found at eeeth.com/mpstats.

I couldn't find too many statistics on bitvest.  I believe they did 400,000 yesterday which is a large amount above what they used to be producing probably because of the new dice they implemented.

There are days where other sites will have spikes in volume.

Moneypot won't have more every single day, but it does consistently produce just as many or more than the rest combined.

I've put my signature now to 'As many bets as all other crowdfunded casinos combined' which I believe is a fair statement that can be backed by the data available (at least way more accurate than unsubstantiated advertised #1 site).

Any comparison about how much wagered daily? I think that would be the more interesting number out of the two. Doubt moneypot does too bad at that either. That depends a lot on the day though. Seems like on BetKing etc. a single whale could produce most of the wagered so it's sometimes very occasional.

I also doubt this is the case on most days. I'd also like to see some stats. Would give something to compare to and base my opinion. I have no doubt about the numbers though. Interesting comparison.

We want your feedback!

Take our survey for a chance to win 0.025 BTC! The most helpful and detailed response will win the prize.
Your feedback on our site and games is highly appreciated and will greatly help us improve Bitvest even further. Smiley

We will be posting an investor-focused survey tomorrow since this one mainly focuses on bettors.

Edit: We'll be posting a response to any commonly made points/comments in this survey once it is completed.

Did my best answering the survey. Hopefully I could be of assistance. Great way to improve the site. This is just how every site should get opinions from players.

~snip~Can we have final clarification of what 999dice is great dice/scam?
There's been rumors for as long as I can remember. ~snip~
That shit scam site already confirmed as SCAM SITE since long time ago when the admin can't prove if they have 3000 BTC as their bankroll, read here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=386238.msg4159405#msg4159405 , read here too for further refference https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=948965.0

I only base my opinions on my personal experiences. Somehow I have managed to hit 10 BTC profit in total on 999. Guess I am lucky? I have no doubt about the allegations though. So many people have looked the site over.

To lucky for you to win those huge amount and did you not get any problem when you try to withdraw your winning money? And we cannot really take out some thoughs of other peoples that 999dice have shaddy activities since many people really experienced to get compromise out there, and so by that i think its really better to listen at those claim so we can be safe for incoming issue that will occur.

Yeah. Better safe than sorry. Nothing worse than not being able to cashout your winnings. I didn't have any problems with that though. Hopefully everybody else was as lucky as me...

You can check out our favorite dice sites at:
http://bitcoinbarrel.com/bitcoin-dice/

Included on the list are Bitsler, 999dice, SatoshiDice, PrimeDice and more. We are updating the list regularly with the best sites.
Isn't 999dice a scam with no clear provably fair system implemented? Or so I heard around many times alredy.
Yet people are talking about it and even find it one of the best dice sites? Can we have final clarification of what 999dice is great dice/scam?

There's been rumors for as long as I can remember. The provably fair system is indeed edgy and most people do consider the site a scam. As far as I know they don't hold withdrawals. Who knows what would happen if someone was to withdraw a large amount. The owner has claimed to have a large bankroll but has never provided the proof.
1430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest Bitcoin Winners 2016 on: November 15, 2016, 09:46:16 AM
I'd say that the win at bitcoinvideocasino that took all of the progressive jackpot would be the biggest single bet win in 2016... Others are cumulative wins but not single bets. That 300 bitcoin win even exceeds the seemingly dodgy safedice bet of 115 BTC.

Yeah, that's true. Though I'd say the more ballsy the bet is the better Tongue Nothing like seeing a 500 BTC bet on dice. Though for sure big slots wins are a lot more lucky. Wouldn't mind being the one hitting a jackpot...
1431  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Popular Dice sites similar to PrimeDice? on: November 15, 2016, 08:56:28 AM
There's a ton of dice sites nowadays. To list a few I'd probably go with Bitdice, betking, bitsler, just-dice (clam), crypto-games, bitvest... and the list goes on. PrimeDice still seems to be the one that still attracts the most people
1432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest Bitcoin Winners 2016 on: November 14, 2016, 02:16:51 PM

Thanks @NLNico
Any BetKing guys around to help us contact the player or roadcone himself ?

Thanks @JackpotRacer
Looking forward for the details.

Contact about what if I may ask? Doubt the person would like to chat about his experience after such a loss. I know the guy and I wouldn't waste my time on that if I were you.

