So an approximate end of the auction? Very unusual format without exact end time.
Maybe can be changed for the next auctions?
I do apologize for the way I run my auctions. I like to be around for the end of them without having to commit to an exact time. Although some of you still hold me to the exact sunset time anyway.
What would be a good time of day to end an auction that is fair to people on both sides of the pond?
I think using forum time for the exact time is the easiest, everyone can see it and doesn't have to be translated for different timezones.
Then decide a time that works for you, US is generic, there's east and west with quite a few hours difference between them.
5PM EDT? Wouldn't that work for most people even across the pond, it's like 2PM PDT, 10PM BST...
If everyone is happy with the current system it's fine, I'm only suggesting. If I know the end time I'll set an alarm for it.
This way is too generic and have to check the thread waiting for OgNasty to say 1 hour from now which can be anytime really.
