It was a good welcome for Xavi from Barcelona two days ago. He had his first official game with Barcelona against Espanyol. In this game, I was hoping for Barcelona to be victorious and start getting in a better form from now on. After a tough competition, Barcelona finally got a win in the La Liga after many weeks by 1-0. Depay's penalty goal was a life-saving one for them in this. Slowly, I believe that Barcelona will continue to recover and have their old shape eventually.
While that narrow win isn't exactly what everyone was expecting, I feel like what matters is that he got those crucial 3 points. It's just Xavi's first game in charge. There's a lot of pressure around him to and make things turn around pretty quickly for Barcelona. We'll get to know ig Xavi is doing well after the first couple of games.
Next two games is against Benfica in the Champions League tomorrow and then on Saturday against Villarreal.
You should not necessarily expect that Xavi's arrival in Barcelona will necessarily mark a whole series of winning matches. Don't get your hopes up, the most important thing for Barcelona fans will have to be the fact that the team is progressing and moving in the right direction. Therefore, of course, the next two matches are of great importance, but they are still unlikely to have a decisive impact on the future of the club. The effect of improving the team's results from the change of the head coach has not been canceled yet and it is hardly worth making serious conclusions about the change of the team's playing style based on these results.

Max still remains at the head of the championship, but his chances no longer look as confident as they seemed until recently
I think that extra fastest lap point could prove crucial, especially given what has happened so far this season. Mercedes are expected to dominate on the next track, and Hamilton will also bring his new Brazil engine back for this race. Bottas is useless, so we might expect Hamilton first and Verstappen second. There is almost zero chance of Hamilton getting fastest lap, as Perez would just pit and take it back off him... in which case we might expect to see Verstappen leading by a single point, going into the final race... in which case, what's the chance of an "I was just racing hard!" incident where Verstappen 'accidentally' crashes into Hamilton, and forces them both to DNF... giving Max the title by one point.
Not saying it will happen this way, but it's not particularly unlikely, either. Championships have been decided this way before, back in the Schumacher era, so it's hardly unprecedented.
What I hope for is just fair racing from everyone.
I also don't want the fate of the championship to be decided by such dirty methods as knocking an opponent out of the race. I still think that despite his bad luck in recent races, Bottas can still play a role in the upcoming two races and take second place after Hamilton, ahead of Verstappen. Despite some dissatisfaction with the fact that Mercedes did not extend the contract with Bottas for next season, I still think Valteri would certainly like to say goodbye to the team as best as possible and help Lewis win the title. Because all bad luck and luck has its limits, and Max is damn lucky in the last races when he minimizes his losses.

If I read the coach choices the name zidane is the one I hear the most. As for the other names I don't really know. If Zidane wanted then I would choose Zidane, he has proven his coaching skills with Madrid. He has won many titles with Madrid, if I'm not mistaken 11 titles 3 of which are UCL titles. Apart from that as a Madrid fan I am also happy with his strategy when coaching Madrid. Maybe he is a pretty good candidate for long-term Man United.
Zidane is the first name to be a candidate to replace Ole at Manchester United at this time. But the problem is we never know whether Zidane will accept this proposal or not considering he also has no experience in the Premier League which is known as one of the best competitions in Europe. Just like you, if I could choose, I would also choose Zidane as Manchester United coach for the next few season but the decision now rests with him.
So far there are quite a few big names from coaches who coach Premier League teams, so if Zidane is willing to accept this proposal then of course the title race will be more difficult for each team.
As far as I know, Zidane turned down an offer to head Manchester United. Firstly, because of poor knowledge of English, and secondly, because of his wife's unwillingness to move to England. Therefore, Mauricio Pochettino seems to be the main candidate for the leadership of Manchester United, but as you understand, there are a lot of questions and nuances about the termination of the contract with Paris Saint-Germain. But contacts with Pochettino's representatives seem to be actively underway. And Zidane's priorities seem to be just working as a head coach in the French national team and in Paris Saint Germain. And Zidane's priorities seem to be just working as a head coach in the French national team and in Paris Saint Germain. However, Paris Saint Germain itself is not going to take any drastic actions and negotiate with anyone yet.

