1441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is stealing Bitcoin illegal? on: October 04, 2016, 01:49:13 PM
I dont think you can get caucht by stealing bitcoins do you know why because bitcoins are not from you they are from everyone who has bitcoins because they are not on your name.

If you use the stolen bitcoin and people can link the spending with you, then you will be caught. It is better to mix it.
Stealing is illegal no one will tolerate that action, and base on the OP statement i think that is not form of stealing he only a lucky person that generate bitcoin address with a free bitcoin balance in the wallet.
How can someone generate already generated address again? if a wallet has balance,it means someone is already using it
To generate already used bitcoin address, the chances are very thin. But in the case of if that collision happens, we must try to conduct the original owner of that bitcoin address, by announcing in this forum. But, taking away that bitcoins must be a kind of stealing only.
1442  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: October 04, 2016, 01:39:11 PM
there is not a very secure way. all the action there were risks. including storing bitcoin to invest. all forms of business there will be impacts.
You must be right, because there will not be any opportunity with risk free. But identifying a method with minimum risk would be the right way of growing our bitcoin. Moreover investing into bitcoin and storing bitcoin is not a way of growing bitcoin. Because it will not give more number of bitcoin, it may give price appreciation benefits only.
1443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used for Good? on: September 27, 2016, 02:08:49 PM
Bitcoins can be used for allot of things and off course are there people who use bitcoins for good things but there are more people who use them for bad things i think because he is untraceable so they are happy about that.
Yes, bitcoin could be used for good things as well for bad things just based on the user. Bitcoin is not completely untraceable, still it supports our privacy. We should not misuse the benefit of being pseudo-anonymous as a lot of good things could be done through bitcoin system, so why just other things?
1444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: September 27, 2016, 01:58:21 PM
Yes to all your questions.  There is no doubt that bitcoin is the new era of currency although there were new cryptos out there.  But since bitcoin is the first and should we say the father/mother of all digital currency, indeed it deserves the title.  Sooner or later grocery stores will accept bitcoin as mode of payment.  Let us just keep on using bitcoin.
I'm having a super marker which also supplies groceries, accepts bitcoin payments. In order to survive in this digital era, every human must need bitcoin payment system. It is a currency for digital world.
1445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in everyday life on: September 13, 2016, 08:40:26 AM
What is your opinion: will btc become a currency with which you can pay in supermarkets, subways etc?
Or will it remain a crypto-currency used mostly in the Internet?

I believe Bitcoin will be adopted to all of the people in the world at least 10 years to come, because as we always said "Bitcoin is the future of money". If we keep introducing Bitcoin to the people and make them interested in it, then maybe it would take a less time to occur.
Yes. Spreading bitcoin must be the easiest way to have bitcoin in our daily life. If we really want to have a bright financial future due to /with the bitcoin, then every bitcoiner must spread awareness of bitcoin adoption to rest of the world.
1446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another way to invest Bitcoin without Mining on: September 13, 2016, 05:25:40 AM
Nowadays to earn with bitcoin there is only one way and that is to hold your bitcoins in your wallet as we are seeing that the price of bitcoin is increasing faster so with that we will get a good profit, and after that I will suggest you to invest in trade with altcoins .
Holding bitcoin will be definitely a profitable but that will not give you any active income whenever you need them. If you are wealthy enough and you are afford to hold a large amount of bitcoins, then holding bitcoin for profit making is possible. Maybe we must look for some other opportunity to have active income.
Right. Holding bitcoin will not guarantee a regular income from it. But it will definitely multiply our networth value in future. If you look for benefits for your daily needs, then holding is not a way to invest.
If you need daily benefits, you must work for it. Investing will not give you guaranteed profits all the time and might get losses to time to time. If anybody promising you for a regular income out of your investment, it might mean they are running a ponzi. Or it is highly is equal to bitcoin mining.
1447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEver keep all your coins on an exchange on: September 13, 2016, 05:14:02 AM
Would you guys recommend storing your coins on myethwallet? They allow storing different kinds of coins as far as i know. And so are shapeshift. Storing coins in these app can help me access them anywhere with just my Tablet.
I will not comment on this but I can suggest you a few alternatives which are : holytransaction, blockchain ( for only btc ) , dogechain ( for doge coins ) , poloniex and many others
Note : I am not at all saying these sites will nevr scam but they are running since long time.
1448  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: August 29, 2016, 08:23:54 PM
I use bitcoin every day. and I believe that will continue to evolve into a bitcoin digital currency which is great. bitcoin has a great future for the world economy.

