1461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to create great BTC lending service? on: January 12, 2017, 01:20:07 PM
1. if people had collateral. they wouldnt need a loan
2. if they had collateral. how would this collateral be held.
3. if they had collateral such as a car or house. how can they send it to you from india to EU
4. if they had collateral how can you be 100% sure the ID they used is legit for you to have an address to visit them to claim the collateral in person.

in short. if the value of a loan is less than a couple hundred euro. its not worth taking someone to court as the travel costs, let alone legal/admin costs would mount up. so the victim just takes it on the chin and moves on with their life.

if the value is higher, then the collateral item should be secured into a mutual location(escrow). where the collateral value exceeds the loan value to cover costs of loss and tempt a loanee to not default. as i said how such an item can be secured/escrowed is a risk. and if the loanee had such large value collateral to hand over. they might aswell just sell the item instead of asking for a loan.

lastly my main rule for internet trading is something everyone should think about
if you dont have enough real, guaranteed to be valid and correct info on another person you are handing funds over to. and if you dont have the capability to physically slap them with a wet fish/court order should they do you wrong.. dont give them your funds!

People with alts collateral might need a loan cause they think that alt might go up in price. If they dont have collateral, they re not eligible for a loan. This is how financial sector works and operates for hundreds of years. Dont you think banks would find another way if there is any other way!
1462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / How to create great BTC lending service? on: January 12, 2017, 09:03:04 AM
Hey guys,

I ve been going through all these BTC lending services which have failed mainly due to vast array of scammers taking advantage of the fact none of these services can provide collateral based loans with any kind of success. I do not understand why is this a problem? Setting aside potential regulatory issue which might arise, why is it a problem setting up a service where you cannot receive a loan unless you provide some form of liquid and acceptable collateral, highly liquid alt coins or similar.

All these current services just act as a information provider which matches lenders and providers and that s all. In case of default, it all comes down to the lending service providing info about potential scammer and we all know this means nothing. If I am in Europe and lending service provides me FB data and info about lender from India who defaulted on that loan, what am I going to with it?

So, what s the problem with establishing a decent lending service, start with collateral based loans, develop to margin lending and even futures.

Please share your opinion.

Hey Brian, what happened to this announcement mentioned on slack?
1464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Making 4 BTC per month on a regular basis on: January 11, 2017, 07:21:14 PM
Thx everyone for suggestions, I ll close down this thread cause all this is still in testing phase and I do not want to attract hundreds of PMs about what, how and where.
1465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Making 4 BTC per month on a regular basis on: January 11, 2017, 06:29:45 PM
I guess you should first share it with someone highly trusted as a vouch copy , when this trusted user write his reviews and everything goes fine then you should start sharing it for a fee and once again , only with trusted members.
I doubt those members will share it with other members too , It won't be logical to throw 4 BTC per month method just like that .
Its actually a first in this forum too, I've never seen a legendary reputable member before offering this as most of the methods on digital goods are a scam by newbies.

I fully agree with you, this does sound fishy for most of people and this is why I ve posted in my opening post I DO NOT PLAN TO SELL this for now. Even when I finish full testing, I ll probably select a few people, maybe 2-3, due to some potential high referral fees and share this with them.

Somebody mentioned working 5 hours instead of an hour, well, it does not work that way. This method s still in testing phase and even though it works now, it might fail tomorrow or I can run into something unexpected in a week or so.

It did take me lots of time to figure the entire system, fill holes and find requires software, hardware and expertise.

