1441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League & 1. League 2021/22 Season on: April 25, 2022, 07:14:17 PM
I think Galatasaray have a talented striker and defender. Marcao and Nelson in particular have been solid as a wall. Good tandem. Mostafa Mohammed is young and strong. I think Galatasaray's prooblem is lack of qualifed middfield players. So a midfielder like Gedson Fernandes is needed for next season.
I believe it is not about the players in general. Yes the roster they have right now is not the most amazing one, but to be fair is it really worse than 10 teams? I would say that they could have been at least to p5 if given a proper management. Torrent is not bad, he is decent, but coming at midseason and hoping that everything will go right is not really acceptable. Plus, they have already spent a ton of money as well, and financially in ruins just like plenty of teams in turkey.

Eventually there will be one football club in turkey who will figure out a way to be self-sufficient and still have some success, maybe galatasaray should focus on how much they would earn in a year, and try to spend that much and not go into debt, what worse could happen compared to this year?
1442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading's best coin on: April 25, 2022, 02:44:40 PM
It's really a matter of thinking that there are so many coins that can be gained and not so I think here we should be able to use it to the maximum from here but here we have no doubt about the bitcoin and the matrix here to see the effectiveness.  And according to the BNP, the coins are there, they are really interested in buying me and I think it will be profitable
Nobody says that you can't make profit by trading one specific coin, but that is usually limiting yourself, that’s the problem. Yes the coin is out there, but that coin is a different one every day. Imagine a scenario where you start with 100 dollars, buy the coin that went up the most today, just from top 50, and then sell it at peak, then you buy the one that will go up the most next day and keep doing that for like just 100 days, wouldn't you become a millionaire?

There are some coins that goes up a lot every day, but the market is not moving like that. It means that you can't just keep on finding the biggest earners every single day, hence why it is better to have a diversified trading list.
1443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Copy Trading - experience and tipps on: April 25, 2022, 06:08:31 AM
You will become successful in copy paste trading unless if you know whose to follow and legit trader with high win rate, because if not it's like a gamble as well and can cause masive losses..

And  in copy paste trading sometimes there's no significant wins because even you follow a good traders there is still a chance of losing money, so be aware and just trade what you can't afford to lose.
There is always risks involved in trading, so every trader should have that in mind. You can still do copy trading and be successful with it. As long as you’re able to find a good trader to copy, then you have more chances of being successful in the trade, but there can’t be success in trading all the time.

But, the account of the traders provides information such as how long they have been trading, and the level of success that they have achieved with closed orders. You even get to see the strategy they are using and you can analyse it yourself to know whether its good or not. If you take your time to find a good trader, then copy trading would definitely be worth it.
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Delisting of tokens will take place again on: April 24, 2022, 09:54:14 PM
Most meme coins are not listed on a top exchange but they are only listed on an unknown exchange. Many people are hesitant to use those kind of exchange therefore the meme coins will get delisted because they don't get any volume.

On the other hand, meme coins that are listed on the big exchange (like for example binance) might get a regular volume because there are investors that like to invest on any coins including meme coins that are in the big exchanges. They think it can pump even for a short time only. Of course we don't need to follow those kind of investors because they may be high skilled and willing to take big risks in a return for some quick gains.
Yeah, it is expected but thanks to OP for the warning, in case there are still people that didn't knew how risky it is to invest on those type of coins although there can be some exceptions for the coins like dogecoin and maybe shiba inu? As these meme coins are pretty strong enough to withstand a tough bear but still let's invest with caution with them.

Even if we say that some meme coins are strong, they cant still give you a promising return in the long run. They can only be good if you use them immediately like if you are playing a gambling because they are fast and cheap but after every sessions, you might need to convert them again in a more valuable coin.
1445  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold , Silver Or Crypto? on: April 24, 2022, 09:30:46 PM
Many financial advisors suggest gold , silver and cryptocurrencies as the best investment for this decade! what do you think?
Gold or silver both have similar properties to bitcoin because the supply has to be mined, compared to volatility gold and silver are clearly safer than bitcoin but conversely, bitcoin's profitability is completely superior to with gold and silver.  Gold, silver or bitcoin are all popular forms in investment portfolios, personally I choose bitcoin as the top target for investment to seek long-term profits.   Smiley
I still remember in an analysis Pompliano very well analyzed bitcoin's incremental returns in any mixable portfolio.
Yes, all three are minable but the only difference is that bitcoin is digital and being mined in the internet using gpu's while gold and silver are mined under the ground in real life. Another difference is bitcoin is a currency but the rest of the are only just an asset and the reason why bitcoin is profitable is because it is more risky or volatile between the two.