Everyone has the right to their point of view, but in my humble opinion it is extremely stupid to associate the current not the best position of Barcelona with the figure of Messi. I think Messi may well play for Barcelona not even for half of his current salary, but for one percent Wink But not now, but in a few years when the career of a football player will already be at sunset and the football player will at least want to help his hometown club, like Alves who agreed to play for the lowest salary in the club Grin Well, now, while Lionel is still in a pretty good condition, the hopes of Messi returning to the club for the sake of playing for pennies are very, very naive.
Well, I think that Messi actually should not come back to Barcelona just because of his self-respect. I mean after doing so much for a club and with the club when they don't give you any respect, there are some problems. There could be more problems in the future also. And I also think that Messi will think something like that too.
come back as a player I doubt that will happen, maybe he can come back to occupy some management position

Villarreal CF - Manchester United FC
 Grin
does anyone believe that manchester united can win? I doubt it. I'm going to bet on Villarreal, I think they'll win by at least 1 goal
FC Dynamo Kiev - FC Bayern Munich
after Bayern Munich's last game they only managed to score 1 goal, you get the impression that for this game they will win but won't score as many goals as usual
Anything is possible, but not in the near future. Messi has his own goals and priorities for the near future and leaving Paris Saint-Germain is clearly not one of them. There is information that the Argentine is not considering returning to Barcelona and does not want to leave Paris Saint-Germain and wants to win the Champions League with the club, despite the fact that not everything is working out at the new club yet. Manchester United's business in the Champions League is not so bad and the fact of the coach's resignation can also play a positive role. Therefore, I would still not give an unconditional advantage to Villarreal. And yes, the Champions League is a separate tournament and the results there can be radically different from the results in the national championship. Milan won't let me lie Grin
1445  Economy / Economics / Re: Possible market crash in the near future? on: November 21, 2021, 11:59:15 PM
Market does involve pumps and crashes and someone should really realized those things because thats how market works on the first place and you should really know by means of that.
Crash is inevitable and you should always think off about these probabilities could really happen thats why when making out positions then always be cautious from time to time.
You wouldnt know on whats next but if you do go hold for long term then these things shouldnt bother you but its not actually easy for it to be done.
It is inevitable and it will come to the market no matter how high it would go, the market cannot just avoid a crash.
And if there's a crash, the better thinking is that the recovery is going to be bigger after that. It's all about how it would go next after the dump and people forget about it.
It depends on what is meant by the crash, because over all these years we have already seen all sorts and the most unexpected scenarios Wink It's time for everyone who works in such a risky market as the cryptocurrency to get used to the idea that there is nothing permanent in this market and ups are replaced by downs. This is greatly facilitated by the very nature of cryptocurrencies, which in its classic original version does not imply such a thing as the security of an asset with anything. Therefore, on this issue, I would like to say the following: although it is always necessary to keep in mind unfavorable scenarios, but in my humble opinion there are no strong objective reasons for the crash in the coming months.

PSG signed with Ramos with hope to use him in Champions League. The fact is Ramos is a very experienced player in Champions League, with 3 titles and many seasons played there. His skills and his experience can be helpful for PSG if they need to
I love to see teams not signing with players that gave nearly 2 decades of their life to the team. It shows that this is purely business and it opens the door for players to leave whenever they want to, because let's be honest teams do not have loyalty so why should the players have any? Many people blamed Messi leaving Barcelona during their hardest time, they assumed that other players could have been fired and Messi could have played for like 10 million euro instead and that could have been financially arranged somehow.
However, why would Messi leave money at the table and stay at Barcelona when it is known that teams do not care about players whenever it suits them? See how Ramos was treated at Madrid, and not like he was some horrible player neither he found a place at PSG and yes he hasn't provided anything so far but maybe in the future he will have some games that justifies his signing?
I also hope that Ramos will finally recover from his physical injuries and finally begin to show what he was actually signed by the club for. Unfortunately, this is the reality and big clubs cannot always thank their players, who have been creating glory for their clubs with their sweat and blood for many years. On the one hand, such clubs usually have excellent financial opportunities to do this, but on the other hand, in such clubs, first of all, the result is at the forefront and all financial resources are invested in it, while ruthlessly getting rid of those who can no longer provide this result. However, I would not say that Ramos and Messi suffered a lot in this situation and everything is quite normal for them, there are cases much worse.

