1461  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: The smartest investment choice. on: November 02, 2023, 02:04:45 AM

Own a Bitcoin today, and start from somewhere no matter how small.
Have not we are telling people this over the years? though it is not completely the same but the thought is almost and that is "invest what you can afford to lose"

from my own perspective , as how i see market from those years , the smaller we started is the bigger we may gain in each bullrun.

However, it is true that many countries do not want to accept Bitcoin because of the irreversible transfer. If I send money to your bank account, the bank will work as a media, there is a process to bring back that money, if I send money through Crypto, no one else can bring it back except you. Because crypto currency have no central authority. Many non-investors invest in Bitcoin due to the hype and then it becomes very difficult for them to understand what they are doing. I will tell them to invest in Bitcoin with very little information, it is nothing but stupidity in their case. Investing in Bitcoin is a smart investment choice but only when an investor invests in Bitcoin with proper understanding and knowledge.
That being said  , there is advantage and disadvantage in which important depending to your plans and usage.
1462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: next bitcoin? on: November 02, 2023, 01:35:05 AM
It's said for so many times that there will be a bitcoin killer, I'd say that forget about that and focus on what we've got as of today and that is with Bitcoin. There's no need to think of the next bitcoin because it is irreplaceable and if there is another project that shall emerge then it is because of what it is and not because it's attached to be the next Bitcoin. It's not just all about the price that it has got but look at the use case of Bitcoin. It's actually like dollar nowadays where you can spend it in many stores that accepts it as a real money. Unlike the next bitcoin you might be thinking is just a random token that nobody wants to use. That's the point, the use case that it has got and how many people willing to adopt it.
I was alarmed recently when I read that Quantum computer can end Bitcoins decentralization but seems it
 is fading story now , because still there are nothing that can kill bitcoin(not at least in our time now) having next bitcoin will be
impossible because how did OP expect people will trust another coin when there are already tons of Altcoin that investors can
use upon ? and how do expect something like this growth to take place when having bitcoin is more than enough to said its worth it?
1463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Simple Reason Why Bitcoin is not Money on: November 02, 2023, 01:11:53 AM
You have started 3 threads and all are against Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies and favoring FIAT

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;threads;u=3557311;sa=showPosts

I don't know what's your problem against crypto and why you are still here , don't you have any plans
of finding your path? because like all your concerns are not for this forum and we are not caring about your points because no
matter what you say we will continue supporting and using Bitcoin.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
this says according to Forbes :
Is Bitcoin a kind of money? Economists say that money performs three functions. It serves as:
1- A unit of account: It helps people understand how much wealth they have.
2- A medium of exchange: People use it to facilitate trade, to carry out transactions.
3- A store of value: People feel comfortable holding their wealth in it.
1464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lotteries and possibility vs. probability on: November 02, 2023, 12:53:14 AM
Yes, anyone who tries to buy or avoid lotteries from any position is right. No one should be looked down upon here. Because no one can guarantee. There is no guarantee that fate will ever favor. But many people try to keep themselves among the lucky ones. Everyone buys lottery tickets with the intention that even if the odds are slim, if luck favors them, their lives could change. I am sure that no one who buys a lottery ticket ever thinks that he will win the lottery especially the lotteries that have big prizes or jackpots. Those who buy lottery are optimistic and those who drink coffee with the lottery budget they are conscious.
A scenario played out today while I was gambling,  I made a bet of a total of 5 odds and made a stake on 0.00004BTC which amounted to around a total payout of 0.0002 btc,  this winning amount was so sure and I hard higher balance to stake on it but the fear of the possible outcome made me to withheld from staking the entire amount,  but to my greatest surprise,  I won the game and this game me a lot of excitement and sense of fulfilment.
Same thing with littwries,  once you pick a ticket the remaining is left for luck and other things,  so hitting a jackpot in lotteries is just by luck.
well , I remember that there are thread i come to cross here about some people/group that spend time,
effort and money just to beat the lotteries and yes they made it meaning that Math can conquer luck in this sense but yes some of them
 losses bigger than the winning so the ending is they did not fully beat the gambling but luck that they battle, some gone to prison and
 some are truly won, but yes gambling is equals to luck and if you are not willing to lose then never gamble at all,  you are truly lucky that
 time multiplying your bet to how many and yes made it to big winning before ending your gambling , COngratulations.
