Pirate isnt returning anything. He sent all the money to zeekrewards.com
How do you know that?

Its quite obvious if you have been following things.
Smiley What sort of argument is that?

IMO you don't know shit @bitcoin.me - and it's been quite obvious for me, because I have been following the things you were posting.
Even my niece knows more than you. And she is 7...
-Zeek rewards ponzi offers 10.5% per week - Pirate claims to be earning 10.5% per week
-Zeek rewards gets shut down August 17th - Pirate folds August 17th
-Trendon's wife has/had zeek rewards affiliate stuff on her twitter, so they at least had knowledge of zeek and probably had some cash in it.

It'd make sense.
Whether that means that pirate investors might see a few percent back (Zeek had $225 million in assets to cover their >$600 million in liabilities, and legal costs will shave off some of that, but zeek rewards creditors may get back some cents on the dollar) is as yet unknown.
Which one is the Pirate's wife twitter account?

Prediction for what will happen. Nothing.
You think it is still a prediction that Goat is not going to sue Pirate?
Well, it's pretty certain for me.

And if Pirate will return the deposits - all except the ones for GLBSE PPT bonds, there will be hundreds, maybe even thousands, of people feeling cheated by Goat and Nefario. At least one of then will take it up to court...  And if the person won't be able to identify Goat (because, as we all know, Goat hides his identity) - then they will sue Nefario, since the guys have obviously been partners in this PPT-bonds fraud.
1445  Economy / Securities / Re: (GLBSE) TYGRR.BOND-P 4.85% weekly uninsured pass though bond to BTCST on: September 09, 2012, 10:50:06 AM
Why would I shit myself wathing you doing exactly what I once asked you to do?

So how is it going Goat with you suing Pirate - still planing doing it?
Because I really don't think so - you will be the one who gets sued. You and Nefario.
And you will both end up in jail, so you are definitely the ones who should be shitting themselves now Smiley

I know I broke the rule and feed the troll.
Of course - don't feed me, I have no problems feeding myself.

Just remember the last sincere advise from your favorite troll: don't bend down for a soap!

1448  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: #assets-otc - Contract Management System on: September 09, 2012, 06:28:37 AM
So basically you've made a shitty MPEx, six months late and with all the credibility of a 0 WoT rating. Good luck.
You'd look much less like an idiot if you just said that to start off, rather than wait for me to say it.
I don't know much about MPEx - never even tried using it, since your system looks in a way that scares me off the first second after I load the page.
But as far as I've managed to learn about MPEx, it is a trading platform, whilst #assets-otc is a contract management system where the actual trading is off the scope.

Moreover, MPEx does use PGP signatures, but only as an authentication method for trading transactions and withdrawal requests. And as far as I understand what a "withdrawal requests" means, it means that there is still money stored in the service, that can be stolen and thus one day probably will - if not by you (the owner), then by somebody else (a hacker)..

So as for me, MPEx is a completely different idea, based on a completely different security concept.
Not to mention that it looks just like shit and the interference is anything but intuitive, even though it is already six months old... you obviously have done a great job for the last six months, improving the service for your customers, making it so much more user friendly... fuck yeah! If I had been a masochist, I would have probably liked trying MPEx... though hammering a nail with a piece of wool into my own ass would still seem to be a simpler process than using the service that you are so proud of.

And my WoT rating is 5, not 0 - so don't lie.
But whatever it would have been it does not matter at all, because unlike you, I do not need anyone to trust me with his money.
I am giving out to people a top security bookkeeping and dividend payment service for free. And beat me on this, if you can. Good luck.

Wrapping it up: you'd look much less like an idiot if you just didn't come to this topic advertising your shit using my brilliant idea as the bait.

Ok. signed up. How do I issue assets?
Send me the signed contract for the asset and I will add it to the system, putting your account as the AI.

I see. Do you plan to support the ability for users to issue assets themselves?
No. Because I want to verify the contract first.

Its Goat gambling or knowing pirate wont pay back, so he wont have to buy those bonds back either.

However you'd call this fraud - it it's hugely illegal, as for my knowledge though I'm not even a lawyer.
I mean, if you consider that these are "bonds" traded on a "stock exchange", based on a "contract" an the "IPO"...
These words do have some legal meaning.
So basically Goat is so fucked up - and Nefario as well. But they don't care - they keep selling bonds, as nothing has happened.

