1441  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get earning from this forum? on: June 20, 2021, 04:48:53 PM
I want to ask seniors and expert member that what method should we follow to earn on this platform, after how many days we will start getting payment?
Does our payment depend on the posts we make, after how many posts we will start getting payment?
After how many days and after creating how many posts we will start getting payment and how much will we start getting payment?
In what wallet will we get the payment of this forum?

Usually, the easiest way to earn some in the forum is to sell your services or goods/ digital goods since it doesn't really require anything you could easily start selling even though you are just a newbie.
Here in this section:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0

You could notice that there are different goods that are being sold like cards, paintings, software, etc.

If you have a high rank you could probably join a signature campaign or bounties here in the forum which is a good source of income at some point, but still, the forum is not something that is made to earn so I don't recommend joining just to earn or farming the forum.

The easiest way to earn is to invest in cryptocurrency, it's a pretty good time to invest since the market is a dump and you could buy potential tokens for a very low price. I remember starting to invest 300$ and now I'm already earning thousands of dollars in my portfolio.

1442  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: WALLET ADDRESS, IS IT PERMANENT? on: June 20, 2021, 03:56:31 PM
Electrum (and Bitcoin) addresses do not expire. The payment requests that are made specifically only uses each receiving address once only for better record keeping and privacy. It is perfectly fine to use it for multiple transactions, it'll stay valid.

So I can use it as an address in the signature campaign, right? I was just a confusing since it says "unpaid" so I was thinking after the transaction is done the address is not usable anymore.

I didn't use my electrum wallet for a long time so I didn't know these new updates, last time there was a receiving address that is permanent.

Thanks for your help!  Smiley

As long as you have your seed phrase (and passphrase if included) or private key to your address, you are good to be using the address for transactions just like using it for signature campaigns on this forums. But, for privacy reasons, it is not good to make use of only one address, so that your whole funds should not be tracked to one address, but their are exceptional cases like using it for signature campaign on this forum in which you have no option, it has nothing to do with your security and the address will always remain valid as long as you have the seed phrase (and passphrase if included) or private key to the address.

All of your addresses can be used forever and for multiple transactions.
You don't even need to set the expiration time to "Never". As stated ranochigo, there is no expiration for a bitcoin address.

The purpose of having expiration time for a bitcoin address in electrum is know whether you have received the fund in time or not.
Let's say I want to sell something to you with bitcoin. I tell you that you must send me bitcoin in 1 hour. Otherwise, I won't accept the transaction
I give you an address and set the expiration time to 1 hour. In this way, electrum will show that whether you have sent the fund before the deadline or not.

I see that how it works!

Thanks for your help!
1443  Bitcoin / Electrum / WALLET ADDRESS, IS IT PERMANENT? on: June 20, 2021, 03:38:01 PM
I have a question about this address that I created..

I make the address permanent...

Is the address not usable anymore after 1 transaction is made? or I can use it as an address in a signature campaign making a lot of trannsactions?
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or Binance Chain (BNB)? on: June 19, 2021, 11:59:12 PM
No doubt that the Ethereum is still better in some of the aspects, I guess because Ethereum is just the 2nd best cryptocurrency or just one of the early projects. So there are diffinitely a lot of different projects that is supporting Ethereum or that is made in the Ethereum Network.

Binance Network for sure is a competitor, but still it is just too early for BNB since there are still a lot of things that need to consider if the network is secure etc. When it comes to trust the Ethereum network is already trusted by a lot of projects and as well as have more experience in this field compared to BNB.

There is a big potential in BNB and people wanted BNB because of the low fees in every transaction but that is just because the network is jusy getting started, unlike ethereum that already has millions of users and projects that is doing a transactions, I mean low fees doesnt mean the it will be better. I dont think BNB will catch up to the market price of Ethereum.
1445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think Bitcoin is great as an asset and not as a Currency. on: June 19, 2021, 11:46:56 PM
I kinda agree with that where bitcoin is an asset or just an invesment and not really suitable to be a currency.