1465  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is doubling your investment more probable than we think? on: November 01, 2023, 11:14:39 AM
If you can carry Holding long time there is no need to doubling your investments
Because your funds will make its way to multiplier even how many than just doubling and also why bother to
add more when you are safer and contented in how much you are going to risk? remember that this market
is about risk and trust and also what we keep telling newbies to "Invest what you can afford to lose"
so why need to add more ?
another thing is that you don't know where is the right timing , so buying one time big time is for me the most appropriate and
more favoring still.I bought mine last year (though i still have some sitting in my wallet before that purchase) but I kept holding
and waiting for the perfect timing to sell them all, maybe in the next bull run effect that will settle late part of 2024 or
the last early quarters of 2025.
We know that people wont really be just that easy trying out to make x2 with their holdings but this is actually that we would really be normally be asking for more on which it is really that a common approach and which we know that there would really be people who would really be preferring on choosing altcoins rather than on sticking with Bitcoin basing up on the multiplier that they could get
then it would really be just that a normal approach that they cant really be able to possibly get with holding on Bitcoin alone but there's no doubt that when it comes to assurance then we can somewhat really that trust up to Bitcoin which we know that confidence is really there.
Doubling investment with Bitcoin? Yes, its possible and could be achieved or even more but doesnt mean that you would really be just limiting yourself into a single investment on a single coin.
You could really always have the option and choices whether you would really be considering other stuffs as well like altcoins or other projects which you do
seem for it to have the potential then you could really be having the choice.
let them stay in altcoin and besides it is their money mate and we have no power against them so if that is
their decision then be it, but mine? I only have some few of it that i tried to use as diversifying strategy,like what have said , there is
 no problem if we are to double our investment but the question is that are we ready for sideways? because there are no complete
assurance here mate so why need to double when you can invest what is available and not requiring how much.take your chance
 at any time you wanted and how much you wanted.people here keep digging to tell OP to double his money but are we really there
to double ours?  I don't have to because I already had mine and waiting for the dragon to take over the market.not just bull lol.
1466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Practices for Staying Safe When Gambling on: November 01, 2023, 10:53:28 AM
You just have to check out platforms like this, you can start with a small amount or you can do like me, participate in tournaments where you can easily get some money. I did that last tournament and won 200$, it's not a lot of money, but I got it very easily. So if you don't know what to do in the cryptocurrency market, try to participate in a Fairspin tournament, play their games or bet on TFS it's a great chance to win some extra money.
Does participating in tournaments actually have more chances of winning than loosing, isn't e everything under the same risk of gambling for loosing or winning, there have been lots of suggestion already discussed on this platform about various ways we can gamble responsibly and have the best way forward with our gambling experience, this is not mostly associated with the kind of games we play like the things we do.
Good point, they've got the same level of risk and for sure it's gambling and knowing how things work inside this venue, all are depending on
how luck and your skills will let you win.
There's no assurance and there's always chances that you may fall into addiction if you don't have that good control in making your decisions.
Though, if you have that good skills in limiting yourself and placing your emotion out while playing, you may have that chance
of doing yourself a favor and letting yourself away from any possible of risking more money.
We don't have to deceive ourse when gambling, everything we do have same risk as long as they are activities we participates under in gambling, we may choose to play safe after realizing the risk involved in the kind of betting we are going for, the level of the risk taken is from our own part to choose how far we want to take it, but not that some games are more favourable in luck than the other.
There is never be a safe in gambling because this is the risk we are going to take because you are dealing with Money
 multiplier and do you think that the gambling site or the gambling owner will just let you take money from their banks? lol their main
 intentions is totake yours and not to give you, some may bring you luck but a small chance than losing so be ready when conquering
gambling businesses because you have only small ratio of winning than losing , try to add happiness while playing so at least you
enjoyed if lose comes you completely.
1467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin looking like sleeping gigant in this bull run season on: November 01, 2023, 10:32:49 AM
I am still digging in my old computer from where I put my Litecoin in 2018 and still cannot find it till now ,
hoping that this growth coming when i finally find my Holding , Me and my wife are combining our time and effort to look at those
because my laziness in the past to save copy of my keys turns me to forgetting everything and now seeking where did I put my
30 litecoins that for sure will make me rich when the price goes back to its all time high like four hundred plus dollars .
its been a year now when I start looking for that funds because i thought i saved it in my hard drive but when i check it
no it is not there so am worried now.