Anyway, thx for all suggestions, we ll see how this ll work in the future.
1466  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Get Real Referrals For ANY Bitcoin Related Website on: January 11, 2017, 05:45:15 PM
It seems OP has not delivered what he has promised. After sending him my ref link, I have not been given opportunity to test this service. It s possible he s busy or something similar but it s been days since he was supposed to let me test this. The other tester, have you received anything?
1467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Making 4 BTC per month on a regular basis on: January 11, 2017, 05:40:29 PM
Hey guys,

I ve been testing a method which started making me about 4 BTC per month, more less on a regular basis. I did have to invest about $4K and it takes me about an hour per day to make sure everything works perfectly. What would be the best way to monetize this method additionally without saturating it. Since information is an experience based good, if I would post my guide here in the open, the method would be dead in 2 days. If I would select 10 people and share this with them for a fee, again these people would share info further and my income stream would be dead again in 2 weeks.

One options is for me to keep testing this and keep it to myself but I d like to be able to share this with a few people in the community, yet the ripple effect is something I m concerned with.

To be clear, ATM I m NOT SELLING ANYTHING and NOT DISCLOSING ANYTHING until I finish testing, so this is NOT the point of this post.

Any ideas?
1468  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 11, 2017, 05:28:34 PM
Yes there are, even if you check the market section you will find a guy adverting one but I don't know if you can trust him, just make use of a trusted Escrow when transacting with him.

He s buying? Can you pls a link cause I cant find him?

Another Neobux. Can you provide proof RENTED referrals re REAL PEOPLE cause I ve had enough of scammers using the same scrypt to cheat newbies and make money.
1470  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 11, 2017, 06:13:20 AM
For buying you can use : https://www.gyft.com/

For selling you can contact me because I have some friends who buy such cards, we will use escrow no issues and remember I will take 5% of the trade total and they themselves take giftcards at 80-90% values.

Thx bud but nobody s going to sell giftcards at 75% when most of forums go above or around 90%.
1471  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 11, 2017, 06:11:15 AM
I have been contacted by a few people asking to buy regularly. Thank you, this is very nice. However, this still does not change the fact there is no company or a website which would specialize in these purchases and put all this to a higher level. I personally sell 92% Paypal and 90% BTC. So there is OBVIOUSLY lots of space for someone to make money off this.
1472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: January 10, 2017, 05:31:15 PM

Interesting. If this is the way Factom team would even consider thinking, they should have expressed this attitude before ICQ was finalized. I d like to see where Factom would be now without that initial round of funding. Anyway, it s obvious the market s restless and it might go either way. If one post about what s going on once in TEN DAYS would prevent another panic sale which would crush the price again, yes please, I d like to see that.

If you prefer companies to keep infos and progress updates hidden and  if u  re obviously bothered by transparency, please move to North Korea, I m sure Mr. Kim would like to hear some of your ideas.

Well, get yourself to Slack and you will see many more updates than every 10 days. Besides that there is a lot of activity on Github, which you can track. I am glad Factom does not have an employee responsible for 'giving CrazyIvan some mental rest', lol. Would be a waste of money, talking about 'where would Factom be without funds', lol. If people panic sell because they don't see a dev here on this forum for 10 days, I can only laugh and happily buy the coins from them.

Nice, I m glad you relation to the Factom is equal to my relation to NASA. In order words, you can wish and be glad for whatever you want, nobody cares about your opinion. Maybe one day u ll learn importance of good business practice. Happy hunting pump and dump schemes, hope to see Factom out of these.

If you would follow my posts here a bit better mister nervous boy, you know I am a long term holder and own quite a bit of FCT. I follow this forum so now and then. People like Pap0u and you are in my opinion the parasites of this forum. Exactly the reason why most of the people here left to the slack channel, to not only having to read your price related nonsense anymore, but to talk a bit more in depth about the project.

Excellent, you go join them on slack channel and problem solved. I m sure you and your 13 long term Factoids re going to feel much better there. Oh, oh boy.....and....and....dont forget to WRITE! Smiley
After all, u re gonna be rich soon, no need to waste time on parasites like Papu and myself.

I d like to hear word or two from the dev team. After all M2 implementation stated 10 days ago and since then we ve heard nothing.

