1421  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance to Open Beijing Office Amid China’s Renewed Blockchain Push on: November 01, 2019, 01:04:55 PM
China is where binance started. Though the Chinese government has not been critical to crypto industry that earns money, but they were concerned about it's citizens investing in crypto and some using it to hide money from CCP. Binance than chose to leave the country and as now the party sees the potential profit from crypto industry, it might be willing to bring in companies like binance that could pay a good tax to the party.
1422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any apps on Android for trading cryptocurrency? on: November 01, 2019, 12:50:25 PM
Relating to crypto, I have not found any app that are exclusive to IOS but not in android. There may be some but they are really few compared to number of Android exclusive apps.
It's even easier in Android to load and app that's not in the Play store (though not recommended). Play store has almost all of the apps you'd need to fill your crypto thirst.
1423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Leading To Total Surveillance Of Payments? on: October 31, 2019, 07:04:53 AM
If the government really wants, they can make it hard enough for normal people to use crypto currency but that won't stop money launderers from using it. The best way would be to go through some regulations where the government would have some form of monitoring while people transacts without restrictions. Freedom doesn't mean doing anything without restrictions.
1424  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did 95% of traders fail and lose money? on: October 31, 2019, 05:53:10 AM
For me, I decide too soon. Patience is the key to success. The best way is to not to sell your coin (in case of top coins) for a loss. USD is a great tool if you are trying to make good profit. Sell on Spike and buy more when down. Don't panic if the market seem to be going differently than you want.
1425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the best sites to play texas hold'em poker paying in crypto? on: October 30, 2019, 03:00:35 AM
I would recommend swcpoker.eu
There are always active tables with organic players. There are tournaments active throughout the day for different entry sizes. Tables are also differentiated with minimum betting amount. Quick deposits and withdrawals without any issues.
1426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 27, 2019, 12:51:05 PM
SUNDAY 27TH OCTOBER 2019

Anybody agree with me?

2:00pm Newcastle 2-1 Wolves

4:30pm Arsenal 1-1 Crystal Palace

4:30pm Liverpool 1-2 Tottenham

4:30pm Norwich 1-3 Man Utd

I could not agree to any of them. how could you predict Liverpool, the number one team in the league to lose with Tottenham in anfield? That's an insult.
I would also call the match between Norwich and Manchester United a 1-1 draw. Same for Newcastle and Wolves. Arsenal and Crystal Palace may go to Arsenal's side.
1427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to get back into mining? on: October 27, 2019, 12:36:39 PM
People are now used to halving and it would not make a huge difference as people would prepare for it. You can aspect the price of bitcoin gradually rising afterwards, so would rise the difficulty. It would never again be profitable for individual miners to mine bitcoin. These farms would always steal away all the coins however small the amount.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's worse: cigar addiction or gambling addiction on: October 26, 2019, 03:37:06 PM
Gambling addiction is a real thing. People don't generally give importance to it but it could be much more devastating than any other form of addiction as you tend to lose every wealth you have alongside developing mental problems. Though getting of Gambling problem could be easily done, people learn it the hard way.
Gambling addicts has also sometimes turned to other activities due to their unstable mentality, Las vegas shooting last year was from a gambling addict.
1429  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's still going down (Oct 26, 2019) on: October 26, 2019, 03:31:51 PM
Even though price of BTC bumped up yesterday from $7,400 up to 10,400.  Price is still in a downtrend.

I am not too optimistic just from one day of big green candles along with some announcement from China.

Heavily manipulated it is, more and more every day. Good bye.

This manipulation is how people make money. Bitcoin was stable for a while and it did a sudden dive below 7.5K and again rose to 10K. The masterminds of this setup bought cheap and sold high. Now the market would again return to the previous pricing around 8.5K. It's just a pump and dump to fool small investors.
1430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ethereum 2.0 is shaping up on: October 26, 2019, 03:23:26 PM
There are details coming out from the Ethereum 2.0

  • To need to be a POS validator, one should hold at least 32 Ether.
  • The validator's income would be between 4.6 to 10.3% per annum.

The reward seems to be Okayish due to nature of Ethereum but the large issue is still the scalability of the coin and we hope the new update would easily solve that problem for today and the future.
1431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 26, 2019, 12:19:05 PM
Bangladesh team is also going through a lot of turmoil, and they also won't be in a good state right now. The players have threatened to go on strike at a crucial time. A series against India happens only once every two or three years and the BCB is heavily dependent on the revenues from this series. If the players conduct a strike, then their plans can get disrupted.
Afaik it has been setteled down and Bangladeshi players are back into the field. BCB has agreed to fulfill all of their demands.
Quote
And looking at the Indian team, it is composed of a mix of experienced and young players. Sanju Samson recently slammed a 200 in a domestic one day match and he will be looking forward to cement his place in the Indian team as the wicket keeper batsman. There are a few others, such as Dube, Sundar, Rahul Chahar.etc being given a chance here. If they can perform, then they can get permanent positions within the senior team.
BCCI is looking for that particularly finding out some gems before the t20 world cup. I guess Samson will have a good time since you know Bangladeshi bowlers aren't that much of attacking mode.