1468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the last 5 years compare to now on: November 01, 2023, 10:11:57 AM
Well, it's nice to see how Bitcoin has changed in the last 5 years.back in 2017 Bitcoin was around $4000,  and there a lot of speculation if it will be a good ideal of investment.  With the pass years we have seen the up and down with price of Bitcoin nearly $69,000 @ November 2021, the price today of Bitcoin is around $21,000, which is a big huge change from the past few years. Bitcoin have a positive  value, it can also used as and asset.  In the past five years has been a huge growth, however institution that held Bitcoin and investment on it like Tesla , having a amount of Bitcoin on their account. This has brought a huge profit. The way Bitcoin is been used by large and small companies and organizations. Do you think this will continue in the coming years?
First it is not past 5 years instead 6 years because from 2017 we are in 2023 now and that is 6 years in total.
 second it is not 21k but now we are at 34k and I believe that just right after you post this bitcoin price starts to climb and yeah make it high
 instantly breaking 30k and above . also why need comparison just only from 5 years when you can try ringing from the beginning and see how
high it climbed each 4 years. and continuing in the coming years? this only shows how you are not really digging inside this market and just
putting your thoughts in short knowledge .
Well, it's nice to see how Bitcoin has changed in the last 5 years.back in 2017 Bitcoin was around $4000,  and there a lot of speculation if it will be a good ideal of investment.  With the pass years we have seen the up and down with price of Bitcoin nearly $69,000 @ November 2021, the price today of Bitcoin is around $21,000, which is a big huge change from the past few years. Today's price is $34k, not $21k, I wish it was still so cheap so I could buy more, unfortunately it is not. Anyway I really don't see why bitcoin shouldn't keep getting better and better, at this point is clear that the major governments are not going to ban it, more businesses accept bitcoin, more people know what they are, I mean, everything looks pretty great.
Mate if you are only reading the date when you are quoting , this thread created week ago so meaning that the
price really changed from October 27 the thread creation till now that we have already had a great climb last week.
1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market warms up, what altcoins can help me rich? on: November 01, 2023, 09:43:26 AM
I read some Twitter users with big followers that cryptocurrency market is going to be bullish.
Bitcoin halving will come in 2024.
Bitcoin will have a big bull run in 2024.
What altcoins can help me rich in 2024 and 2025?
Any idea?
never rely on what you are reading in Twitter because that social media is full of scam and liars so better
 be careful to what you are dealing and best to ask this forum instead,Halving is yes soon to come and it may or may not bring Bull run ,
but if you are asking if you can be rich in altcoins? how much richer and how much you can afford to lose if ever the market goes wrong
 way as you expected? are you willing to risk more money for this plans?
I may not be a good Investor and adviser but at least I know what risk means ,
if you are going to trust Ethereum and invest thousand of dollars now  then indeed you maybe rich from altcoin but how long can you carry?
1470  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $BTC soar beyond 35K or dip below? 🚀📉 on: November 01, 2023, 09:10:53 AM
Join the BTC discussion and let us know where you think it's headed! Will it skyrocket past 35K 🚀 or experience a dip 📉? Your insights matter, so cast your vote and share your crypto wisdom with the community! 📊
Specific time frame for this? because if you are asking for the whole thing then this is
just a peanut price because bitcoin expected to be reaching 6 digits or even 7 in the future . but if this is about only for the recent
pump? Bitcoin shows 34k increase so we are just 1k short before breaking it.
i am already having my plans and have sold some low moving coin for the next halving. I voted for 35k and up but even if it fails me? I care nothing because I trust bitcoin more than any crypto currencies.