In terms of popularity, I can say that gold is the most popular on the three of them then followed by silver and next is bitcoin. Usually people that are here in the forum prefer bitcoins because most of us already have an experience with it then compare to owning a real gold and silver. For the people outside they obviously prefer gold and silver over bitcoins.
1446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Still Supporting And Playing On Newly Launch Casinos on: April 24, 2022, 09:12:25 PM
^
In any case, there will be pioneers who are interested in it for different reasons. But in my opinion it is important to understand why they support new casinos, because it is an additional risk, as I said above?

I can understand people doing reviews for a living, I can understand people needing the money and having to promote new casinos. But for what reasons do ordinary players I do not quite understand.
For ordinary players I think they gamble because they got bored playing on the casino that they used to play. They want something new to try but of course they do also understand the risk of playing in a new casino because they already have an experience but for some that are completely new in crypto gambling, they don't know if what are the old and new casinos but they will just pick based on what they first see or based on what attracts them.

Not all new casinos are scams so don't worry about the newbie gamblers and in case they got scammed, they will always learn their lesson and will take caution playing on newer casinos next time.
1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polygon (MATIC) to $20? on: April 24, 2022, 08:29:04 PM
If I remember correctly, it was close to $3 before its ATH went past $2.
But perhaps the expectation of Polygon hitting $20 in the time period OP is talking about probably needs a lot of impact and the conspiracy theories that go with it. I honestly feel like Polygon is an investment as well. It's awesome since they got into layer 2. The price went up like crazy and I'm really grateful for that.
You are right, it was closer to 3 dollars, never broke over 3 dollars if I am not wrong and that means that we are talking about x7 times the ATH price. If people think that Matic could go 7x higher than the current ATH price, then I would say good speed and have a good life. But I do not think that it could do that, not that it is impossible but it would be very hard to achieve.

This is why we are going to end up seeing something a bit more difficult and different which would be investing based on realistic expectations, like maybe reaching to 3$, that would be difficult already and it would probably not happen anytime soon anyway, but even the goal should be that low and realistic.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can SHIB rise to 0.1? on: April 24, 2022, 03:58:48 PM
seriously $0.1? hmm if I'm honest it's very impossible bro..shiba is nothing more than a hype coin. and hype is a short trend. even very risky if you use meme coins / hype coins for long-term investment purposes.
No one can predict the future so we don't know. It can or it cant be. I am not a shib supporter but if we look at dogecoin before, many people also said that impossible for dogecoin to reach its price now but doge prove them wrong. Now that hypes are gone for the meme coins, they still retain some of their value therefore we can say that they aren't only here for the hype but they can be serious even though most of the people don't treat them seriously and call them as joke coins.

I heard they are preparing something big for shiba. It's related to metaverse and there's also shiba swap service, it's like an exchange. That could possibly push its price.
1449  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: April 24, 2022, 09:22:16 AM
If I remember correctly, in Norway (or Finland) any citizen can go to the website of the tax office and study the tax return of any other citizen (but not anonymously - you will find out who looked at your declaration). Such information is evaluated differently everywhere - somewhere as private, and somewhere as socially significant, that is, it is made public.
The very details of the cooperation between the casino and Drake do not really matter, but human curiosity is pushing to find out.
Seriously? That is something already private and I think it's already violating our privacy. Even an employee of tax agencies can't easily access any information without permission. I'm not aware that it's possible in Norway or Finland etc.

Regardless, I don't understand what's the big deal on that part related to Drake's partnership with Stake.

I know it doesn't really matter to know what's behind the cooperation between Drake and Stake but I don't see why should be curious about that.
Yes it is private on most countries but not on those countries he listed. I think people there doesn't really care about their privacy or we can say that it was not a strict country because they allow such things. The partnership between stake and drake is not really a big deal to us but there are still people that is not contented on what they see but they need to dig for more information.

In our place, so many people are like this, they don't focus on their selves if what is wrong with them but they focus too much on other people. They badly want to get updates if what's going on with other people's lives. Stake already confirmed that drake is with them, that should already end there.
1450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the criteria for choosing altcoin on: April 23, 2022, 09:59:39 PM
ethereum is a good altcoins but i don't see them transparent in development, even the rumored eth 2.0 will launch, not even launch as of today. In my opinion, the criteria as a good altcoin are having a large community, high security and adoption.
You both denied it as well as acknowledged it Smiley
Speaking of ETH does not need too much analysis because it is not nearly what we normally judge like other altcoins, I think other than bitcoin in this space, ETH still has a good position determined and is invincible in many ways.
Not like there aren't other coins provides what ETH provides, obviously there are other projects that has achieved what ETH has done so far. However, the difference is that even though ETH had the highest recorded gas fee at some point, they still didn't get less projects on their platform. That's the difference, if you have super high gas fee and projects still prefer your network over something that has nearly zero, then you are doing something right. Maybe other projects will go up, maybe they will go higher and quicker, but they will never displace ETH from the second place.

