A sad last ditch effort..... lol, good luck finding some other suckers..... especially with 10G/H Blades for 4.2 BTC on BTC guild now...lol I can't believe you guys are still trying sluff these off to someone else....where is your ethics....

Hey maybe this guy that goes by the name of Amir will buy them from you?

The only good news there is chances are who ever is trying to be played will be able to get money back.  To who ever listed on ebay.... sorry to tell you but paypal will take the money back after you can't deliver.

I don't think anyone would even buy a order at a huge discount at this point.  Just has gone to far. If you are able to sell a TH order for even 25 percent of what you paid on here i would be shocked.

Like watching a train wreck, i just cant turn away.  Are people really this fucking stupid, if you are out of 4 figures i would be filing for legal action weeks ago.

Funniest thing I have read in this thread!

Legal action, oh c'mon guys TH just had some bad breaks, they will come through...keep the faith!

Longer we wait the chances of us ever getting anything back dwindles.
he placed his house for sale in late july. Just about when people started asking questions regarding the product development status.

Sadly i think it will be a hard legal action for some.  If you paid in bitcoins specifically.  And if i was Amir i know i would have a lawyer on hand ready.

You have to guess hes been expecting this, and is either ready or getting ready.   And I still think many will be sad with it being a Inc.  I think chances of him messing it up where you can get personal assets are slim (others will disagree).  But i think end of day TH will go out, legal action will happen.  Those that paid in a form of cash (paypal, creditcard, wire transfer, etc) will get whats left in TH banks and assets.  And will be interesting to see ones that paid in BTC what happens.
14523  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 21, 2013, 12:14:04 AM
truth is, although Im worried about my investment, Im worried about the founders of TH as well.  you can all be as cold about money as you want, but there is probably equal chance that this lack of communication could have been caused by personal tragedy

Most likely the same personal economic tragedy that is affecting most of the people in this thread...

you guys are all a bunch of fucking idiots if you believe that, TH pulled at least half a mil $ out of bitcoin/wire payments alone. What have they actually used the money for? a couple steel boxes, handful of half working boards, oh and a few boxes of resistors/wires that cost pennies.  They never invested this money in anything, it doesnt take a genius to figure this out, and if you are really that dense just look at the chips that got sent in - if they were really ready just missing the avalon shipment, those chips should be turned around in days instead of silence.  How else would they expect to make 40k chips worth of orders.

they scammed your money and is not giving it back, all the bullshit about hosting and refund after 3 month etc.. is exactly that...bs.

Like watching a train wreck, i just cant turn away.  Are people really this fucking stupid, if you are out of 4 figures i would be filing for legal action weeks ago.

If you thought I was expressing sympathy for Terrahash, then you are the idiot.  The point is that most of the people on this thread got plowed by the economic tragedy that is Yifu, and Terrahash (and Yifu) is the only one that made bank out of it, although I don't expect they will be keeping it for long.

Sad fact is i personally don't believe they were ever set up to produce even if chips were there.  They sourced it all out.  Underestimating difficulty and having only customers money as their main start up cash.  They seem to be more of a team of salesman.  They just lacked the skills needed for this.

Once knowing they cant get product, start up a line about hosting.  Sad but they might have made it if they did do hosting from start and buy others hardware that shipped.   But at this point i don't think they can do anything.

Maybe finally officially mark TH as scam?  Lock thread.

Thanks kev!!!! I truly appreciate it.  +1 for you guys Smiley

PS: Please leave Knightlife out of this. He only knows what he saw at TH. He has tried to be helpfull and share what he could in many ways to help all of us,,,even posting an equipment list of what we would need to set up the klondikes with... he didnt have to do that. Yes he has tried to remain positive and hopefull like many, the reality is, he may stand to loose a lot more than most here. And as far as his ebay hosting operations, thats his business! ok Smiley

Minerman i have respect for you.  But it is hard to leave him out being the messanger/vouching for chips, and seeing office.  Here are some examples of things that make me think he should tied in with this both are direct quotes, and are things other then just vouching..  These are 2 of many

1)Everyone that is on the fence about this: don't listen to these guys who say that we should all get refunds immediately. Not only would it cause great problems for TH, more importantly, it will harm everyone else who is waiting patiently for their boards.

2)I'll be picking up my boards in person at TH when they are ready. I can take some extra pics when I'm there.  Smiley

Number 2 picking up in person..... is a pretty big thing.  He is going to pick up (assuming they make them) but he cant go there now and say hey whats up?  What are you guys working on?

The fact he has not went back to try to talk to them speaks volumes, after all his pro TH items.

Just tossing this out there.

Knightlife previous said the following:

Thanks so much Wally! Very much appreciated. I sat in traffic for 3 hours yesterday. Smiley

Do you really think he wants to travel 3 Hours there to risk them not being there since they don't answer their phone/email and then 3 hours back?