Absolutely, the potential for Bitcoin is indeed exciting, and it's likely to continue its journey to new heights. While we can't predict exact time frames, it's crucial to note that regardless of price movements, using a reliable crypto payment gateway like https://coinremitter.com/?utm_source=rep&utm_medium=bitcointalks can be a smart move. It offers you the advantage of seamless transactions, enhanced security, and accessibility for your digital assets. Diversifying your portfolio with stable payment solutions can help you navigate the crypto market's ups and downs effectively. 🚀
And that is right that I diversified though just a few of my funds because I focused in Bitcoin with the top of
my funds and I am even willing to take to next level till how many months to take before tasting  my fruits , some more time like 6 months from now
but even if this took me another year yet I am ready to wait.35k is indeed the pump record this year but I cannot call that skyrocket because we have
been already at the 68k level and making it skyrocketing for me must break that at least 50k again.and now that we are nearly ending year so more
expectations from everyone but readiness must be the our weapon to survive and not to fall from making wrong decision.
1471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that you will be hold till next Bull Run on: November 01, 2023, 08:39:24 AM
I have chosen ARB and OP, and I have invested heavily in these two projects.
Well ARBITRUM use to be one of my Favorite coin back in 2021 because I was expecting this
to be one of the most growing coin in Bull market but I failed https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/arbitrum/ the chart seemingly
not showing any good any time very soon but its your money so it is up to you.
_____________________________________________________________________________
And about OP? if you are referring to Optimisim https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/optimism-ethereum/
Not sure if there are any best  waiting for you , at least not in the  next coming month but let us see this happening in 3rd quarter next year.
Update us to what happened mate.
Wanted also to Add mine like XRP (ripple) because this has been steadying even after winning the case
from US SEC so I believe that in the next Bull run  there are something better coming to this one.
1472  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying at 35k? on: November 01, 2023, 07:55:39 AM
Hallo people,
I bought some bitcoin at 26/27/30 and 31k. all profit so far, I am thinking about buying more, but is 35k te expensive to buy bitcoin?
What comes to your mind asking that when you have carried buying from 26k to 31k? it is a 5k distance yet you manage
buying so why not 35k? and actually it is still 34k in which you can still profit if you are willing to take that coins till after halving next year that
I do believe your main intention in buying at this level because if not you have bought when the price is below 20k .
As explained many times, buying at one point is always up to your carrying psychology. If you feel you can handle price stalling and sometimes even going down for months, you may buy right now and do nothing more. But personally I feel like 35k would be too expensive in current situation. Because we are not in bull market yet, its still too early as we have 2 more months in 2023. 25k was real bottom to buy I suppose, not sure.
Yup and OP did not even mentioned if how long he wanted to keep those coins in His pocket , because
if that is just for short time meaning this year alone , then maybe that is correct that 35k is high enough to risk , but if willing to
on the higher level meaning till halving or longer then its fine to take chances.
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: November 01, 2023, 05:21:33 AM
altcoin to look at in 2023 and it is very good for long term investment, then I believe the price can give me a big profit in the future is,
1. Ethereum
2. Binance
3. Ripple
4. ARPA
5. VeChain
If we are listing the coins in thread like this meaning we are the one who also holds them? because you seems
so confident about those listed 5 when OP is already drops Hers in the thread. do Ripple really has that long way to go specially in Bulltun?
do the support and holders will have their piece of cake when all comes to happen, because that is what most of XRP holders look at.
There are many top altcoins to look at in this year 2023, and there are clear evidence that I will achieve a huge amount of money before the end of next year which the price of all those altcoins will increase higher in the future. I don't have any doubt about Ethereum, BNB, Solana because they are in a good position to display what will give their investors encouragement to hold until the right time to release the altcoins to the market come before they can do so to enable them to achieve a passive income. Those altcoins I just mentioned has a good record that is giving investors the confidence to invest and hold like 1or 2 years before they can sell to achieve their capital back and add  incomes to it.
if you are going to buy now and yes will keep it , I think this will not took you 2 years because Bullrun is happening
any time next year , so you only have to hold a long 1 year before tasting that fruit though I already lose my confidence in SOL instead
what i have now is Cardano and yes Ethereum and Binance .
1474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will it affect your life if bitcoin price comes to $1 million per bitcoin? on: November 01, 2023, 04:35:35 AM
How will it affect your life if bitcoin price comes to $1 million per bitcoin ?
I have good chunk of Bitcoin now , My business is slowly dying so what could you expect from me?
will be very happy and satisfied if bitcoin turns 1 million as i can finally buy my dream Truck to use as personal and business car, can use it
for cargo business and also I can buy a close Van that needed for my business to upgrade , and also are you expecting something bad
from people here, of course everyone will be happy but not those who did not completely trust bitcoin though for sure altcoin will grow
also because it is a domino effect that we have seen for many years now that altcoins are moving up when bitcoin starts recording its
all time high.but fore sure this will happen in the next 2 or 3 halving so may take long time to wait , lets accept and have plans for the
mean time.