Only one who can make it go under second rank is ETH itself again, only if something bad happens there then I can see it going down.
1451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 23, 2022, 09:44:36 PM
It seems the title is getting closer to inter milan after winning their toughest remaining game against roma today they were not very dominant but they managed to get the three points now everything is in their hands they are 5 games away from another serie A title.
After having few poor matches now inter back in championship contention as they destroy Roma in today game with score of 3 - 1 which is very good by their standard. Roma was doing amazing job in last few matches and there were hopes they will give very hard time to leaders but in today game inter play like champions and having very early lead which give them edge throughout all match.

Inter having some very good game in first half and this give them clear lead of 2 - 0, and they not allow Roma to have any good scoring shot at goal even they were good in ball possession in second half they have done some good fight but still fail to recover their early lost. Now tomorrow game Lazio vs AC Milan will decide can they fight for more matches or no.
1452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is it bad to leave crypto on exchanges? on: April 23, 2022, 07:03:54 PM
I can understand that staking your coins on exchanges pays higher % which is enticing for someone who wants to make money out of their altcoins. Investors certainly wants to do that because of this offer and you can easily dump whenever the price goes ATH. They are however in danger when their accounts are going to be frozen by the exchange itself like what was said above. And it may just be a common practice in the coming years especially if you can;t provide where your funds come from.
I think there is a different way to stake and it's not always be inside the exchange but there are some that are happening inside the wallet. It can be safe because there are wallets that let you hold your keys with you. There are also platforms that lets you stake when you connect your wallet. You didn't deposit any of your coins, so your still in control of them.

I have most of mine on an exchange because I'm getting paid interest. Has there ever been a time when an exchange like Binance for example, steals your funds or gets hacked and people lost money?
I wonder if what you are doing is staking? And can you share the name of that exchange? Maybe we can also try it and we will see if it's profitable. Binance and other trusted exchange won't steal your coins but they can freeze your account only if you have made actions that are illegal and are against their rules but it is possible that they can get hacked. This is why it's risky or bad to store crypto on any exchanges.
1453  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Breaks Past The $40,000 Barrier Again? on: April 23, 2022, 06:31:02 PM
the previous high is $45k and that should be the target. But in any case, it seems that we are not going to reach that price. So for me hovering around $43k at the end of this month is not that bad. We need more positive news though, it seems that the Terra pumping did it's share to push the price as high as $48k. But that's it, we need more good news coming from institutions or government around the globe so that investors trust are back in the market because they seems to be in the middle right now.
The target according only to this thread is 40k or above and we already achieved it long time ago but all of us can set our own different targets. Some users like you have a target of 45k because this was seem hard to achieve for a while while others have a higher target than this one.

In my case, my target right now would be 50k and above. Don't say that 45k is not possible. Nothing is impossible in btc. We still have 9 days and the price now is green again. Bitcoin could catch up before we end this month. About that terra news, I think that doesn't contribute anything but the price is already at 48k just before that news came out.
1454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making e-sports more affordable on: April 23, 2022, 06:00:10 PM
I'm rather confused. Aren't most E-Sports titles free to play anyway? The only E-sport I'd consider not to be f2p would be MMO's since those are heavily reliant on the items/equipment you gain from progressing through the game. IF it's something like the game being an esports scene itself, e.g. players don't have to go anywhere or be part of an organization to take part, then it might be interesting to see, but the player base and latency connections might become an issue down in the long run. It's a nice idea but I don't think it'd be good in the long run, especially since it's competing with titles like CSGO and Dota 2 which are big wigs in the scene.
I think what they mean with free to play is you can download and play the game straight away without the need of purchasing it however some features won't be available like special skins, effects, heroes, etc unless you purchase them but purchasing them doesn't increase your winning rate not unlike to mmo/rpg games like you said that are item dependent and only those that can spend more in the game are the only ones that will become powerful.

Many esports games now can be played at home especially now that there are pandemic but when it comes to tournament events, I think players or teams will need to travel and play on a specific place.
1455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 22, 2022, 09:34:30 PM
Jude Bellingham is such a great prospect. He is a very good player and apparently will be one of the greatest players in the future. He seems to be doing great at Dortmund at moment no wonder Real Madrid are showing interest in him but I think he should stay at Dortmund though. As for Mbappe, the news of him joining Madrid seems like a case where he might change his mind.
Jude Bellingham is one of wonder kids who have bright future in soccer as we all know currently Dortmund has no intention to sell him because currently their main focus is on Haaland sell which is currently main topic of this transfer window, and they can keep Bellingham for some more time as his current form is amazing in next few years he could be more good, and then they can take some good price for him as well.