Xavi initial task at Barcelona is quite heavy because the Blaugrana is currently in a slump. Xavi's return to Barcelona as a coach at a time when Barça was not filled with so many star players as it used to be. It is hoped that Xavi can bring new enthusiasm and fresh game ideas so that Barcelona can compete again for the La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League titles. The presence of Xavi can be a symbol and hope of Barcelona efforts to get out of the crisis and adversity. The match against Espanyol will answer the public doubts on Xavi as the new coach of Barcelona.
Perhaps many are hoping for a change of game and an improvement in Barcelona's quality. It seems like the fans' great expectations are on Xavi. But Xavi is the new coach, his experience is not much. He's with Al Sadd SC pretty well. But their level is in Asia. Maybe their quality will be a little different. I don't think in the short term Barcelona can change. Although I believe he was the best player when he was with Barcelona. But working as a coach is very different.
Yes, Barcelona's problems are too deep to be solved so quickly by just changing one coach to another candidate. Xavi corny may not have enough experience in the big championship yet. The club does not have the set of stars that provided the result in the past years and in order to grow these stars it takes some time, and the easiest and most effective way to just buy these stars does not suit Barcelona due to the difficult financial situation. However, Barcelona President Joan Laporta is also fully aware of this, saying that Xavi, unlike Guardiola at the time, will have to build a team. Therefore, Xavi still has a certain amount of time and credibility.

It was nice to see how Verstappen managed to get up from P7 to P2 just in few laps.
Yes, he recovered well, as expected, he's a good driver, like Hamilton.
Compare with Bottas who actually started ahead of Verstappen. In theory he could have acted as a travelling roadblock and kept Verstappen behind him and in the low points. But obviously in reality it's different. Bottas again did Hamilton zero favours in his battle for the title, he's not so much a second driver as a nothing driver, may as well not even be there.
I liked Qatar track, expected that it will be worse. But I'm not so positive about tracks of remaining two races....
One point to note is that out of the final three tracks of the season, Qatar was the one that was supposed to suit Red Bull. The Merc pace here was ominous... but it keeps the title battle alive.
Indeed, to Hamilton's great regret, Bottas has failed in recent races to create the necessary support for his teammate by restraining Verstappen and sending him to third place. However, I do not think that Valtteri should be blamed for everything in the last race, yet the chosen strategy of delaying the pit stop played a big role here, when the tire of the car could no longer withstand the load. Therefore, Max still remains at the head of the championship, but his chances no longer look as confident as they seemed until recently, when Verstappen made an engine change and, thanks to a lucky coincidence, still escaped to second place. Hamilton responded to this later in Mexico and it turned out very well.

Zidane doesn't look like he will be taking over a team like United. I believe that the talks about how Zidane may want to take over PSG and then Pochettino will be freed which could go to United has some merit to it. That way Zidane would be able to manage a team filled with stars which he always stated he wanted a team that has a good roster but underachieves and PSG would be great for him. He is also one of the best champions league managers in the world and PSG wants that cup more than anything else, so it would be perfect fit for them.
Let's see what they will do, I hope that they will do better than expected but Zidane directly to United doesn't really scream chemistry to me, that may not work.
Yes, Zidane to United is a long shot at this point even Pochettino as well. But it would be really interesting if Zidane comes to manage a team like Man Utd. The premier league will be bigger than ever. I mean, we already have the likes of:
  • Guardiola
  • Tuchel
  • Klopp
But he might get called up for the PSG job. Anyway, at the moment everything is just mere speculation for now.
Yes, it would be quite interesting to see Zidane's work in such a championship as the English Premier League, but apparently these plans are not destined to turn into something tangible yet. Therefore, if Zidane fails to get the post of head coach of the French national team, then France and Paris Saint-Germain may still become the next place of work. Just based on previous experience and the style of leadership of the team, I think Paris Saint-Germain will suit Zidane better and the coach himself probably understands this without showing much interest in working at the MU. And Mauricio Pochettino, judging by persistent rumors, can continue his work at Manchester United in the summer.