1475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi network mining on: October 31, 2023, 12:08:05 PM
Bitcoin has established itself as the number one coin in the market and its value and influence are unmatched.  As for the Pi network, I'm not very familiar with it.
Bitcoin has a great journey and I don't think so any cryptocurrency will over cross the Bitcoin. Bitcoin was the King. Bitcoin is King now. And Bitcoin will remain the Crypto King.
Bitcoin did not established as number1 coin instead it is the pioneer and proven its worth , but why need to
mention Bitcoin in a thread that specifically created for altcoin ? are you off topic by that? lets go back to the issue , PI mining is
 also offered via mobile , back years in our Local there are discussion about this and many said that this is another no future project,
 though now there is a value yet hard to have good exchange to list this so the value stays that low , I believe as of typing there is
25 cents usd value?and overcrossing bitcoin is impossible specially if coin like this, never that it will come .
I don't like projects like Pi coin, they have no good utility, they solve no problems on the blockchain, still this doesn't mean it can't do so well, people already embrace the project without a main net launch, I am surprised that the noise is this much and still going, if this project eventually gets launched it will be a success, but the long term development will determine its future because the developers are very slack.
They have been there for quite a while and still, they don't have anything to show from their development and progress, I think it is the right time to give their investors some preview and make them use whatever platforms they have even if it's not fully done because they can just simply update what's missing to fully have the platforms they were promising their investors and miners. But all they have done so far is just some false stories and false promises which I would not gonna believe until I see their platform fully usable for everyone.
The investors are starting to lose hopes and asking if there is truly a future towards this project , how much time
that they need to wait until claiming their fruits from that time frame of holding.
1476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever been a gambling addict? on: October 31, 2023, 11:35:07 AM
Just recently, I gambled away all of my winnings from contests, raffles, Bitcoin price predictions and even my earnings from signature campaigns. The reason I became addicted to gambling is that one of the casinos where I gambled showed me how it feels to experience being a winner. And then end up all my winnings .You know the dopamine rush you get from winning in gambling.
is that the beginners luck mate? or just one day they made you a lucky person that is why you have addicted for a chance
of experiencing same feeling once again,I believe that almost everyone of us have tasted that but others knows that it is just a trick and trap
of gambling site so they did not fall on that.
A couple of years ago I gamble every single day but that was fair and I think it cannot be called as an addiction as I have limits on how much I am willing to donate or lose a week since it is is a lottery. You can be an addict if you cannot control yourself with gambling.
that is a best to say , even you gamble each day at least you know how much you are risking and to be able losing per
gamble , attitude that will never bring you to addiction instead will keep you enjoying the game.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dangerous chasing losses on: October 31, 2023, 06:04:20 AM
I’m not a regular gambler nor an addicted gambler but I recently experienced a terrible chasing loss that start with small amount. I’m on a day off on my job right now due to my minor flu. My feeling got better while I don’t have things to do on my work dormitory so I decided to just gamble for fun only.
My game start by just betting minimum bet on a blackjack table with my initial deposit of 85$ which is my signature campaign earning last week. I lose my initial bank roll with just few bets on consistent losses. I decided to deposit again but this time with higher bankroll which is 250$. I bet twice the minimum bet this time since my bankroll is higher, the result is much terrible loss.
Lastly, I deposit 1800$ to have a better bankroll again, This time I’m betting like a high roller and lucky manage to recover my losses and bag 150$ profit.
Conclusion: I will never gamble again when I’m bored or chase loss small amount. With this exhilarating experience. I think I will stop gambling for a long time and reflec on what dumb thing I do today.
SS of my game history:
this is the effect if you let your emotion takes place when in gambling table because sure you will have wrong decisioning then,
Look at what you have experience from this and now you have learned your lesson that chasing losses is the stupidest attitude a gambler must have
even that I am not an expert but I know that when you chase losses is that how you are keep trapping yourself into another losses endangering all your funds
just because you believe that there are ways to recover those amount but the long you stayed is the more you losing.
you have a good winning history but made a wrong mindset , hope that there will be another chance to win again and never to let your feeling decide for you.
