14241  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 26, 2016, 03:23:39 AM
Bitcoin is unreliable and risky but has potential to boom. Gold is secure but i will only be worth for in a surplus economics and their has to be a constant demand for it.  So i say just save it. Don't take the risk

Yes that's it, just save it and don't take the risk. But if you are a person who takes risk as a challenge make sure that you have back up plans if you are going to enter investments. And make sure that you have savings so whenever your investment is going to collapse you have your savings in it and you can make sure that you are going support it.

theres more to the story of saving lol.

If a persons input of making is way less - then theres no point. The issue is the input focus should be knowing how to grow your money and profit without having to forcefully save.

You are racing against time which most have the delusion of having so much of in the first place..

Well for me, you must set a balance first. Be balance on your savings and investments. Because if you are not balance to both of them.
Possibility you are going to fall on each side. But of course it depends on the person on where he is happy, happy on saving or
happy in investing.
For me you do not need to balance your investment and your saving sometimes investment is much higher than your savings because you are looking for a huge income that requires you to invest huge money. then your savings is for back up for your needs.

Well it depends on how you are going to see the situation or on how you are going to be on the situation but for me they are both important.
But it is more better if you are going to focus more on savings before investment. Savings first before you are going to invest on anything you want.

14244  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 26, 2016, 03:02:52 AM
Don't ever go all in on something, in life, in gambling and in bitcoin. It is way too risky, if bitcoin crashes you are screwed. Maybe get a part time job + investing in bitcoin.

I say life is full or risks its about minimizing the risk you choose.

So the view is already flawed in some sense - but just know if you work at a job you are helping somones empire to be bigger then your own.

I agree on it, that life is full of risks. It is going to depend on you on how you are going to manage the risk you are going to accept.
But of course if bitcoin is giving you more income rather than your daily job then it is better to exchange to it.
Or if not work at the same with bitcoin and your day job.
14245  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: July 26, 2016, 03:00:03 AM
In real life i will spent it yesterday i need cash so i convert it in peso. We used bitcoin for only pay bills but if we need it to buy any thing we convert it in cash so we do spent money from bitcoin. Some people here in philippines they did not know how to use bitcoin but i think many of them heard about bitcoin.

Same is the scenario in my country where people have heard about bitcoins but not using it as they feel its risky to invest money it and have a feeling that it will not survive in long run.
well thats a really sad thing, a lot of people dont use bitcoins because they think it is bad even though it is far away from the truth that bitcoins give benfits

The major issue is that they lack knowledge about bitcoins and they get carried away with what they listen from other and that is the reason they are not using it.
yeah, the lack of knowledge is real and people dont do anything about it to solve the problem, i think that people will always thing that bitcoin is bad

Well if they are going to realize and study that bitcoin is real for they are going to spend bitcoins in real life. Just like me, at first I don't believe that bitcoin is being used for different transactions in the web. And from the past months, I am really a spender of bitcoins in real life.
I am buying prepaid load cards and using it for my internet.
Me to i also spend it by exchanging into fiat because here in my country bitcoin is not accepted in grocery stores even in a mall it only accepted in online shopping and paying my bills.

Good thing that there is an exchange site here in my country that do accept bitcoins for any service that they are offering. And for sure there are more services to come and I want them to offer some products they can offer in physical goods so that whenever they are going to offer it. More people are going to know about bitcoin.
14246  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: July 26, 2016, 02:55:02 AM
I would probably just spend it all in games.

Woah! Man that's a big amount to spend it all in games, you must be specific on what games you are referring too because there are a lot of types of games. Games in computer, real life games or gambling games. But I would say that it is your decision and if someone is going to give that to you.
You are the one to manage it.
14247  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: July 26, 2016, 02:50:23 AM
banks are aweful yet useful for day to day payments and transactions that bitcoin cannot reach, but they try and often succeed in adding fees and doing really shady things to your money, bitcoin is solid and better, cheaper yet not as status quo as banks imo

That's really what banks are for, they are charging some hidden charges that even a minimal use of their service they are going to charge.
I really hate banks doing that, but if you are just going to complain and have to explain that fees you don't recognize for sure they are going to give back the amount they charged from you.
14248  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: July 26, 2016, 02:46:00 AM
i dont think so they're a bit different one physical and one digital, but in the future i'm certain all will be digital but not yet, for the prize to go up in time i say yes but people are different, if this makes sense

Fiat will always be worthy because we used to it. The people are more familiar on using fiat money instead of bitcoins price. And whatever the price of bitcoin is going to be for sure many people are still going to rely to the use of fiat money. But if the government is going to allow bitcoin to conquer over fiat money then it is going to be worthless fiat.
14249  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: July 26, 2016, 02:44:20 AM
want to say something but don't know what..

just drive responsibly in your time machine mmkay?

Why people are referring to this time machine? It is impossible to get back to the past and don't think back because your mindset will just going let you fall again and again if you are still going to go back in the past. Move on and go on your way for your future to get rich. Focus on it, this is the right time to think for it and work hard for it.
14250  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 26, 2016, 02:39:34 AM
Bitcoin, because it's easier to trade, store and protect.

Well you are right with it, it's easier to trade with bitcoin because if you are going to buy bitcoin you can just simply store it and let the price of bitcoin trade for you and once the price is higher then you can trade it again to fiat money or you can just buy an alt coin and you are the one that is going to do the trading.
Bottom line is we can trade bitcoins anytime we want unlike gold that you need to store it for a longer period of time to make profit on it and besides if you have your bitcoins in your wallet you can easily cash out in times of emergency.