Yeah bitcoin has become our necessity now and it is helping us in many ways so I truly believe in bitcoin that it has a great future ahead holding some great value.
I know there are people in 3rd world countries that are starting to be able to live better lives because they work and get paid in bitcoin. It is a truly great thing to see when people without 1st world opportunities suddenly have a way to make a good for their living.
1449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEver keep all your coins on an exchange on: August 29, 2016, 07:17:21 PM
I dont know why i should not keep my coins in exchanger if i am carefully then i think that nobody cant stole my money from my wallet so i keep my money in exchanger really long time and it is still there in exchanger.
well i guess you didnt learn about the bitfinex hack, it should be never done because no one knows what might happen

That's why i never keep my bitcoins on exchanger, it's really risky because they can take your coins or a hacker hack that exchanger sites like happened to bitfinex.
Many people like myself use the exchanges for small amounts. I never have more than $100 dollars on any exchange. They are convenient in many cases for my trading. That being said I also have to agree with you. People need to know that they should be prepared to lose their coin if they keep it ALL or even small part on an exchange.
1450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 23, 2016, 05:58:20 AM
I'm prefer invest , as long as I have trust that the site was legit one , feel no regret eventhough I'm facing some losses.
But still it provide some risk just like gambling !
but to me gambling is very good than trading but if you are good gambler having good experience and skill with a good luck. because in gambling one can earn money in no time and cam make you rich in a very very short period of time. but if am just suggesting you, as gambling is one of the most risky game of the world.
I never gambled and will not play. I have not once heard and saw the consequences of dependence on games.
Well, in that situation you have that try it to know the consequences. But I can tell you now, the consequences in gambling is not really good if you are not ready to face and take the risk in gambling. Majority of us loses in gambling so we should be ready if that will happen.
yes indeed the assurance of gaining profit is too small so it is really not advisable to risk your money unlike with investing you can control
and you can go out when you decided to quit. and also you have a lots of time to study the market before you proceed.
We can quit gambling too, even though I agree that it is one of the most difficult things to do once you are addicted. I also have invested some money at bitdice.me and planning to invest some at cryptogames soon. These are the 2 sites that I trust and feel safe investing my money at.
1451  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: August 10, 2016, 02:43:22 PM
Retire.

Out of the United States. Somewhere with legal pot and free healthcare.
Yeah, that’s right man, your idea is pretty cool. I mean seriously, I just need only 1 bitcoin at that time and I can live the rest of my life, enjoy living in some high facility countries, not worry about earning money.
1452  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 10, 2016, 01:34:57 PM
Exchange sites is almost like bank though you just don't earn interest when you store btc to them every year but somehow its like a bank, same thing when you store btc/coins on some online wallet. but a lot of us prefer to leave our coin on exchanges particularly traders.

But that's right the exchange site is like a bank but need to underline if you losing your funds in them, whether a guarantee for that? because that is very important.