Now ,a serious question for F1 fans. What would've happen if Prime Lewis would fight Prime Max ? I think Lewis would beat him 9 out of 10. What this means ? It means that Max is fighting and old Lewis already and he barely can move a finger on him. Lewis is the goat , even if we like it or not.
It is just so crazy to see that Lewis still manages to snag majority of the victories despite some heavy setbacks this season. Even if he is considered old, if Max were to race against a prime Lewis, I do agree that the latter would win 9 out of 10 times.
I am just happy to see Alonso back on the podium. As far as I can remember, the last time Alonso went on the podium was like 8-9 years ago around 2013? He managed to defend his position very well despite some pressure coming from Checo. With all the punctures happening, this was definitely a good race to witness!
I would also give preference to Hamilton in this matter, given what he has already achieved and continues to achieve. With all due respect to Max, but he still has a lot to grow and an arrogant character is not always a guarantee of success. However, I seem to have seen progress for the better in this matter with Verstappen lately, but some of his words and actions still make me think about the previous Max. However, given the current situation, there are certain reasons to behave nervously. I am also happy for Fernando Alonso that he finally managed to get on the podium after taking second place at the stage in Hungary in 2014 as part of Ferrari.

How could they think that Messi was the problem, when Messi even said that he will play for half of his wage just to play for Barcelona. I think the board has become delusional and cannot take any decision with A straight mind.
Instead of accepting the blame for their mistakes they are looking for a scapegoat, the problem is that it does not make sense at all to blame Messi, he was one of the main reasons Barcelona has been as successful as it was, he brought a lot of revenue to the club by selling their merchandise, brought a huge number of fans which increased the revenue they got from TV rights and he did not managed the money of the club, besides by creating this kind of fight between the club and Messi they are forcing the fans to pick a side, and most of the time the fans will side with the player that has brought them so much joy over the years.

Right now most of Manchester United fans feeling very good about this decision even its late but now mostly hoping for some better and quality replacement predictions are coming about Zidan from France, but it's not easy because he already mentions he loves to coach France national team but after having some good increase finances he could be joined here even for some time, but this can give some good change here in this great club which was under some mystery for last few months.
Currently, they need some very good and aggressive person who give some good and positive change for better results in next phase of this season.
Apparently, the long-cherished dream of Manchester United fans can finally come true and the team will soon receive a head coach from France Wink However, not exactly what everyone expected and instead of Zinedine Zidane will have to settle for former Manchester United player Laurent Blanc Grin Apparently, Laurent Blanc, who is currently working in Qatar, is now the main contender for a job at the club until the summer. And then he can be replaced by Mauricio Pochettino, who already seems to have expressed interest in working at Manchester United, but only starting in the summer. All this, oddly enough, completely coincides with my thoughts that I expressed earlier about the castling between Zidane and Pochettino at Paris Saint-Germain and the arrival of Pochettino at Manchester United.

This is Inter's first win against a big team during the 2021/2022 season. Inter made Napoli feel their first defeat in the Italian League this season. Inter remain in third position after collecting 28 points. Napoli are also still at the top of the table with 32 points, ahead on goal difference from AC Milan. Serie A has now become more competitive, Atalanta has also started to show improvement in performance, now we will look back at the duel that occurred between Napoli, Milan, Inter & Atalanta. Juventus, they can still come from behind to occupy the top 4
Surprisingly enough, both leaders lost their first matches of the season synchronously in the same round. Napoli had the game one day later and the opportunity to break away from Milan, but Inter had its own opportunity to get closer to the leaders and Inter took advantage of this opportunity better. This is good enough for the intrigue of the championship, however, even before that it was clear that everything was still ahead. Roma finally won after two defeats in a row and thereby ruined Shevchenko's coaching debut as the steering of Genoa. And yes, the synchronous defeats of the leaders allowed Juventus, thanks to the victory over Lazio, to get even closer to the leading positions.