First thing is the volatility in the market price, i mean you cant really make something like bitcoin which is constantly changing its market price since in changes its value, like theres a pump and dump time.

Also with the old technology or bitcoin where it is made the transaction speed which is 3 ttansaction every second is not gonna be enough to be used as a currency, it is going to be a problem for sure if every people started using bitcoin as a currency.
1446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The fall from 65k to $30k was the best thing to ever happen to Bitcoin on: June 19, 2021, 10:42:08 PM
Bitcoin's drop from 65k to $30k is one of the best things that has ever happened.

Take a moment to consider:

-Numerous institutions sit on the sidelines waiting for your money.

-Occasionally, a crash occurs.

-News reports about it are more common.

-Over half of the value of Bitcoin is lost, but the network continues to function. Work continues on upgrades (Taproot).

-HODLing and buying the dip are more popular than ever before, according to analysts.

-The new price offers buyers a great opportunity to enter the market.

-Summer will see US banks beginning to offer cryptocurrency products.

-Banks in Germany are legally allowed to start on July 1.

It's unstoppable

Kinda agree with some of your reason I think the dump was really a good thing to bitcoin and it gives positive reasons to buy bitcoin and make people reinvest again, the price was already too high in the market and I honestly think that it needs to have a dump.

I mean most of the investors invest when the market price drops and at any time we could expect for the market price to go back to 60k$ and continue to pump up to a 100k$, honestly, I think when the price goes back to pumping it could easily triple its market price last time.

hopefully, it's not too late for some people to buy, because most of the time when the market price stabilizes again and goes back to a higher price in the market most of the time people realize it too late when the price is already too high.
1447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is buying three bitcoin worth it? on: June 19, 2021, 08:01:40 PM
I’ve been reading up on bitcoin and saw that Tim Draper estimates the price will hit 250k in 2022. I honestly could never afford a ton of bitcoin even now at 37k but I could afford three. It would be a lot of my savings, not all, but a majority. Is it worth it to spend almost 111 thousand dollars buying three bitcoin? Will it make me back a substantial amount more money? Please help!10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254

I guess it would be worth it investing theoretically since the market price will be higher for sure in the coming years and the 200k$ price is significantly higher than what the market price today is.

But the risk is still there so I cannot recommend investing a big amount of money especially if you cannot afford to lose it, the best thing to do is just invest your extra money not investing something like your saving or emergency funds.

Because you could just end up selling your bitcoin along the way if you urgently need money for an emergency so that just means selling it at a lower price in the market, I guess try other altcoins in the market if your target is profit since you could pretty much earn a lot higher if you invest in altcoins.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: June 18, 2021, 06:51:10 PM
I mean by playing blockchain games like Axie infinity, Lost Relics, etc., and buying NFTs in the market like NBA top shots, etc. Based on my experience I could pretty much say that I make a pretty big amount of profit by buying NFT's and playing these blockchain games, especially axie infinity because of the play-to-earn aspect of the game.

For me, the best thing about this game that you could consider if your just a normal trader is it could be a way to escape or avoid the bear market, By investing in NFT's like example Axie infinity you could pretty much preserve the value of your money if you turn it into a axie, I mean the game economy is different and could still be risky but the development of the game continues to progress you I think you the value could remain.

There are probably some NFT's where you could earn where you don't really need to play it almost like a AFK game and still earn a good amount of profit from it, It's still risky neither crypto, so I think just play what even game that you want and where you enjoy.
1449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a bad time for altcoins? on: June 17, 2021, 08:07:18 PM
Why do I see legit coins with real utility and transparent, excellent devs not doing well but shitty meme coins just flying?

It is actually the thing at this time where there are just some meme coins that just without and skyrocket their market price in the market, Its a matter of community and something about proving that it is not all about utility or something like companies, like stocks that have the ability to push the price in the market.

At the same time I guess when it comes to meme coins it is all about hype or pump and dump so we could experience a pump really fast or in just a short time it could easily pump at a very high price and also dump really fast as well, so people could easily make a profit in that so maybe people always like a gamble since it is always an easy profit for investors.