It's one thing if there was a Meeting setup to travel that distance but if he did it now the risk is very high that they won't be there.

Either way I was pointing out he had set up local pickup, and also told people to not get refunds flat out.  On refunds it now as always read make up your own mind. If someone wants to keep their order or even order their hosting once its up more power to them(assuming it actually happens).

I am more worried for us miners then TH.  I am not worried for TH, they had full control of actions and lack of many things went down a path.  Knight made it clear in 1 he was more worried for TH then miners.  And again these are 2 quotes of many.  I just picked out a few.

With them getting in bad with BBB, PayPal, Credit Cards, even some banks i would guess that's a challenge to come past unless they just go to BTC orders on hosting assuming they do it.

I think we may see movement on all of our orders in the coming week (2 at the latest).
Really? Aren't your cop senses tingling? I suppose you aren't the slightest concerned that they can't produce a single order in their two week time period, but believe they'll be able to turn around the entire chip shipment in that timeframe. Come on.
You are misinterpreting what he wrote. Movement doesn't equate to entire chip shipment turnaround.

I think it's clear that I am concerned.

I'm clearly not happy with what we are going through. I think we will see movement in the next 2 weeks (just my own feelings on this). I don't know if every order will be filled, but I think we will see movement. I think that Th is doing everything they can to finalize the k16 firmware on their own. It's clear that BKK left the k16 DIY community high and dry. It is what it is.

I'm very disappointed that the project has come to this point. I think Bitsyncom and BFL allowed greed to cloud their judgement and everyone else gets to pay the price. I have friends in the FBI and SEC looking into Yifu Guo and Bitsyncom. Bitsyncom has an address in the US, so that works nicely. He appears to be in damage control mode, but it may not help him.

On another note, I am looking forward to receiving my KNC miners.

I hope my K16s come along soon. I will set them up in my server case, get it running, and sell it.

I think knightlife999 is honest but i am never quite sure who is honest anymore.  knightlife promised people 15 btc per year for only $250. on ebay.  well how can that be honest Huh  that is like giving away $1500 for 250.

see here

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bitcoin-BTC-virtual-miner-10-GH-s-/181191689905

Buy 5 units in my mining operation for one year from
commencement of mining. The 5 units purchased will guarantee the
holder 1.25 Bitcoin or 55 Litecoin each month for 1 year from the
day mining starts this fall.
You will receive 15 BTC (or 660 LTC) return per
5 units rented in one year (equivalent to 10 GH/s of hashing power with the likely
difficulty increases).

Again this is my personal opinion.  But knight was one of the few people to make it to office.  He vouched for chip orders that were not bought( he will argue that point, but he said they had proof).  Went there and took photo/video of only certain things because of TH's lawyer or something lame reason i don't remember its been so long.

He either is very very very easy to get to vouch for someone.   Or there is something wrong.  Will he be first in line maybe personal pickup if they ever do make a board?  A discount?  Personally his vouching for them and all this I would never trust his opinion on a company again.

NOW, I'm getting pissed off. I vouched for 40k worth of chip orders that I was able to verify. I took pictures of the actual orders (on Bitsyncom's website) which had Amir's name and address on them. The pictures OBVIOUSLY prove that Amir paid for 40K bulk chips. Look at the pictures (at my photobucket account) in my post from August. (Link below)

I didn't make it up. It's clearly there: http://s1334.photobucket.com/user/knightlife999/library/?sort=3&page=1

Look at the damned pictures! What do you think they mean? They are paid orders for 40k chips. How many times do I have to say it??? I didn't make them up. I drove to Terrahash twice to verify that we were dealing with a real company. Everything checked out. The chip orders were verified and I recorded a board hashing. I never said I had proof of the ADDITIONAL 20k chips that they said they had secured as an agreement with another buyer. Pull your head out of your ass "notlist". Did I vouch for them in my last messages? I'm clearly not happy with what is going on. What should I do, storm down there at your behest and kick in the door? I've reported to the board what I've been told and what I've seen.

I'm sick of all of the witch hunts and bullshit that goes on here. Too many loud mouthed childish idiots. So, now people are wondering if I am part of some conspiracy? If so, you're an idiot. I have $8500 on order with these guys. I'm not happy that I have not received what I ordered. Its none of your business. By the way, I'm not on this thread every day. I run operations in a company and don't have the luxury
of spending all day posting here. If I'm not around for a day or two, I'm doing something more important than verbal sparring.

I'm going to work on getting my order or some form of refund. I won't assist anyone here who has acted like a horse's ass and certainly not anyone who so easily casts aspersions on people who are trying to help.

I tried to help out, but it's clearly a waste of time.

I have no idea what you got out of it if anything.  You might have just followed Amir's trap and not asked questions.  Just vouching for orders that can disappear is not good.