On the other hand the best way to connect with the people is via the sites where they play. I know some of those people still play Wink
1433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest Bitcoin Winners 2016 on: November 14, 2016, 02:05:57 PM
I doubt someone who lost 1200 coins wants to talk about "biggest bitcoin winners 2016" :x I was mostly just sharing information, so if your article will feature someone who won 70 coins in 1 bet - that would be cool - but at least you got the information that there has been bigger bets this year. I also just gave 1 example, but definitely has been more betting like that.

The example of JPR "NotTardy" probably has been the luckiest big win though btw - potentially more interesting for some article (although not literally the biggest win.) Player wins BTC72 with BTC0.00000900 bet, does sound pretty interesting.

Also the most suspicious win, but I just assume MP verified everything correctly :X Tongue Actually it might share the "most suspicious win" together with the BTC115 win on SafeDice :X (which by odds was much less lucky though.)

That SafeDice win was a bit surprising though and I remember countless people assuming there was something fishy going on. Though the odds aren't too small to make it completely unbelievable.
1434  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: November 14, 2016, 02:00:18 PM
Faucet(0.00004300) to 0.3 in two weeks .. thx for the bacon!
The faucet limit per day is really bad for primedice players  Embarrassed
Could it possible be that there's a reason for the faucet limit? Maybe along the lines of "so PD doesn't go broke"?

Faucet limit is definitely not because it's likely to make PD broke. It's probably just to prevent losses for something that does very little benefit for the site.

I m thinking to invest into this bankroll. How was past performance? Any issues, glitches, withdrawal problems?

The site was wiped out by a big bet on crazy house edge not so long ago. Until then the site was profitable I think. The past performance doesn't really matter though. As far as I know every withdrawal has worked out though sometimes I have heard about delays.

What do you mean "it was wiped out with a big bet on crazy house edge"?

Can you explain a bit more?

Are there any measures in place to prevent this from happening again?

User huggermugger won 115BTC in one bet back in April since then they implemented 2x kelly which is more safest for the investors.

Seems like dynamic house edge isn't that Safe. Damnnn. Total invested amount from BTC150 to BTC35. There goes my holiday funds.

Yeah, exactly this. Thanks for bringing some details in. I didn't bother as I am working on mobile most days Tongue But yeah, this is what I meant. It was a crazy win compared to the amount invested on site at that time.

Happy hour starting now.

Also check out some new cool updates.

Loving the new update. Quite a refreshing sight and a pleasure to use on mobile. Points to the team for that. Still no 2FA on withdrawal though ;( Why oh why?!

1440  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BITSTARZ.COM - BTC & EUR Casino | Get 200 Free Spins + 5BTC Welcome Package ★ on: November 10, 2016, 09:58:22 AM
Every single site you ever go to on the internet has terms and conditions. It's your responsibility to read and understand them. If you fail to do so, you lose the right to bitch about shit when it doesn't go your way.
I'm not bitching about shit that didn't go my way.  In an unregulated environment I think the players need to speak up if they think they are being treated unfairly.  It's the nature of the business that the casino is trying to make as much money as possible.  They're going to push the limits untill the players push back.

Regardless, BitStarz already said they are working on a solution to restrict those bets from even being possible when using bonus funds, so they are actively addressing the issue people are complaining about.

Seriously, stop whining and bitching... you just look ridiculous.
They've already taken steps to make it better by making the terms more visible.  That's great if they implement the automatic restriction.

Are you mad because fewer players will have their funds seized?I don't get it.

LOL I'm not mad at all, I just think it's stupid that people are still claiming they are some kind of scam because of a user who didn't read the terms and conditions. They've paid thousands upon thousands of winnings and people cash out there everyday without any issue, but as soon as someone doesn't understand the rules all of a sudden other people start making ridiculous scam accusations. Someone complained, the company addressed the complaint, improved their terms and conditions, and even agreed to implement a technical solution to the problem. That's great. Now people should shut up about it and stop shitting up their promotional thread like they have been for 3-4 pages now, lol. Personally I think BitStarz handled it professionally, so let's move on! Smiley

They certainly don't seem to be rushing with the solution. Doubt it would take them very long if they were dedicated to it. Would like to see some progress being made!

Also, do you read the ToS carefully on each and every site you use? As was stated earlier you should be able to assume the rules are reasonable, not that you have to be scared you might lose your funds because you missed something written in the fine print every time you play somewhere.