India surely has a huge surplus of good players but it's the best managed and balanced team that wins in most cases. T20 is mostly for batsmen than bowler.
Bangladesh team always lacked the confidence while playing with large teams but in a short form of cricket, things can easily turn and there would be fewer things to worry about.
1432  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Analysis: What Has Triggered 30% Surge? on: October 26, 2019, 11:34:54 AM
It was due to some whale movement https://beincrypto.com/134m-worth-of-bitcoin-was-just-moved-between-wallets/

The whales created a bullish market to buy coins for cheap and when they bought a huge amount, every small and large investors jumped into. It that process the whales earned a good profit while they still hold a large part of their bought coins.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you waste your time for 5 cents worth of bitcoin? on: October 25, 2019, 10:01:03 PM
I am doing market research for a potential project.
If there was a website you could go to daily where you would earn anywhere from 1 cent - 10 cents worth of bitcoin just for clicking a button, would you do it?
No strings attached, no deposit required. You go to the website, push a button and 5 cents is deposited into your wallet. Would you go every day and do it, or is it not worth your time?

It sounds much more like a faucet and if people would do that or not depends on many factors. The most important of that is where they are from.
Value of 5 cents is not the same everywhere. There are countries where you can get a good meal in a dollar while some other needs 10 of them.
There are countries with daily wages below $10, and I think people from these countries would prefer to visit such sites.
1434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ANALYST: ALTCOIN SEASON has almost arrived on: October 25, 2019, 09:30:19 PM
Again? Market's in upward trend this year but who to believe and what would you consider as a proved indicator?

https://beincrypto.com/altseason-has-almost-arrived-for-altcoins-according-to-analyst/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=cryptocurrency&utm_content=ff

There are so many analyst and experts in the crypto and that they are wrong most of the times. It's been a year that people are predicting a price above $20K to $1M but we've seen they were just blind guesses without any reasons to back. I don't mean to say we won't have a bull run but the more we advertise for the pumps and dumps, the slower the bull run would come.
1435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Cointelegraph's Facebook account was actually blocked on: October 25, 2019, 03:28:17 AM
There were reports of Cointelegraph's Facebook account being unreachable and many of us guessed many reasons for that but now it's confirmed that the Facebook account of Cointelegraph, one of the popular crypto news site was actually blocked by Facebook. They don't know the real cause but facebook has on it's terms that they may block anyone that promotes online real money. The Facebook page is now unlocked and visitable.
1436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Tips On How To Receive More Rewards In Bounty Campaigns! on: October 25, 2019, 03:05:49 AM
While creating an Article or a video, you need to have your own catchy style. You can learn that from other popular blogger and youtubers but your article or video needs to standout from others, just writing/reading out the info in your language would not attract a good deal of audience unless you are genuinely attracting attention.
1437  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance is earning only $20,00 per day on transaction fees charge?? on: October 23, 2019, 12:58:32 PM
Binance has many other sources for it's revenue and trading fees is just one of them.

In this recent article, https://www.binance.com/en/blog/391462665575727104/9th-BNB-Burn-Q3-2019-Recap-from-CZ

Binance said they burned BNB worth  $36,700,000 in a quarter. Binance uses 20% of it's profit to burn BNB, that makes the profit of Binance around $183,500,000 per quarter i.e. more than $2M in a day.

I still don't believe that exactly is the profit of the exchange from the fees. Though they have one of the lowest fees and even further discount through BNB, their volume is very high.
What's your source?
1438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Attack 51% coming soon again? on: October 23, 2019, 04:47:10 AM
51% attack can happen when 51% of the total hashrate originating miners decide to do it. That's why it's nearly impossible for it to again happen with bitcoin or any other popular mine-able coins. Even for the low miners coins the attacker needs to own more than 50% of hashrate which still is a large mining power according to the size of the coin. There's no use of attacking a useless coin unless for educational purpose.
1439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO not forced you to hold their token on: October 21, 2019, 01:54:57 PM

This image clearly sums up the scenario of IEOs and exchanges. The only exchanges delivering a positive ROI on average are Binance, Gate, OKex, Huobi, Kucoin and MXC. All of which needs to hold their token in one form or other. So, we can also relate that good exchanges also promotes their tokens in order to have a good image of it's every products.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO exchanges not required KYC on: October 20, 2019, 04:18:39 PM
I like the cryptocurrency due to the privacy, i do not like to send my IDs to anyone even if it is popular and trusted websites, requesting KYC to participate in IEO is against privacy why i have to send my ID to participate in IEO!!
Most of exchanges launched their IEO platform required KYC.
Is there any exchanges run IEO and do not required KYC.

The best exchange i will advice you to join for better IEO investment are top exchanges like gate or binance and its a must to go through KYC, kinda necessary to avoid money laundering or scam acts, i think your KYC detail will be safer with top exchanges

To be real, if you want to invest in a good IEO, KYC is a compulsion. There are many shady exchanges like yobit that claims to provide you profitable IEOs without KYC but most of the coins hosted by them are ponzi of a short. If you really don't want to give your personal data, you can buy the coins of IEO after they gets listed in the exchange.
