Sounds like owlcatz is ok with his bid being invalid.  coin@coin did you have an opinion?

I'm fine with it. Maybe bithalo will offer to sell it to me someday, so it's all good? Cheesy  It was really fun, I applaud  you OG for making new coins and adventuring further!

Thanks and congrats again bithalo! Smiley

Thanks owl...you have a very positive attitude, and I commend you.

I'm collecting these to be featured in the Encyclopedia, and if I do sell that one, you would be first in line.

Thanks, I appreciate it, PM me anytime!  Cool

LOL got to try at least. Stiff competition. Smiley

I'd like the chimera, I'm more for sharing the love.

Kudos to bithalo and all that, if it was sniping he sniped us all.  Smiley

Maybe one coin per person limit? It's not like there is no interest.

Not a big issue, don't take it the wrong way. It's your coins and your auctions, got to make them work for you best.

I do like your coins and I missed the end of the first auction that had some good looking characters...

An end time would help, that's all, whenever that is.

Happy bidding for them creatures!  Grin
1453  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION 2] MYTHICAL CREATURES WALLETS (1oz .999 FINE SILVER) on: August 04, 2016, 10:23:56 PM
So an approximate end of the auction? Very unusual format without exact end time.
Maybe can be changed for the next auctions?

I do apologize for the way I run my auctions.  I like to be around for the end of them without having to commit to an exact time.  Although some of you still hold me to the exact sunset time anyway.  Tongue

What would be a good time of day to end an auction that is fair to people on both sides of the pond?

I think using forum time for the exact time is the easiest, everyone can see it and doesn't have to be translated for different timezones.
Then decide a time that works for you, US is generic, there's east and west with quite a few hours difference between them.

5PM EDT? Wouldn't that work for most people even across the pond, it's like 2PM PDT, 10PM BST...

If everyone is happy with the current system it's fine, I'm only suggesting. If I know the end time I'll set an alarm for it.
This way is too generic and have to check the thread waiting for OgNasty to say 1 hour from now which can be anytime really.

1456  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Poll] What lower denominations for BTCC Mint coins? on: August 04, 2016, 04:50:51 AM
Low denominations, would be nice to see those, I voted above. See what people preferences are.

Made some suggestions for coin ideas in the other thread but post them here too:

Coin ideas, mmmmh, my name is coin@coin for a reason LOL

Precious metals I agree with BTCC here, anything to have them shipped safely and without killing it on customs fees I'm in favour.

Maybe other metals like brass, copper, various others which are unusual but could be original. Have you considered plating in silver, gold, antique brass, etc?
2 or 3 coins sets in different finishes, seems to be getting some traction from several current manufacturers. Plating shouldn't be an issue for shipping.

Have you seen the Satoricoin? Why don't you release some inexpensive "Casino Chip" like BTCC coins with low amounts, sold in sets of 10 or 20.
With some really cool designs! I'd love some of these.

Smaller denominations are best for my pockets too.

I think I've mentioned this before but a 12.5 BTC set made up of 5 coins with different denominations: 0.50, 1, 2, 4, 5 BTC, all from the same block totalling 12.5 BTC,
and if block reward is over 12.5 one of the coins gets the extra, each set will have slightly different BTC amount.

3 stars 12.5 BTC Blocks, but as someone else mentioned, even 1 BTC blocks or smaller denomination sets of blocks.

I like the idea of smaller denomination sets too from as low as 0.05 up to 1 BTC.

Also seen you guys can mint, some limited edition sets especially in lower denominations following a theme or an event... with different designs, numbered.
Animal series, zodiacal signs series, Chinese calendar series, PokemonGo series... I mean so many ideas out there. Can even have a form on your site to submit ideas the better ones get a prize Smiley

Also don't forget your coins look pretty nice I am so sure many would be willing to buy BTCC DIY coins.

Oh and finally "block rewards on demand". Someone pays for a 12.5 block or even 5 BTC, or 1... And they can specify the address where it is sent to.
They get the coin or block with hologram (DIY version) and they assemble it themselves.

I'd really like to see you participate in my community project to sign labels for the Encyclopedia.

I vouch for this too, it would be awesome to have BTCC included in the signature edition. Smiley
