On paper, their bowling attack is quite strong with players such as Yuzvendra Chahal, Umesh Yadav and Tim Southee. But I have a feeling that they should have purchased one tearaway pace bowler during the auctions. Pat Cummins or Matt Henry could have done the job.
You have to remember IPL is played in Indian pitches and the best bowling attract does not mean that they need a tear away another fast bowler, they need to include a genuine second spinner and it can make a huge difference in these pitches, SRH plays two spinners and they have the best bowling attack in this entire tournament and they are winning matches simply they are bowling really well. You may be having a point here. Spinners do play a very important role in the Indian pitches. So in addition to Yuzvendra Chahal, they should have added another experienced spinner. Anyway... now it is too late for any of that.

I see more potential in Portugal than Croatia.
The problem with Portugal is that they are overly dependent on one individual. Croatia is a more balanced team. Also the recent matches indicate that the Croatian players are in much better form when compared to the top Portuguese players. A team that’s built purely on the shoulders of a single player always seem to suffer when their star player is not having his day and this was evident in the group stages of the Euros where Portugal initially struggled when Cristiano Ronaldo was not up to his best. But still, I need to admit that he is in exceptional form right now. He scored 25 goals in 26 appearances for Real Madrid this season (2017-18). And playing for Portugal, he has averaged one goal per match for the past 3 years.

Match coming up next is between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians. I'm gonna go in favor of Mumbai Indians in this one, and expect Keiron Pollard, Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya to perform good. However, the match is in Eden Garden, Kolkata, so KKR might give some good performance. The result from this match will probably decide which one among the two teams will go to the playoffs. KKR is ahead of MI by two points and if they could secure a win, then it will be very hard for the Mumbai Indians to catch up.

If one were to buy and hold solid avaerge coins (not a coin that kicks out and gets 10000% gain), but rather a nice steady gain like eth, Ltc etc (top 20) and starts with 10k, is it possible to reach a million without trading and buying/selling at highs and lows? If so, how long would you predict it would take? Or are most coins not going to last long term, so every 6 months would I have to rebalance with newer coins?
I don't want to discourage the OP. But coins which give you 10,000% returns get listed once in a blue moon. For every alt which gives you 10,000% profit, there will be a thousand other coins which will give you 100% loss. Keep your expectations to a minimum level and follow the basics before investing in the crypto-currency.

I have been waiting to buy ETH for last 6 months. Is it good time to buy ETH or shall I wait more?
LOL.... ever since this post was made, the ETH prices have increased by more than 100%. And the OP says that he/she was planning that for the past 6 months. That means that when he first thought about it, the exchange rates were around $300 per coin (now it is $800 per coin).

The opportunity that is to gain even if you come late and that if you only knew also how to earn with the crypto market price volatility. Usually it is buying low price of crypto and selling it on higher price. This is how you will going to earn profit.
It is not that easy. You can buy a certain coin at a level which you perceive to be "low". But there is no guarantee that it will not drop even further. What will you do, if the prices again drop by another 90%? And trust me, I am saying out of my own experience.

I'm not sure if altcoin can beat bitcoin, except the altcoin can work with government lol, regulation and bad news from the government on bitcoin can lower the bitcoin price, but from what I see if the bitcoin price drops it will also affect all altcoins for example today. The relationship between the BTC and the alts is a quite complex one. When the BTC values are up, the alt prices rise even faster and as a result the Bitcoin market dominance drops. On the other hand when BTC crashes, the alt prices crashes even more and as a result the BTC market dominance increases.

Many people have become greedy lately. That's why ICO price often don't make sense. I see some ICO projects are seeking only quick profit. I am glad that Mr Butterin said that, it's good call for us. You are spot on. The ICOs are ruining the reputation of the crypto-currency. The governments are introducing a lot of new measures to prevent investors getting cheated in the ICOs, but we should also do something about it. ICOs with dubious plans should not be allowed to get listed.
|
|
|
Sorry to hear :/ Did you do the proper research in the projects before investing?
I really think some form of regulation in regards to ico's to shut down all of the scammy projects would be extremely beneficial. But when it comes to project simply failing it's part of the game and why we need to be very careful when choosing where to invest.
Genuine failures happen everywhere and not just in the crypto-world. But I am more concerned about the scams in which the promoters take all the ETH from the participants and then vanish in the think air. Anyway, it is good that a lot of the countries are starting to regulate the ICOs.