The Doge coin is a little different since its the start of the meme era, and the community of DOGE coin is just huge at this time, so even though it is dump i just cant see it going back to its initial price.
1450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: June 13, 2021, 09:58:12 PM
Seems the guy has it all figured out !

Already working on a 95MW geothermal power plant fueled from the local volcano and building a BTC mining hub around it ! Big brain president !
If china sends miners away I'm pretty sure who is waiting around the corner to welcome them.

https://twitter.com/nayibbukele/status/1402714926800674827

This guy is a brave and genius doing it all by himself, It is obviously risky for them since they were the first country that would try this but this could be the start and everything could pay off especially if they are one of the first who started this.

A lot of countries for sure will get interested in something like this and probably already watching what this country could turn out in adopting bitcoin as a national currency. I mean this could easily be the key for bitcoin reaching the moon probably around 500k$ if this continues. You could just imagine where all of the people and businesses in a country will be introduce to bitcoin because it's a national currency in their country.

As more country starts to do that bitcoin will explode since more people are gonna use bitcoin and at the same time could be a big help for them when it comes to investment or making a profit, this could speed up the increasing demand in bitcoin or adaption of bitcoin in the world.

1451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i believe a person who said"my trust wallet get hacked" ? on: June 13, 2021, 09:33:12 PM
Since i joined the crypto world i didnt face any problem regrading wallets but i see that many people lose funds...somtimes the situation is normal like when somone share his private key or back up phrase in a scam website...but lets imagine that somone open a nwe wallet on trust and start using it without even keeping the phrase...is there a way to enter his wallet and make transactions without even having the back up phrase?

The first thing that your gonna need to access your wallet is the seed phrase or private key to access your wallet act like a password to your wallet, no other way to access your wallet if you don't have the key.

Some people think that their wallet is hacked without the private key but most of the time what happened is the hacker gets access to your private key by doing phishing etc. and with that, the hacker will have access to your wallet. Unless the hacker has a phishing application or your device is already accessed by the hacker they could pretty much find a way to access your wallet at that point.

Still, I've been using trust wallet for a long time and doesn't experience any problem especially in security so I don't think you will have any problem as well as long as your device is safe and your careful.
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins have no use case on: June 13, 2021, 09:10:14 PM
Recently, we saw so many people buying Meme coins, hoping for a new Doge. At first, some profits could be made but it didn't last long.

Keep a realistical point of view

From a realistical point of view, Meme coins don't offer any improving feature, it's just pump and dump, pure speculation. If nobody will buy it anymore, it becomes obsolete. Behind Meme coins, no innovative technology can be found.
Meme coins can be used for payment, but also like every existing project, so why not using Bitcoin for it? No seller will accept dozens of Meme coins.
We should ask us ourself: which benefits can a Meme coins really offer? And our answer will be: none, it's just speculation.

We can assume: when we don't have any hype, such projects will crash.

Buy innovation instead of hype

Crypto is still very early and we will see so many projects build on crypto. But good projects will not be build on Memes coins, good projects will be built on solid platforms where all features are available for a high-scaled and decentralized.
Such projects are for example IOTA and Avalanche, rising and innovating Blockchain standards and showing a clear vision for technological standards. IOTA has a record of being an innovative and internal leading projects for industrial standards, coming from Germany and already partner of industry leaders. Avalanche has established to arise as an interoperable project also for economic solutions, like decentralized finance but also government cooperation. A highly relevant feature of Avalanche will be subnets, where each industrial or governmental standard can be met - powered by Avalanche.
Such projects will be innovative and important to buy because whole industries will be built on it - not on Meme coins!

Meme coins are just pump and dump and have no real value. When crypto shows its true potential, Meme coins won't play a big role anymore.
Conclusion: Invest wisely and research about projects for industrial, economical and governmental use!

I agree with that, something that doesn't have a utility is not worth investing in since in the long term it could easily fall down its price value and make it riskier when it comes to long-term investment.

Most of the time coins like this are jump pump and dump because the price pump is just because of the hype in the market so after a pump there is always a dump coming for sure.

