Ferrari has a bad race executive at the head of all of this, and I do not mean just formula 1, I mean literally everything else, look at how great they did at le mans 24 after just getting it so many years later, which shows the fact that they can be amazing if they do not get stopped. But because they have a terrible executive, they can't build a good team. With right management, a good budget, and basically a car engineering squad with a CTO that is beyond what they already had, they could build a car and manage it amazingly. Mane not coming back to Liverpool is actually a good thing for Liverpool. They have spent a whole season trying to replace him on their tactic, going back to what it was would create a lot of trouble. They are going to be fine with Nunez at the front and Diaz at the wing, that may not be as good as what they used to have, but it is getting better. I believe that they are going to be top four again this season, but not only that they are going to really fight off harder competition as well.
Newcastle and United are doing much better, with new ownership deal United might be even better, Chelsea is rich and doing a lot of moves, Arsenal showed they could have won the title, and City is.. well they are City. So when you consider that, there are 5 great teams, and they need to beat 2 of them to be in the top four, harder competition.

I understand that PSG would like Mbappe to stay, that's guaranteed, they love him and want him to stay. But I agree that everytime there is a contract talk, he ends up making it as long and tough as possible and I do not think that it is going to be that easy to decide.
So long story short we are talking about a tough deal here, Mbappe could be gone and I do not think that it will really matter I think it is quite important to realize he might be just sold off. That way they won't have to keep worrying about what's going to happen with him. He will be gone, and instead of having one superstar that keeps on creating these troubles for them, they could have a whole team that's good and a single player leaving wouldn't make the team terrible.