Now they need to make up their mind; either by saying that all the "bonds" and "IPO" stuff was just like in farmvillem nothing real - or, if they'd ever like to go to any court, they need to face the punishment for all the financial laws they have broken.

They will not go to any courts - face it.
Where I would advise them going to, is somewhere in Amzaone - just to hide as much as they can, before they can still leave the country Smiley

I see you have been doing a really great job Goat with countering the bonds - I'm so proud of you!

Unfortunately you have only 1648 left before reaching the 40k roof. Sad
But no worries - I am sure that Nefario can update the database with a simple SQL query, so your number will be able to go even higher.

So I'm looking forward to update my chart further - and don't you both dare disappointing me! Cheesy

That's pretty awesome. Have you bought anything cool with the interest you've taken out in the last few weeks?
yes, i compunded it back.  turning into an even bigger deposit.
isnt that cool? Cheesy
1457  Economy / Securities / Re: (GLBSE) TYGRR.BOND-P 4.85% weekly uninsured pass though bond to BTCST on: September 04, 2012, 05:33:01 PM
The number is rising. Yep. But your interpretation of the contract is merely a technicality; everyone knows that a better wording might have been "each bond represents 1 BTC of BS&T debt" or whatever. Goat can sell up to 40K and still be able to pay back when pirate does.
Merely a technicality - of course Smiley
I'm dying to see if any court would share your opinion.
If pirate does pay out anyone except Goat - oh, it'd just be be such a great show to watch... Cheesy

I don't think that's a scenario we'll have to worry about in the first place.
Pirate at least still promises to pay back all the deposits, together with up to date 7%/week interest.
And what does Goat promise?
Nothing!
Goat states that Pirate is an evil person, but it doesn't stop him from selling counterfeited bonds, supposedly backed by a BS&T deposit and it's 7%/week interest...

So I wonder how is he going to calculate the final dividends anyway, since the last ones were paid 3 weeks ago, to 27k bonds, and since then he sold 10+k more bonds...
Don't you wonder it as well?
I mean, my BS&T account still gets weekly interests every week - so the bonds you're holding should get theirs as well...
So I wonder where is he going to take the 3+ weeks compounded interests from, for the extra 10+k bonds that he dumped onto the market for pennies, without even depositing those into BS&T.
He obviously must have a better business than Pirate itself, if he can afford to make such kind of commitments  Wink

Pirate would likely also go to jail, if he broke any law with a serious punishment - but so far, I haven't seen he did...
You live in an interesting fantasy world. I'd love to hear your explanation for why Pirate was making 100% payouts, including exorbitant interest rates, to everyone lucky enough to request a payout and then suddenly stopped paying out any funds at all without making any disclosure of the total assets and obligations the funds had. You also might want to read 15 USC 45(a)(1) and 11 USC 548(a)(1)(A).
I can answer you, what I think about it, but it would have nothing to do with the topic and BadBear had explicitly forbidden me to get this topic off topic.
So, if you want, start another topic with this question - there it will be legal for me to answer.

Back on topic, now there are 38338 active shares - which means that since the last dividend payment Goat and Nefario sold  far over 10k bonds - each of which they promise to be worth 1BTC + divs, if Pirate does pay out.
Still doesn't ring a bell?
Still you think that "Goat has done nothing wrong"?
If so, then you are so fucking morons Smiley
1460  Economy / Securities / Re: (GLBSE) TYGRR.BOND-P 4.85% weekly uninsured pass though bond to BTCST on: September 04, 2012, 04:11:40 PM
You sound like you think that Pirate fully intends to pay people back, but Goat and Nefario are standing in the way of it.  You're either delusional, stupid, or a sock puppet of Pirates.  Or all of the above.
Whether Pirate intends to pay people back, or not - it has nothing to do with Goat and Nefario committing their crimes, like selling/buying TYGRR.BOND-P bonds against the contract or performing IPO at his "Stock Exchange", even without checking the guy's ID. Not to mention details like stock broker licences and other shit like that, hugely required in both; UK and EU. And I'm sure also wherever Goat lives.. though I know it's somewhere in Asia so the punishments and prisons there are probably even worse... Smiley

Pirate?
He would likely also go to jail, if he broke any law with a serious punishment - but so far, I haven't seen he would...
