Is anyone else having an issue where when a modal pops over the screen, it is also blurred along with the rest of the screen? Not enough to not be able to read it, but enough to be annoying.

It is an old issue. Some pop-ups like that i.e faucet captcha are slightly blurred as well. You can read them, but  it feels like your vision is blurry.
I can't imagine that this is intended feature.

Also I can't open PD on IE, I see some other users already reported this issue. Is SilverLight a problem here? All I can see is a background of the site, nothing more.

Does IE even still exist? What OS do you have? Right now most people use Microsoft Edge or they use Mozilla or Chrome. I haven't used IE in years with all its stability problems.

Lol the max button hides itself on smaller screen(mobile phones), but if you play it on pc it's present. i think it's a good thing, sometimes folks mistakenly click on it and lose all their balance.

I think instead of hiding max button just on small screen stunna should add something like toggling in settings? there'll be no complaints then.

As much as I used to love this place, it's been in a steadily heavy decline for me in the last 6+ months, and I've finally had enough.  I shouldn't have to put up with such unprofessional behavior and observer most of the Mods' suggestions and bug reports ignored, especially when none of us ever get compensated for it.  I know I'm not the only Mod who feels this way.

I think this is a personal decision and it would not be justified to try to drag him back from something which he has left even after consulting, debating and thinking a lot. Randall has been a good Mod and a good person as well.

I think you've made the right decisions. Clearly they have not been fulfilling their promise of the "Most popular and trusted" dice site. Giveaways take ages to credit and the site itself is slow as fuck. PD4 is a disaster. I've quit long ago.

You should further lower the faucet amounts, maybe that resolves amount of complaints from them. Faucet only reduces the profitability of the site, and floods chat with useless comments. (my guess its them begging,scamming ..etc..)

I would be interested in seing the statistics of amount the site gives out via faucet per month, and the amount that is withdrawn by faucet bets+ user to user transactions (all wasted money imo)

I would be interested in seing the statistics too. However, even without seeing it I'm pretty sure that's not a lot of money because it's not so easy to go from 200 sats to 100k, and even to 50k with which you can tip your alt. On the other hand the faucet attracts many new users to the site and although most of them are "worthless" at first they might become regular players potentially.

Reason is mostly that  6 btc that we giveaway mostly to abusers on faucet every week can be used to better cause .
So yeah we need to lower faucet claims a bit.

If my guessing is right, it's HIS own money which he made it from faucet, 0.000043 to 0.3 then to 0.53+
