1441  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is so positive (100% HODL) on: December 11, 2018, 07:50:51 AM

Do you see it? I won't predict price action in this topic, but the one thing I'm pretty sure because of it: at least I will HOLD. A lot of positive things is happening right now and we are not so far from the deep. 5k? 4k? Doesn't matter. Market reversal is a question of few weeks. And we'll see a new global multi-year uptrend, guys. Still bullish on crypto.  Cool

If you like my post, press +merit. Thanks

At last it wasn’t what you expected that happened. It was less than a year we finished the previous bull run, seven months to be precise (as of when you posted this) and there is no way bull will return immediately, it’s also going to take a year or two before it happens again. I’m hoping that price starts to go up, cause a lot of people are already worried, and the more they continue to quit the more the price drop.
1442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [VIDEO] - Bitcoin $3000 or $1800 By December 2018 ? on: December 11, 2018, 07:19:57 AM
Here is my latest youtube video:

Bitcoin $3000 or $1800 By December 2018 ?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yT4ORRuS-A4

December is going to test Bitcoin even harder, how do we survive and react ? That's a lesson we have to learn before making any mistake so let's watch the video for better results.

Scrembo
I don’t have time to be watching videos, just state the reasons why on the forum and we will know what makes you think such. I don’t believe that, the current $3000+ will be the bottom price and it won’t go below that, I read read some predictions lately and they gave perfect reasons as to why $3000 will be the lowest  it will go, never seen anyone say it is $1800.
1443  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin: fixed or not on: December 08, 2018, 07:29:22 AM
Will Bitcoin grow actively before New year? Will it have time to overcome 4500?
We don’t know that yet, anything can happen. Just like it dropped down to $3500 the other day and no one was expecting that. So anything can happen at anytime, you might wake up tomorrow and it will be at $6000 or even above that. Though I’m not expecting it to rise this month, but if it does I will be happy. Some people has predicted that next year would be the bull run, but they didn’t say when exactly.
1444  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do you think that crypto exchanges are dead? on: December 08, 2018, 06:59:12 AM
Is cryptocurrency dead? As long as cryptocurrencies exist, there will always be platforms to exchange/trade crypto. If you’re referring to start-ups exchanges, they may be facing serious challenges which maybe threatening to their existence. One of the problems the cryptospace is facing is copy and paste and repetition of projects with different names, innovation and creativity is fading out in the space.

Let us compare the older cryptocurrency exchange platforms like (Coinbase, Bitfinex, Bitmex, Kraken, Gemini, Poloniex, Bittrex, Gate.io, and Huobi) to the new ones like (Bitforex, Indodax, Coinbe , Hotbit , DigiFinex). Why are the new crypto exchange platforms struggling to hit the lime light?. Binance is about a year old and has made much impact in the cryptospace, why can’t other cryptocurrency exchange start-ups follow suit?

1. Lack of funds
2. The market has already been saturated
3. No original ideas

The big exchange platforms are gaining more grounds everywhere, this making the space more competitive. Nevertheless, some start-ups are really making much sense and are impacting immensely to the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. For any startup to pave through the crowd, it's idea and technology must be very solid.

One of the start-ups to look out for is BLOCKCHAIN BOARD OF DERIVATIVES, the platform combines both centralized and decentralized features of Blockchain to stay aloof the crowd in the space. This is a all-in-one trading platform, that is going to be welcomed when it is launched.

At BBOD users control the destiny of their own funds. BBOD runs a non-custodial smart contract wallet system where all account balances are held by a decentralised smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain. Centralised entities are too often hacked, BBOD adopts hybrid approach to decentralised safety combined with a centralised trading engine ensures the security of your funds whilst maintaining blazing fast transactions speeds, thereby giving the platform an edge over other exchange start-ups.

This is not the only Crypto exchange that is making impact, there are several others who make making the revolution worthwhile, so Crypto exchanges are far from dead.
Are you here to do advert or you’re serious about the topic you brought up? Which exchanges exactly are you referring to? Cause I haven’t seen any exchange lately, complaining about lack of funds or any of the things you have mentioned. All the exchanges I know are still up and working perfectly despite that the market is down to a low rate. So I’m not getting what you mean.
1445  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will be the first country to own Bitcoin reserves and publicly display them? on: December 07, 2018, 12:51:05 PM
Interesting future between countries dominance in bitcoin. This ranking could lead us into conclusion that from top 20 countries there will have much more progressive than the other. Maybe USA win this category due to huge USA citizens. However, things change like ethereum and ripple ranking. So this matter is still on going.
What is huge USA Citizen ? As of now USA is a bitcoin friendly country but in future anything may happen. All these are purely depending on how bitcoin will be performing. If bitcoins hit mainstream of adoption then probably it will have more chances to be accepted by government too.