EOS is for me a big pump. There is no working product in place yet. In Addition in its concept it has some real fear. Fact is, that it is still a ERC token and has still not its own block chain.
Have to agree with you here. I have analyzed that currency and I found nothing to justify its huge market cap of $15 billion and trade volume of $1.5 billion per day. The trade-volume to market cap ratio is suspect as well. It is quite high and I guess that a lot many of the promoters are dumping their coins.

Many projects today are really frank scam, but just as many projects really have a good value in order to improve the lives of people in general, I think that today you can choose a project like DATAREUM, this project seemed to me very promising
Yes.. you need to be careful while choosing to invest in the ICOs nowadays. A lot many of them are scams and the hard-caps are being kept at very high levels. Along with Datareum, another ICO which I'd recommend now is Traxia.

Pinky winky 2 years after it actually exactly went like i said But he is still much better than Hillary. I am not satisfied with the performance of Trump. But the American voters had very few options. Imagine what Hillary could have done if she was elected as the POTUS. By now we may be having major conflicts against Iran and DPRK (and probably against Russia as well). The election of Trump delayed the 3rd world war. She was in the pocket of Putin. Remember she did sell him 20%+ of the USA strategic asset known as Uranium? Hillary gave Russia the strategic Uranium deposits, because the Russians greased her hands very well. For Hillary, anything and everything is for sale, to the top bidder. If you could afford it, then she'll be ready to sell you the nuclear weapons as well (the Saudis tried that when Obama was the prez).

Population is no.1.problem in China and India .Servay 2011 121 crode people live in India but India is big country so not problem but some country area is very small so so big problem for this country
Chins has resolved the problem through the one-child policy. They are rapidly approaching the zero-growth scenario. But the situation in India is different. In the BIMARU states, where about 50% of the Indian population reside, then women are having on average 4 children each.

Poverty is the biggest problem in India... unequal money among people is important problem to be solved...
I am also a resident of India. And yes.. the vast majority of the people are poor. Ever thought about the reason? Uncontrolled population explosion is the primary reason. Very soon, India will be the most populous nation in this planet. And the total land area of India is less than 2% of the total land area of the world.

I see no reason why would you disqualify any ICO because of the country of origin? If the project is strong, why would you not invest? That is just silly.
It is not that simple. For example, if you are a resident of Iran and the authorities notice that you have crypto-links to Israel, then there is a small chance that you may be branded as an Israeli spy and detained for further investigation. Just saying that there can be unwelcome scenarios...

In total, there are around 10,000 altcoins and tokens circulating right now. In the long-term, I don't expect anymore than 1% of them (around 100 currencies) to survive. You can decide on the number of coins to invest. But do your research before doing so, and remember that there is no fail-proof strategy available around.

|
in your opinion which one has the chances to go high by 2020 .........
1. ethereum
2. bitcoin
Are you talking about the exchange rate, or about the market capitalization? It can be confusing, as the circulating supply of ETH is almost five times greater than that of Bitcoin. So in order to overtake Bitcoin in terms of exchange rate, ETH needs to have a market cap that is 5x greater than the BTC market cap.

Franchises such as RCB are having good players, but their team bonding is not up to the mark.
Their bowling is also very weak and inconsistent, which is one of the main reason behind their failure. RCB has lost 3 matches due to the poor death bowling. On paper, their bowling attack is quite strong with players such as Yuzvendra Chahal, Umesh Yadav and Tim Southee. But I have a feeling that they should have purchased one tearaway pace bowler during the auctions. Pat Cummins or Matt Henry could have done the job.

You are right as usual RCB lost this match also after a good start they started to lose wickets and lost the match. This time also they are last in table
I feel really bad about Virat Kohli. He is probably the best player in the IPL and he is having the misfortune of associated with the worst team in the tournament. I just hope that RCB will not retain him for the next season. Enough with RCB. Just give him the freedom to move to some proper team.