I don't think Max has any chances against Lewis tomorrow so be aware of a crash between them as Crashtappen is a dirty driver that makes dirty moves and most likely will end up losing this championship because of his character so no wonder why people are already calling him the Baby Horner Karen  Cheesy.
Personally, I just want a fair fight between them and who is the best to win but it's clear that Max will do anything to make Lewis lose points even if they mean to crash again.
It really looks like that Mercedes (and especially hamilton) are quit far ahead of the rest of the pack. Maybe it will be similtar to the mexican where Mercedes was also stronger in the qualifying than red bull but then in the race Verstappen totally dominated the race and was never in danger of getting caught and perez was even close to get the second place from hamilton, but to be honest i don't believe that because today mercedes looked even stronger than in the qualifying of Mexico. Therefore I think it will be very hard for Verstappen to win this race.
I also doubt though that he wants to provoke a crash with hamilton because that is just way to dangerous.
I also hope for the sporty nature of the fight in tomorrow's race. Although of course there are big questions about Max's behavior in the race when competing with Hamilton, and Leclerc has already spoken out in the sense that if Max is not punished for this, then he will also act tougher in defending his position and now it will be more difficult to overtake. If Hamilton had a consistent improvement as a result of previous practices, then only the third place of Bottas raises small questions, when before that the Finnish driver had the best results at the end of the second and third practices. Despite that, Verstappen said about the lack of pace against Mercedes, but this did not prevent him from taking second place in qualifying.

Fiorentina 4 - 3 AC Milan

it was a game where i just thought "what the hell did i do? i shouldn't have bet on milan". I will not bet on Milan for a long time, they have problems in defense and I doubt they will be able to resolve this anytime soon. the truth is that milan is not so well prepared to be the series A champion
Someday something like this would have to happen during the championship and Milan suffered its first defeat of the season. Just don't make a big tragedy out of it, because all teams will surely have breakdowns, and it's even good that it happened now, when there is a lot of time to fix the situation, and not in the last rounds, when losing will be crucial. Yet now Milan has some reserve in the tournament points baggage. Vlahovic and Ibrahimovic made a double in this match, but Ibra is especially striking, who became not only the oldest author of a double in Serie A at the age of 40 years and 48 days, but also the oldest author of a double in the European top leagues in the 21st century.

Ole Solskjaer time at Old Strafford is over. This is the last straw...Ole Solskjaer must go. It is the only way forward for Manchester United. The club management should stop ignoring the fact that they made a mistake to employ Ole Solskjaer as manager.
Today's results is very shameful for Manchester United. Getting beaten by weak Watford, is really unbelievable. I said it before, that Ole don't have anything positive to offer in Manchester United. He keep losing matches, and I expected the Management to sack him a long time ago, which they haven't done. With Ole been the coach, they won't still be able to win Villarreal in the Champion League on Tuesday. Ole have to get out from Manchester United, he time is definitely up. It was indeed a big mistake by signing Ole as the manager of Manchester United.
Indeed, probably this defeat will be the last straw that overflowed the cup and will cause Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to leave the post of Manchester United head coach. Still, 4-1 from Watford is too weak a result, especially considering four defeats in the last five matches. It seems that the Norwegian specialist has already said goodbye to the players and staff of the club. Following an emergency meeting of the club's management, a decision was made to dismiss the coach and the terms of termination of the contract are being discussed. The termination of the contract could cost 7.5 million pounds for Manchester United. There are also rumors that the club's management intends to improve the offer for the invitation to the post of head coach Zinedine Zidane.

Barcelona 1 -  0 Espanyol
After that disastrous match between Barcelona and Celta de Vigo, I'm afraid to bet on Barcelona's games, today I tried but then I gave up because even when Barcelona is winning by many goals until the game ends they can concede goals and lose or tie, so that made me afraid to bet on barcelona games
Only 1 goal was created during the first and second half. A score that doesn't really make Xavi satisfied with the learning he has imparted for almost 2 weeks. If for 1 score maybe Xavi still needs the encouragement of more aggressive players in terms of attack.
The good news came from Sevilla who were able to overtake Real Sociedad with the same points, was it a temporary position or was Real Sociedad stolen again? Maybe Sevilla appear as rivals to be reckoned with by Real Madrid and other clubs.
In any case, a victory is a victory and it is much more pleasant to start your coaching career in Barcelona with a 1-0 victory than by drawing or even losing. By the way, the legendary Johan Cruyff also began his career by winning the derby with Espanyol back in 1988. Xavi himself said after the match that they had to suffer, but there are no easy victories and they need to improve. In any case, Xavi and Barcelona have a long and difficult way to build their game, given how many difficulties the club is currently experiencing not only in the football, but also in the near-football area, which directly affects the results of the team.