You were one of the VERY few to get a face to face with Amir and vouch for him.  Instead of getting pissed at me, why don't you go talk to TH?  You were able to do it once.  Go there take pics of the 100 cases, pcb boards, and all the other things they claim to have.

I mean you went there to vouch..... but you don't ever go for update.  I know if i vouched for a company and then it went to crap i would try to go again and ask for a face to face update...... but i guess you want me to believe you were not vouching for them before now......
14530  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: September 18, 2013, 11:13:43 PM
Anyone else having similar issues with the new blade version where it won't hash when using the same IP address for the stratum proxy? And when using two separate proxies, it seems to switch between the two? My hash rate is still ranging from 2000 to 3800 at the moment   and I can't figure out how to get it to work.

Try slush pool from the first page. Dogie did a kick ass job on guide.  I was getting the same 2-3kish then downloaded file from first page, ran it and mining at slush at great speeds.

He can be doing this.... accepting a salary.... maybe hes looking at job hunting websites all day? lol

Your chip order is may 10.

Any updates on your chips status, terrahash?

Yeah, they are probably got the chips and are in the process of crossing the Mexico border, with chips and our $.

Their last log in was on 14th... Sad
Going to see a new website called: Terrahash/Mexico.com   lol

They dont even have to cross boarder.  They could be changing everything to Super Hash start a new LLC sell all assets to it, and say go ahead sue TH all you want.  Or maybe Amir got a real job.  Honestly you cant tell me they have worked 8-5 Monday through Friday since before pre-orders.
14536  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [BitFury USB Miner] 0.69 BTC with Hashrate up to 2.7 Gh/s on: September 18, 2013, 04:53:22 PM
BTC10.8 Gets be 33GH today
No need to spend BTC8.9 to get 27GH 45 days from now.
AM Blades are 3.5BTC hashing 10 Gh =  0.350BTC / Gh
Our BF USB are 0.89BTC hashing 2.5 Gh =  0.356BTC / Gh
AM Block Erupters are 0.125BTC hashing 0.336 Gh =  0.372BTC / Gh

Our BitFury usb miner is way cheaper than AM Block Erupters. But if you compare it with Blades, of course they are tad cheaper than us because the Blades require a backplane to work and not to mention you have to deal with power controller and ethernet controller. On the other hand, our bf usb miner is a Plug-and-Play unit.

We try our best with our pricing to attract buyers, we know we are in no competition with AM, they are the industrial size of this game, compare that to us which of consists of several bitcoin enthusiasts working together to bring something new and hopefully better to the community.

Also, we are offering early/mid octorber delivery which is 21-28 days from now.

t

Not really fair to compare since blade and block erupter can have shipped now.  Both of those could be here in 2 days or so.  So they will have mined and also went through some lower difficulties.  Also blades don't require backplane.  Personally I have PSU's setting around, that was all it required was a extra psu and a few cables.

I love the look of your product, and stats.  Just wish you would price with timeline in consideration, and also release name of hub you have shown so many times.

Truly i hope this does take take off and wish you guys the best of luck.  I would love to have some at right price.

I think bar said he would apologize to what seemed like trolly comments
He has more invested in here than most so I think he has the right to say how he feels

But I ghink we would all agree that TH's silence is pointing to an awful conclusion to a long standing debate on this forum and
If Amir does not come on soon and regularly with a great explanation for his shit ass performance,  hes gonna find himself in court. Angry

Again.... please read up on Inc. and LLC. That's why its scary. Chances are it will be TH in court NOT Amir officially.  TH is its own legal entity (assuming they did it right) you will sue TH.  Amir and any money he made personally for example salary, would be extremely hard to touch.  And honestly i don't know of a case suing in us for BTC if you paid in it.  Would be interesting to see the court would do with a virtual money not legally recognized in US.

TH has bad dealings with paypal, credit card companies, customers, and at this point it seems the Better Business Bureau.  Them turning it into any kind of a success is going to be a uphill battle.  And it seems from silence they have given up.

"You might be able to sue the owner of an LLC if the owner under capitalizes the company. This typically occurs when an owner of an LLC is the sole owner and for all practical purposes operates the LLC as a sole proprietorship. If the LLC has no money, shares bank accounts with the owner, and does not observe general company formalities such as holding company meetings and recording minutes of those meetings, then this may be a reason for you to sue the owner personally."

Key in all of that is shared bank accounts.  If the LLC and personal bank accounts get used together..... they open up a can of worms.   As long as TH used its own bank account, and Amir used his bank account the chances of getting that clause are very slim.

With having a 2nd employee there even though i don't know what his name is ATM.  They could easily make up minutes.

Again to sue Amir's personal assets he would have to had to do something wrong as far as LLC law.  Salary does not fit in this.  Also with it being a private company we don't know much of the internals at all.