Currently, Real Madrid is having some good intention of buying few players, and they are targeting Mbappé and Haaland which is not going to fill as Mbappé is going to stay at PSG hopefully they will have some good deal with Dortmund about Haaland and then able to talk about Bellingham as well.
1456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 22, 2022, 08:12:12 PM
I think this issue has been going on for quite a while now and with a lot of countries. So, I think ICC should give all the boards the property equipment to check if the actual of a bowler is legit. And all the boards should also be really interested to get their hands on the proper equipment because otherwise a lot of bowlers might face the bitter consequences.
Surely it's very important issue and all boards need to check with this because now it's creating some controversies as well, but it's not duty of ICC to provide equipment's and give orders about this it's all need of relative boards to bring things which important for this and settle their players which have some issues like these.

As someone already mentions few developed boards already have better check and balance system for this, and they are doing good job bur right now it's duty of Pakistan and Sri Lankan boards as they are mostly victim of this issue they also do some more work in their domestic level which help these youths, and they were able to have all things clear before entering into International arena.
1457  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Element of blochchain making poeple to trust cryptp? on: April 22, 2022, 06:02:35 AM
It's more than just the decentralization, although telling "just the decentralization" might sound like it would be something small/insignificant (and it isn't so).
It's also the fact the blockchain doesn't allow entries from the past get modified and it's also the hash rate protecting the blockchain from malicious parties (like double spends).
The blockchain is a really good technology and a lot of people believe that in the future we would get to see it play a part in other industries and not just in the financial industry such as cryptocurrency. There have been so many other ways that is believed that blockchain is going to be useful in the future, although it is not being applied in most of the day speculated areas for now, but in the future we would get to see it play a role as a lot of people have believed it would today.

And for the fact that it promotes transparency and also traceability, and there is no way for anything that is written on the blockchain to be wiped off and be written come that's really helps in security for whatever sector it is being used.
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto wealth can only be built in bear market on: April 21, 2022, 07:43:00 PM
Bear market has always a vast of opportunities to offer, but most of the newbies do not realize it. Instead, they prefer to start buying and hodling in bullish season expecting that the market value will continue to move up. That's when they start losing. While wise investors always take advantage in every bearish season and buy only those coins with high potentials. Apparently, bear season is the best time to built your wealth only if you end up investing in the right coins. Otherwise, you still miss the chance to build your wealth from the bear season.
They are scared when they see a bear, they think it's the end so they don't take the opportunity to buy but if ever they have bought before, they still panic sell. They need to do this because in their mind, what if they will lose more? So, it's better to be less. Their buying time is usually different from us that are not newbie in this market but they buy oppositely or when the market is rising, I don't know why but maybe that's the only time that they can gain confidence, thinking the rise will continue or they think the coin is healthy. They will lose if they don't sell at a more higher price but if they got lucky that the price continues, they earn.
1459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There too much information about btc on: April 21, 2022, 07:16:43 PM
Information are supposed to be facts or factual. If they aren't, then they are the opposite of information. What you can mostly find online are not information; they're mostly opinions and misinformation and disinformation.

Regarding Bitcoin, how much about it is really information in the online universe? Most of the time, I am seeing misinformation about Bitcoin, mostly labeling it as an investment opportunity that would make you rich quickly. So there's actually less information about Bitcoin.
If there is less information then maybe we can add more information? We can create websites only for btc information so that when people decided to learn btc and search the web, they will see those websites that we have created. Apart from information, there are also opinions like you said.

If someone claims that investing in btc can make you rich quick then that is only their opinion. They can say that because it works for them already. It can be a co incident that after they invest, moments later the value of btc skyrockets, giving them easy profits. Bitcoin is a currency but it can also be used as an investment so it's still a fact.
1460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 21, 2022, 12:18:14 PM
Burnley still looking for the first win under new manager and today they will attempts to it against Southampton but Southampton in the positive trend after succesfully beat big team Arsenal so Burnley mission looks difficult today especially Southampton will play with their best of starting eleven because so far there were no key players who got injury so my prediction Southampton had good chance than Burnley to win the match
Playing at home is of course the right momentum to get 3 points, especially under a new coach, Burnley will certainly be quite enthusiastic when facing Southampton. looking back at history southampton are winless in their last 3 away trips. with the capital victory from arsenal in the previous match became a big motivation to silence Burnley at home and break their losing trend away.
Currently, both teams are level in quality and performance with surely Burnley is having good home advantage and Southampton has never been good in away matches, so most chances home team will win this match and put some pressure on Everton, which is also near the relegation zone and have terrible form with next match against Liverpool which is also having not good result for them, so we can expect some good fight for survival until end of this season between these two teams.

No doubt Southampton did a good job at home and beat high-flying Arsenal, which is good for them, and they can take this win as motivation against Burnley, but still it's a hard fought match between these two teams with the home team going with advantage and can win this match is also on card.