But I guess DOGE coin is a little special at most of the meme coin because it has a big community that believed that DOGE coin will be a currency that you could use.

1453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk and his invention on: June 13, 2021, 08:46:20 PM
Elon Musk talked about how BTC mining with electricity isn't environment friendly but he invented electric cars, in near future if this actually becomes popular electric cars will be available world wide and billions of vehicles will be charged by electricity so how is this environment friendly?

The reason was just an excuse something like the biggest company in the world like Tesla would know that kind of things about bitcoin before even investing in it, Elon Musk is an Engineer right so something like this is easy.

I mean common before we invest in bitcoin we should at least make our own research in it, and in my experience, before even investing in bitcoin I already know that kind of thing in bitcoin.

Does it means Tesla doesn't do its research for a company that makes cars that cost thousands of dollars I don't think so, His tweets are obviously price manipulation and I'm not surprised if he dumps his bitcoin after announcing the news.
1454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some millionaires hate Bitcoin? on: June 13, 2021, 08:28:40 PM
Some wealthy people have expressed their disdain towards Bitcoin. They believe Bitcoin is a scam or Ponzi scheme backed by nothing. Figures like Warren Buffet, and even Donald Trump himself believe Bitcoin is a sham. I'm surprised to see this, since Bitcoin brings many profit opportunities to its "hodlers". For some reason, millionaires (or billionaires) hate Bitcoin. They usually support Gold and Fiat, not wanting to try something new like crypto/Blockchain tech. Justin Sun tried to convince Warren Buffet to get into crypto a while ago, only to find that his efforts were in vain.

Thoughts? Huh

I mean they have different reasons why they don't trust or just don't like bitcoin, but I just don't believe that this millionaire doesn't even invest a single penny to bitcoin at least they might try it or gamble some for sure.

The profit is high just investing a few million dollars would not hurt for some of these people, all of the business has its own risk so investing in bitcoin or cryptocurrency would make sense but I mean yeah, maybe not.

These millionaires have big businesses that already earn a big amount of profit so maybe they just don't understand bitcoin technology or just don't think that bitcoin has what it takes plus its risk.
1455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin supply shortage? — The 20's strong hands. on: June 13, 2021, 07:56:16 PM
Interesting chart, Bitcoin shortage will be a thing soon and that will drive the market price up, We all know it a long time ago, that is why they were accumulating more bitcoin.

I mean in theory we could expect that the market price is a lot higher than before based on the bitcoin supply and the increasing demand of bitcoin, we could totally expect the price of bitcoin to explode at any moment.

But let's not forget that investing in cryptocurrency includes a big risk since aside from the volatile market, there are a lot of problems that we might not know about that could come through the way of our investment so totally everything could easily disappear.
1456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google has lifted its ban on crypto advertisements on: June 13, 2021, 07:24:46 PM
Google recently updated their policies regarding Google Ads and will now allow ads related to cryptocurrency exchanges and wallets provided they have registered with FinCEN. This change is set to take effect in August 2021. As you may recall, the ban was imposed in March 2018 and lasted almost three years.

This easing of crypto advertising restrictions is a positive sign. Google appears to be warming up to bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general as many governments, financial institutions and private companies are increasingly liberalizing their crypto policies these days. What do you think?

For sure a lot of scam advertisement will be all over the play again for sure, I mean that just the reason why google banned the cryptocurrency advertisement because of so many scam ads on, but most of the time for google is it just all about money, and a lot of cheating tools, applications are also advertised by google so it is not surprising at all.

I mean google could at least limit these scams if they are going to verify all of the cryptocurrency advertisements, they might not be able to filter all of the scam's advertisements but they could at least limit it because it is a big deal for the community.

Remember back in the day where most cryptocurrency advertisements are scams, that is why people are thinking that all cryptocurrency is scams even bitcoin, etc. completely destroying what the peoples perspective about crypto.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will be bearish market over?? on: June 13, 2021, 05:57:42 PM
In recent  previous days we had explore and observe market, and in the end we got that market are moving like zigzag mean its constantly moving in small zone , without going too upward or too downward. What's the reason behind it??
I am unhappy because it didn't even show any green signal.
So can any told me his opinion about this situation of market. Because I am tired of this😥😥

At this point, most of the investors panic sells their crypto the moment when Tesla announces the news that is why it continues to drop because of the panic selling.