1478  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has anybody expected this? on: October 31, 2023, 04:50:30 AM
Not that I'm a charting expert or a good technical or fundamental analyst let alone a bear, but I'm really surprised at the spike that's happened, and which is probably continuously happening as of this writing. So far, the price has already hit above $34,000. That's already more than 12% in growth in just 24 hours.
Has anybody somehow expected this kind of thing? Has anybody had at least a tiny clue that something like this would happen? I know Uptobers have been good months, but every huge increase especially a sudden one must have a big reason. I'm not seeing one that could push such growth so fast. I was really caught by surprise. Will a Bitcoin spot ETF be certainly approved soon that insiders have already relayed to their bosses the good news and the accumulation has secretly grown stronger?
I was expecting this earlier actually when the fake ETF thing from cointelegraph affect the market and I though it is
the beginning of bull run but I'm wrong , because the pumping stopped just before the day ends and then after couple of days this happens
that the price starts increasing again and yes maintaining its position now at 34 thousand dollars value.
Am not fond in pump and dump market but how I see it now? this is not just like that instead a positioning towards 2 lines,
either pump will continue till December or another dump coming this next month before the December small bull happens as it seems to be a tradition
for how many years that the last month is pumping good.
1479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to find a meme coin similar to bnb tiger? on: October 31, 2023, 04:07:46 AM
Hello, I am a new coiner living in Korea. I want to make some money on the coin market, but I heard that the BnB Tiger coin has risen tremendously. A whopping 50 million percent... So I wanted to find a similar coin, but there was no information and I couldn't search on the Korean site, so I had to use Google Translate and post a question on this site.
I'm curious about the coin with the most views currently, which is a similar meme to the BnB Tiger coin. Not Pepecoin or Dogecoin...
another obvious SHILL POST from newbie and the cheap team advertising , this is how a most probably scam project ,
 I wanna ask why need to fake post? or why need to  use new account ? does the team cannot hire a ANN Thread creator for their
well there are already exposing post above and hope that everyone visiting this thread will take time reading and understanding those
If you mean this token BNB Tiger, what makes you think it grew by a "whopping 50 million percent"? The token appeared quite recently and its ATH is only a little less than 100%. Or it's just another PR for no one's unnecessary shitcoin. Plus, it says that "According to GoPlus, the contract creator can make changes to the token contract such as disabling sells, changing fees, minting, transferring tokens etc. Exercise caution." Which proves that this shitcoin was created just to make money from naive people who think they were provided with gem Smiley
Wow...thanks for exposing just another very, very risky proposition. I am sure OP is  just here to promote the said token so they can be able to gain more buying supporters. I am more concerned with newbies who are enticed into this risky industry all thinking they can one day be a millionaire only to find out they are duped. Of course, sometimes we can only blamed them for not researching enough and not doing due diligence. We do live in a world of Artificial Intelligence but also artificial or rather fake offers.
correct mate , thanks to @Xal0lex for bringing this here , so a fair warning to their targeted victims.
Now, my question is, does God play a part in our gambling activities? Do you think how much faith or not, we have in God (or whatever we serve as a God) has anything to do with how much we win or lose in sports betting and gambling in general?
When I was Little and my country football team is playing with another country's football team we used to call on the god of soccer to be on our side. I believe that they are different gods and there is a god of betting. But the funny thing is I do not know whose side he's on - the sportsbooks, the bettor, or the punter. Well, maybe he's just neutral like, an umpire.
this makes me laugh at some point  Wink really there is a God for Soccer ?  did not hear this just now ., but of course
as a kid we have tons of stupidity in mind we even called trash cigarette housing as Play money when I was young so yours sounds a legit
child's play. and also made me smile asking whose side the God if for sportsbook or the bettor  Smiley  hope you did a successful prayer those time
that your Soccer God sided with your team .
For me (my belief and thought ) God does not interfere in something that does not represent His name and Gambling
as Illegal in most religion(of course not in their government for taxation) so His presence will not as their also , yet there are many people
I personally know that even praying for the whole week when they are going to cockfight Derby to be champion , also they are offering
foods and even Money un churches to favor them in those event, funny isn't?