According to reports,Arsenal are interested in signing Raheem Sterling from Manchester city by January. And report suggests that the player is a big fan of what Mikel Arteta is doing at Arsenal, and wants to be part of the build up.
It is also rumoured that the player will prefer a move to North London, over Barcelona FC,who have been trying to get him for some months now,and wanted to take him to camp nou. If Arteta is able to secure his signing by January,I believe Arsenal will really be up for tittle chase next season.
Raheem Sterling is a really really good player and if he joins Arsenal i might even think that Arsenal could do big things after that. I dont know if Barcelona can actully buy him with how big of a debt Barcelona is in. But if Arsenal secures this transfer it would be really big.
Signing Sterling will be a crucial step to strengthen Arsenal's squad and if the player really wants it, then this is a really strong move on the part of the club's management. Also, the fact that Barcelona wants to ask Sterling to receive half the salary than the 18 million he receives in Manchester City, trying to compensate for the rest with bonuses, can play in Arsenal's favor.  Another question is that the management of Manchester City does not seem to be going to let the player go in the next transfer window and is not going to consider offers for his transfer. And the player himself seems to have suspended all contract negotiations with the club in order to make sure of the importance of his person in the current Manchester City game model.

There seems to be a decent amount of straights which is really good and more advantageous for Hamilton and Mercedes.  Hamilton to win the race is at 1.70, Verstappen is at 2.55...  What do you guys think?

Fastest lap for Hamilton is at 2.85.
Hamilton IMHO has a good advantage now in the rest of the tracks. He has 1 engine for 4 races (1 already done) while Verstappen has only old engines.
He can push higher hp in the engine.
I can see Mercedes dominating in the end of the season.
The next race may be the determining factor that will decide the fate of the entire season, because Verstappen's victory will make him practically the winner of Formula 1. Mercedes made a very bold, but right step that changed the power plant on Hamilton's car in the last race and the risk was fully justified, allowing Lewis to win the race. Therefore, Hamilton's win in the next race, on the contrary, will greatly increase his chances of winning a record eighth title, given what results were in the previous race with a new engine and the advantage will shift in his favor. Therefore, it is no exaggeration to say that in Qatar we will see the hidden finale of the season, which can solve a lot.

Agree, it seems that Real Madrid has managed to get back into a good shape, not like Barca, which seems to be unable to survive Messi's departure even if it happened quite a while ago. Granada is not really a La Liga team, it is more of a Segunda Division team that is temporarily sharing league with team that are overwhelmingly superior in all aspects. The only odds left to them are a massive failure from RM that is very unlikely to happen.
Real Madrid just struggled a while and bounced back. It was a mere temporary defensive collapse due to the exit of Ramos. I think they are formidable again. As for Barcelona, I so much believe they will bounce back with the new spirit of their legendary Xavi. Granada is a team that almost all the teams in La Liga can beat. So I am not seeing any draw in the match. Rather over 3.5 goals will work.
Real Madrid recover early while Barcelona can only recover if they find the right coach, and indeed if I look at these two big clubs when their important players were left experiencing a slump due to their legends leaving of course making them more and more dissatisfied at the beginning but as time went on when Real Madrid was able to be in the second round of the table for a while and the first table I believe can be pursued with a win this week.
Even though Xavi is now the coach and we don't know his game yet I think it will definitely take more time to catch up with him, the important thing for me is that Barcelona are not far behind and just want to see competing again with an interesting Elclasico.
The problems of Real Madrid and Barcelona are incomparable at this stage and you can talk about the absence of Messi as much as you like, but the fact remains that Barcelona had a chance to keep Messi in its squad, but at the same time part with a number of players and not sign a number of new players. This is what the president of La Liga Javier Tebas was talking about recently, but the decision was made differently and the club parted with Messi. The apotheosis of the current deplorable financial state of Barcelona can be the facts that the club did not dare to dismiss Koeman for a long time because of a contract penalty, Alves can only play since January, and they want to offer Raheem Sterling to halve his salary in case of transfer, because otherwise the club will not be able to sign anyone else due to financial fair play restrictions.