It is a good time to reinvest your money since the market is on dump but at the same time, it is risky for some investors since the market might continue to drop, most of the time what will happen is it will take some time before pumping again in the market since we lose the momentum.

I think it will take a few months in this stage where it just pumping and dumping around 30k$-40k$ and then when it exploded people will realize it late when the market is already on high and then continue to pump. So probably when the ber months come that is when the bearish market could end, so my strategy is just to accumulate a high volume of bitcoin and other altcoins.
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency will rise in future? on: June 13, 2021, 04:54:08 PM
The sharp drop means bitcoin had temporarily erased all its gains following Tesla's announcement that it would purchase $1.5 billion worth of the cryptocurrency. It was also down more than 50% since hitting a record high of $64,829 in mid-April

is there any other cryptocurrency that can be rise n future ? if yes then proper details which one is ?

When it comes to long term investment I can only see Bitcoin and Ethereum as the solid investment, some of the top cryptocurrency or top cryptocurrency might be worth when it comes to long term investment but it just wasn't stable compared to bitcoin and Ethereum.

Realistically when you see bitcoin and Ethereum down in the market it's not bad news but actually an opportunity, and we know that in long term bitcoin and Ethereum will be worth more in the future.

There are a lot of cryptocurrency in the market and we know that there are just tons of shit tokens out there so definitely there are a lot of altcoins that will disappear in the future, so probably even if top altcoins in the market could still not be worth investing in the long term.
1459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding 5 years a just a imagination on: June 12, 2021, 06:32:57 PM

we keep the coins at least 5 years , but its too long imagination.  you can proof it. 2018 early NEM coin was top 6 Marketcap now 56. so keeping its useless. we have to updated everytime and get the action the correct time and exit.

Now i think bear market is going on , so holding for 4,5 years just a imagination. specially i have to say that TOP 5 coins , we must keep  most probebly they will surpass the All time high again.

what all your perspectives?

True, holding cryptocurrency for 5 years is really not that easy especially for someone that is really into cryptocurrency or a daily trader, A lot of cryptocurrency or token in the market will have a lot of movement in the past 5 years if you continue to hold and some of the tokens could be worth investing and some are just not worth it to continue.

But when it comes to holding long term I guess it's obvious that it is always bitcoin and Ethereum, they just the cryptocurrency that is ideal to hold for long term and earn a high amount of profit after 5 years, other cryptocurrency could just end up losing money.

For me it just depends on your strategy plan in your investment how are you going to handle the dumps or taking the profit, short term or long term? I mean even holding bitcoin for years is not that easy.

1460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A problem for El Salvador, how do you think it can be solved? on: June 12, 2021, 04:41:17 PM
Since El Salvador has accepted bitcoin as a legal tender, we all know that there are some problems/challenges that will come with this new development.

First off, how do you think the government of El Salvador can help control and keep in check the usage of bitcoin in a manner that drug and weapons smugglers, as well as other criminals in their country don't be at an advantage, especially since it is virtually Impossible to get the exact real identity behind a wallet address since it can be opened with informations that are not particularly identifying unlike the banks, or to even freeze the bitcoin wallet of an individual or company for money laundering?

We don't know how it is going to turn out but for sure there are problems that need to be solved, I think bitcoin will be a great currency for sure and I don't think that illegal transactions are going to go well in bitcoin since it could easily be trace just like what happened in some government or fraud cases where money are able to be recovered.

Bitcoin simple problems like transaction fees and speed could be a bigger problem but since it is just added as a national currency I just don't know if it is going to fit, maybe depending on the situation of every transaction but we're gonna see how it will end up.

It is still big news for bitcoin and this could easily be the start of bitcoin exploding, as 1 country already started to use bitcoin as a national currency all of the people in that country will be introduced to bitcoin.