Paul?
checkout factom foundation slack channel

Cant catch all details there. In short, what s the news? How long till M2 s fully operational?

I think it will be completed soon. Maybe 2-4 days more.

Based on your best guess or based on something you ve read on the slack channel.

tedscript [7:15 AM]
@paulsnow   master,we would like to know how long it will take to complete M2? The community feels uneasy now.

justingiles [7:15 AM]
why u guys freakin out

[7:15]
lol

justingiles [7:21 AM]
@tedscript  it going to blow up anytime dont worry

paulsnow [7:41 AM]
@tedscript  we are close.

So start buying bastards

People expect every day something, which is unrealistic. If you are impatient, just go to the casino, where you can see a result of your action every minute. In case you get nervous, because you don't hear anything for a few days, then you are investing with money you can't afford to lose. Also not wise to do. We are talking about tech here, and tech needs time. Especially when something big like M2 is launching, there can be many things to solve by the dev team before it really runs smoothly.

And to add to this: Every minute FCT devs take from their valuable development time to give an update here is a bonus. I rather see them doing their coding job, instead of writing stories here to be honest. FCT holders are in no way investors. None of our money flows to Factom for development. It's just your own money sitting on polo or in a wallet.

Interesting. If this is the way Factom team would even consider thinking, they should have expressed this attitude before ICQ was finalized. 1476  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A-Ads, Bee-Ads and Adbit dead? Not showing on: January 10, 2017, 09:30:01 AM
Most of these websites pay for UNIQUE visits only so if your traffic s not unique, you get nothing. Maybe that s the case.
1477  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 10, 2017, 07:29:37 AM
You can search the google if you like. I have come across some sites that deal with bitcoin giftcards. Though I am not very particular how it works since I have no interest in them but since you ask it I am sharing this sites with you. It will be up to you to decide whether this are the sites you are looking for or not. This are the list;

1. gyft.com
2.bitcoin.giftcard.com
3. egifter.com/bitcoin

Feel free to check it out.

Thx for the list bud, appreciate the effort. However, all these websites offer to BUY giftcards for BTC while I d like to sell them. I ve found some people on other forums offering 92% Paypal, gift option. We ll see if that s credible enough but I d still prefer some company.
1478  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 10, 2017, 05:53:45 AM
i can answer that for u ^

From my last post: "However you can try peer-to-peer sites if you don't mind showing proof of purchase and paying a 10-20% premium on the cards. The rates suck, the verification sucks because half the people there are retards, etc"

That's Paxful. Sellers require a receipt, picture of the card and a bloody blood test to confirm its legit. And some of them have the audacity to offer 50% of the cards value. It's pathetic over there. But you can eventually find a good dealer at 80%.

Thx but that s too much hassle. I can sell for 80% over any forums that most of use. Basically it all comes down to finding a trustable seller with a reputation they cannot afford to lose.
1479  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 10, 2017, 05:42:33 AM
A service to sell directly to isn't available since there is a lot of people could do some carding and sell to these services and get BTC instead.
Your best bet now is to sell them using LocalBitcoins or Paxful , P2P platform are always the best when It comes to the rates and fees , as for checking the gift card then you could do it[1] after connecting to your amazon account as stated above.

[1] https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/gc/balance?ie=UTF8&ref_=hp_200302910_faq_gcbalance&

Paxful sound interesting. Have you tried this personally and what s the rate?
1480  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 10, 2017, 05:11:31 AM
I thought everybody was using purse.io for that?
Or was that buying the giftcards for your btc? Undecided
I remember somebody posting about something about how purse scammed them but since I don't use them I didn't bother to click on that post to read more into it.
Giftcards are an iffy thing to buy online since the balances on them can be verified from the buyer until they purchase them and you know how btc purchases go when you send the funds first. Undecided

Yup, lots of mistrust around, this is why I ask. However, I ve seen software which can check Amazon GC balance without actually redeeming it, I m sure professional traders use it.