Yes that's  the goodness of using bitcoin for trading. We can just trade anytime we want. But with gold we need to find first those people who are going to be interested to trade with their bitcoins. But there are certain characteristics that gold has. One of it, is that as the time goes by its price is just continuous increasing and it doesn't fall.
14251  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: July 26, 2016, 02:35:12 AM
I think bitcoin in whole will continue on this upwards trend, but there will probably be drops during this year. I think that Bitcoin will reach around 850 but it will stabilise at around 750.

Hopefully the price is going to happen that way. I am hoping that because of the continuous rise of bitcoin. The price is going to increase too and that is a good price at all stabilizing the price at $750 - $800 that is really a good amount at all. We just need to wait for it. For sure next months we can see the effect of halving or if not next year.
We should have a very conservative projection now and that amount mentioned can be achieve anytime this year and trust me and trust you self as that is the only way you can earn in your investment.

Yes that is what we have to do right now, we must trust bitcoin and wait for the further things that are going to happen with bitcoin. And I know it is going to increase in the future and we just need to be patient at it and don't lose hope on it because things are going to be done well now in bitcoin.
And next year would be another rise.
14252  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: July 26, 2016, 02:14:15 AM
i would definitely just hold all my bitcoins then as in this way i would make a lot of money, holding is the best thing you can do for sure

Well that is a wise thing to do, me either I'm going to hold all of that amount until the price is going to be good at all. And after that,
I am going to withdraw it and going to buy anything that I want or if not I'm going to allot it first to build my small business like small store in real life.
And going to focus again with bitcoin.

14254  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: July 26, 2016, 02:07:11 AM
Till bitcoin is not accepted by any country as legal currency it can't change fiat's price even if price is $9999999, but in future everything can change, we'll see.

Yes we will see it in the future, everything can change in the future. Especially when a country is going to adopt the use of bitcoin. But as of now, still there are a lot of people that doesn't know about bitcoin because they think that it is not worth it at all. But if the price is going to be $10,000 by that time there is only one thing I can assure you guys, we are going to be rich. Cheesy
14255  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: July 26, 2016, 02:04:25 AM
Buy or develop your own time machine and go back to 2008 and mine BTC on the computer at your mothers house in the basement

Thanks for the advice, I will put into practice. lol
Better do it now, don't waste a single time. Identify all the resources you will need, plan, analyze it, make a prototype then finally design it fully. Humans are so smart and I know they can do this thing.

Seriously? For creating a time machine and go back to 2008? For sure if you are going back there you are going to change everything. As
we have seen in movies if someone is going to change a small movement in the past. It can change a lot in the future. So, think again.
Don't go back to the past and for sure the price is not going to be what it is today.
14256  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: July 26, 2016, 02:01:20 AM
I like both of them but banks is already trusted and time tested when bitcoin is something new and interesting but already better than banks Grin I am very happy that i am a bitcoin user.

Well yes, banks are always there and been trusted for many years since ever. But we can see that bitcoin wallets are also trusted too. Because it is where we are storing our bitcoins. So, we don't have to choose to any of them because they are both useful and helpful. Banks for our fiat money and bitcoin wallet for our bitcoins.
14257  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: July 25, 2016, 04:06:50 AM
I think in a trusted seller bitcoin

The title says, 'when do you buy bitcoin?' Not to whom you are going to buy bitcoin. But it is also a thing to consider if you are going to buy bitcoin.
Because make sure that every money you are going to invest with bitcoin is going to be valuable.
14258  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: July 25, 2016, 03:53:54 AM
You can't ban paper moneys. Because that's an international Cash. Anywhere in this world is using Paper money and also Coins. You have to accept it. But if Cryptocurrency will rise and if this will be an international money, then that's good. But I assured that this Cryptocurrency can ban paper money. Because how about the Rural Areas ? How about the places without internet ? How about the people who didn't still know what is Bitcoin ? Maybe after 50-100 Years I think, All currencies will be digital and all things will be bought online.

Maybe less than we are expecting as there are activists out there pushing for paperless society. Government can save a lot of money as well they stop the circulation of paper money and start adapting using online payment or use of smart phone but you are right that there are areas like the rural areas that may not be able to use online payment because of slow or no internet connection at all.

I believe that it is going to happen in the future that the government is going to implement cashless society and its been a plan since then.
And for sure it is going to happen that the government is going to allow it to happen and going to convince people that it is better to use that
cashless money.
14259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 25, 2016, 03:42:47 AM
Because naturally people are greed. When greed take over his mind , it will become addicted.
Some people can't control the power of greed so they can do anything to keep gambling ( even they must break the law )

Well greediness is really the reason why gambling is very addicting people tend to think that they are going to have big money if they are going to gamble. So even they are losing their money they don't as long as they are hoping that they are going to get big amount of money in gambling.
But that is a wrong thinking.
14260  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: July 25, 2016, 03:17:59 AM
i usually dont spend it but i sometimes buy digital goods online

So it means that you are spending it but not for real life but with your digital life. Just like me too, I'm spending bitcoins that way.
But as now, I stopped and I'm just waiting for the price increase before spending it again for sure. And if the price is going to increase I'm going
back to spend it again.