Just think about the reverse. If governments start to accept then people will easily make bitcoin as a mainstream payment system. So it will take time anyone of these to happen.
1446  Economy / Economics / Re: Transactional Utility. What it is and why it counts on: December 07, 2018, 09:39:19 AM
As they say, everything counts in large amounts

But before I proceed, I want to make it clear from the beginning that I fully embrace and endorse the tenets and notions of the subjective theory of value which basically claims that there is no intrinsic or inherent value in anything as all value comes from utility, i.e. a capacity of being useful for satisfying certain needs or attaining certain ends. The amount of this capacity obviously depends on how we use or think we can use something to our advantage. In simple terms, all value exists purely subjectively in our heads and comes about through our assessment of something and its usefulness to us (so-called marginal utility)

With that said, this notion of all value being entirely subjective is often sort of overkill for most practical intents and purposes, and we can safely go along with an assumption that there is a certain intrinsic value in things. In case of money, conceptually, it is transactional utility which can be defined as a capacity for transferring value, conveniently and reliably. In essence, this is what makes money into money. From this point of view, Bitcoin can do the job pretty damn well as it is state-agnostic and trustless. Given the nascent technologies like Lightning Network, Bitcoin has a lot of potential and plenty of space for gaining more transactional utility just around the corner

They also say that Bitcoin is a survivor and this post explains why exactly. No matter how low the price can go and for how long, it won't lose its capacity for transferring value, i.e. its transactional utility, as it is built in and will remain there unless Bitcoin is destroyed completely or its network compromised beyond repair. Ultimately, it doesn't depend on market price and speculation as it is rather a matter of how fast, cheap and reliable you can transact with Bitcoin. All in all, its price has little to do or interfere with this capacity. That's the reason why Bitcoin is here to stay and why it may in fact be a good day to buy hard these days

Feel free to share your opinion below if you have any comments, ideas, maybe even a few satoshis of criticism (in a constructive and helpful way)
So what exactly are you trying to say here, is it that Bitcoin is money or what? We all know that Bitcoin can be used for transaction and that’s the purpose for making Bitcoin. It can either be a means of making cheap and fast transactions online, but what about offline? It can also be used as a savings for value, but not really reliable cause it’s highly volatile and you can lose at anytime.
1447  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: December 07, 2018, 08:29:16 AM
Nearly one billion dollars has entered bitcoin today according to cryptonic news item. This week has seen btc doing very well and all are excited.I know most people have individual plans for a moment like this, let's hear yours.
Lolz… funny. You people are fond of carrying fake news around. This is since July but now we are in December and nothing has showed up, there haven’t been any bull run. What I’m trying to say is that if you’re not sure about something, then don’t say it, better to keep calm than to convince others to do the wrong thing and lose their money at last. But whatever, I still believe there will be a Bull soon.
1448  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lots money invested on cryptocurrency, should I sell for liquidity? on: December 06, 2018, 06:42:08 AM
If lots of your money was spent on cryptocurrency,
but now something emergency happened,
you need to withdraw those money,
while at same time,
if you hold still, there may be considerable profit in the future,
At this situation, What you will do?
follow us on https://t.me/DAGTofficial, and see what we gonna do~
Why would anyone invest most of what they have in cryptocurrency? That’s a huge risk you’re taking, so I’m not going to click that link to read whatever article you’re referring to, it would be best if you copy what written there and post it here. And I will never be so stupid to invest all my money in cryptocurrency, it’s best to invest about 5% to 10%, or even less than that, cause I know some people that invest just 1% of what they have.
1449  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm loosing. What to do? on: December 06, 2018, 05:47:09 AM
What to do now when things get worse every day, only hold will help us? Who is trying to survive in such a market? Your advice, friends!
I don’t know how much you bought, it might be best to withdraw and wait for everything to settle before you get back again. But anyway, before you start thinking about whether to sell or continue to hold now, I will like to remind you that the price we have now seems to be the bottom price and selling now might not be making any sense at all since price is still going to get back up again.
1450  Economy / Economics / Re: Recent crash on: December 05, 2018, 08:34:06 AM
I want to have a serious discussion about the recent crash that happened in the crypto market, more precisely bitcoin.

What are your thoughts on this subject? What caused it, is it healthy for the long term, when do you expect to see the price back again?

I'll keep this thread self-moderated because I don't want to it to turn into another spam thread.