traders I prefer to leave their coins in exchanges because they consider about the fees they will get if making any transaction. maybe just a little but for a long time it's very enough amount.
With what have happened to bitfinex, I think we should all be warned in leaving money in exchange sites. It is better to store them on cold wallet so they will not be lost or hacked. We should protect our hard earned bitcoins and not leave them on third party wallets or exchanges.
Well, that is the risk but for the exchange sites, they need to improve their security and maybe provide insurance for the members to regain the trust of the people, sometimes traders does not anymore transfer their bitcoins to their cold wallet for them to be comfortable in trading as they do not need to transfer all the time.
Everything will eventually fail, it's inevitable. We're not all perfect and something will always happen.
It is your own risk to store bitcoins in an exchange, there has been plenty of warning not to, and people always ignore it.
1453  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 04, 2016, 10:58:16 AM
Can agree with people who saying that bitcoin is better than cahs, for using as currency cash is really much better that bitcoin and also much esier.
Take one option friend, I know its a hard choice because its a fight between something we love and desperate to use and something we are forced to use but its necessary to live. I am forced to choose cash because of it being used locally.
1454  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: August 04, 2016, 10:48:56 AM
first I need to see if I'm alive in 20 years then start to think about what to do with my bitcoins Smiley but I might start holding bitcoins maybe have 200 bitcoins in the next year.
That made me chuckle, but I agree with you. 20 years is a pretty large gap of time. What I would to my coins depends on the situation I'm in by that time. But most probably I will teach my son or grandson how to use bitcoin and how many bitcoins I am having and more importantly in what are wallets I am saving.
1455  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 02, 2016, 06:21:33 PM
How price will drop to this level $1 because there is no reason for this kind of major drop in price, when price is very stable above $650 than talk about this, to be honest it doesn't make any sense to me to dream about this, so that I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen never.
I would rather replace the $1 to $100 to make this topic more interesting because we all very well know that the price of bitcoins is never gonna get below 50-100$ because of it's demand in market. Moreover if 100$ is the case I will buy at east 2 bitcoins and then see how it goes.
1456  Other / Archival / Re: how to earn bitcoin fast? on: August 02, 2016, 04:47:45 PM
There is no way to earn fast in bitcoins. Yes bitcoin is a digital currency but its just like any other flats, there's nothing special about it.  It takes time and effort to earn. Bitcointalk is a good way to learn more about bitcoins Smiley
I agree, people sometimes think that its a crypto so it should be easy to earn. I think the bst to earn in this forum are : lending, providing your services, and sometimes selling and buying things in digita forum ( like domains) .
1457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? (Profit/Loss) on: August 02, 2016, 03:51:56 PM
I am gambling only for fun, and i deposit small amount every month, but in my whole life i think i lost more than 5000$ gambling. I am talking about 20-30$/month.

You have been lost more than $5000 just to play for fun, but if you play to make serious money than how big you can lost with bad habit, I think gambling always hurt and nobody can make guaranteed profit with it.
Those who even make profit are sooner or later are ruined by gambling. The only thing is when you are in profit is how long can you keep being in profit and when that moment come when you will loose it all. Some people I know have ruined their life.
1458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you be happy repeatedly flipping a coin with an opponent to gamble? on: August 02, 2016, 03:01:38 PM
Ask yourself this:
Would you be happy repeatedly flipping a coin with an opponent to gamble?
That is exactly 50/50
Would that be better or worse than what you do now?

No, i won't do that. Repeatedly flipping a coin in the same side is really risky on gambling, you can easily get busted if you do that. I always do it randomly so i can't easily get busted.
I guess he meant that you will get the freedom of choosing which side you want head or tail but I feel still this would be very boring. Because you have nothing to do rather than just waiting for the flip and then bet again.
1459  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 02, 2016, 02:48:32 PM
I like bitcoin but also using bank cause in my country is not very comfortalbe to use bitcoins, everytime need to exchange it for shopping and other stuff.
I agree, though we all love bitcoins but still since the government does not allow us to use bitcoins as a local currecy hence we need to use banks and hence they are equally important and still managing both. But in future situation may go toward bitcoin even Government remains same as it is now.
1460  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: August 01, 2016, 08:12:32 PM
Not buying but selling them right now because their is demand for them.
I expect the price to keep sliding so buying them is not an option for me right now. But of course I could be wrong. Embarrassed
That's what I'm seeing as well. The price is kinda going down since the last 2 weeks and I haven't bought any coins from since then. I'm still waiting what will happen to buy more. But I am sure here my waiting will not pay off me all the time as bitcoin is know for unexpected sudden jumps.