I have read a lot of articles and kept researching the fall began to know the major reason behind it. Though a lot of people has claimed that it wasn’t caused by anything, but is just a normal thing that crypto will always rise and fall in price due to it being volatile, an article on Forbes has claimed it all started when the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissions ruled ICOs as unlicensed securities.
1451  Economy / Economics / Re: China is Back to BTC Business on: December 05, 2018, 08:04:13 AM
And so? When did they get back or they are still about to get back into it? This is no big news, even with China being out of the business it kept booming and reached the unexpected rate. Now they are back, what has happened? The price is still low and is still dropping even to the lowest point. So this is no big news at all and I don’t even see why any media outlet should be carrying it.
1452  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bad "good" news. on: December 04, 2018, 05:43:02 AM
Friends, the news background on the crypto market has been very active lately, and in a rather positive way, but not every good news is true. How does this affect your investments and strategy on the market? How to protect against fakes?
There is nothing you can do about the media that are posting fake news, except ignoring them and doing what you believe is right. There will always be fake news, but always make sure you’re not relying on one source only. If you keep on relying on one source to get the news then you will make a huge mistake. Add other sources and know if they are saying the same thing.
1453  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Black Friday is continuing on: December 04, 2018, 05:03:01 AM
Friends, the market continues to fall, many experts suggest paying attention to completely different Altcoins and Bitcoin itself and buying one or another coin: Monero, Riiple, Eth and many others. What coin would you invest in? short or long? Can it really be really easy to buy another bitcoin on the next day, or now, do you expect a fast growth of the market?
Did anyone notice that the price has managed to escape the $3000 circle and now at $4,160 ($4,222 earlier today). I just hope that it never drops back again, better start going from this point. I planned to sell if it dropped to $2000 but it didn’t, so I will continue to hold my coins till the bull run enters. December is this week Saturday, will there still be any bull run this year or is it going to be next year?
1454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Trading or Online betting? 2k Usd budget. on: December 01, 2018, 05:59:44 AM
Newbee here. Please guide me.

Which is more profitable in the long run, Crypto trading or online betting ?
Wow, $2k? Have you ever tried to consider other things you can do with that $2k apart from trading and gambling? There are many things you can do with that money. Okay as for trading and gambling,I would say choose Trading cause that’s much better than gambling. But you can also try investing in cloud mining. $1000 is enough to do trading and you can use the other $1000 to also do other things.
1455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm loosing. What to do? on: December 01, 2018, 05:12:07 AM
Just wait. Do not panic, do not sell anything. Look at the dynamics of Bitcoin for all the time. You will see that such price drops have already been 3 times, always in the end, the price has conquered new heights
Stop assuming that the same thing that happened then will also repeat itself now, that’s the mistake most of you keep making. Just simply say that if you can’t afford to hold, then you should withdraw. I’m very sure that not everyone here had the intention of holding their coins for a long term, some of them just wanted to invest and hold for a short term with no idea that things would turn out to be this way.
1456  Economy / Economics / Re: why bitcoin price fall down? on: November 30, 2018, 08:01:31 AM
what do you think about it? my prediction is bitcoin price will be back to $1000/btc in next 5 months or less. since oil price was fall down now and trade war between US and china. give your opinion pls
It has nothing to do with oil price, Bitcoin is independent of all that and why are you still asking this same question? It has been discussed a lot of times in this forum so there is no need to start over again and start talking about it, you should have searched for it. The reason why the price is down now is because of the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) fork that lead to Bitcoin Cash SV and ABC. You can do your research.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the most promising cryptocurrencies? on: November 29, 2018, 07:02:51 AM
The most promising crypto currencies are those with real life use and solution not just based on whitepaper but those with a working product
Like Bitcoin? Bitcoin is the only coin that is being known by a lot of people. Almost everyone I have talked to about Cryptocurrency always mention Bitcoin but when ask them if they know others like Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Zcash and the rest of them, they would say NO.

So Bitcoin is the best I think, always the number one cause it’s what people usually considers. And if you check online stores that accepts cryptocurrency, the only thing they accept is Bitcoin.
1458  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, campaigns, gambling or mining? on: November 29, 2018, 06:32:15 AM
If you choose to gamble, it is a really very bad decision because most of the people who choose to gamble are losing their money. I hope many people are making money through trading and campaign are the best way to choose the right way to make free money. One thing we have to remember every there is risk involved.
Yes, gambling is a very risky thing for anyone to be involved. But even with that said, I still see some people taking interest in gambling and acting like they can’t live a day without it. I have also seen a lot of them lose money but still continue to play, and I just think to myself if these people are under spells. Well, you can’t tell anyone what to do with their money.
1459  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I regret that i entered trading too late on: November 28, 2018, 07:41:13 AM
Hi friends I have regret that i entered into trading too late if my head had known this trading field before only i could have started early only , and now i would be making profits by now , but now i am learning still because i started too late

Now i see many people start trading at very less age only if i see them i regret that why at that age i didn't start trading

Do you have regret like this ?
If no one gave you information about it or you didn’t come across it then, there is no need to be blaming yourself. It’s not too late, even now you can still make money from cryptocurrency trading just like a lot of people are still doing now, but it won’t be as much as those that started earlier before you did. But the only thing you need here is hard work, if you’re not hard working, then you’re going no where.
1460  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not Trade By The News, Follow The Price Action on: November 28, 2018, 06:10:00 AM
We know that the price of Bitcoin is mostly being controlled by speculation and manipulation, but not all the news you see are such. Some of them are pure research that was carried out by experts to know what’s going to be next movement on the chart. It’s good to follow the news, but don’t rely only on one source for getting news on cryptocurrency, you should rely on many, as much as you can. And in case you don’t know, it’s very important to read the news.
