Mental stress can affect your general wellbeing. Mental stress like work, financial problems, relationship issues and health problems can affect us mentally. So it is very important to take care of ourselves whenever we are stressed.
What I do when I'm over stressed:
1: I relax by taking a deep breath and meditate: This helps to calm my nerves.
Yoga for me , I have a friend that let me come with her at least once a week. 2: I get enough sleep: I don't joke with sleep. did you know most headaches are due to stress. Lack of sleep can cause stress and anxiety. Aim at 7-8 hours sleep per night.
this is the hard part , because nowadays I am so lucky to have 5-6 hours of straight sleeping. 3: I exercise: it makes me feel relaxed and energized. Aim for at least 30 minutes exercise 3 times a week.
I'm almost doing it daily in the morning and indeed its great feeling. 4: I don't over commit myself to work. I prioritize my time. I must not complete all task a day.
but it is our obligation mate, work is money. 5: If you have a partner, make sure to get
a good Orgasm 😄. Orgasm is one of the best way to relief stress.
What do you do when you are stressed mentally?

Honestly as this is a matter of investing, you should first consider base on your own speculations. If you feel definitely it will pump but your only fear is for it dumping back then it is less of a problem as you can buy as it is low then sell during the bull run incase it decides to dump back.
Investing in Solana is not a bad idea but base on deductive reasoning all Altcoins are basically of higher risk than that of Bitcoin l.
the problem of OP now is that Solana had already climbed high till today so if he is still in line to invest or there will be a dumping to come sooner . this is the problem of many people in crypto when they felt being lazy or late in having the right timing to buy and hold , because surely there will be either correction or dumping to follow any time soon. ...I personally feel little bit confused because somewhere I feel if I enter now then I will be doing it in FOMO. You should not experience FOMO, treat it like a train that left without you. You will certainly have other opportunities to make a profit. What if a new rugpull is in plan for crypto?
SEC denial of the approval can cause crypto to crash massively, if the ETF isn't approved by January buckle up for a spiral run down the hill kinda market behavior.
But alas, ETF approval have been around for year's and it has never been approved before, if it's a nO this time around it still won't stop Bitcoin from creating a new all time high.
The way consumers accept this bad news will determine how far Bitcoin can dip but understand that it's going to be a big opportunity to get more Bitcoin, do not follow the masses, as they can be easily lead astray.
this is truly an opportunity to buy more and keep the holding for a certain time at least the whole year of 2024 , because the way some says? the Bull market will happen in 2025 and not in the coming year but of course things may happen as unexpected so better be ready .thanks for this headsup mate I will definitely look at this scenario as I have ready amount to buy more before ATH happens again. |

Which is more entertaining? playing games listening to music or without music just sound of the games like roulette ball bouncing on the metal wheel or playing games in silence?
While listening to music its hard to control our emotions while losing and we are not able to concentrate on game. it is highly likely that we blow our account by betting high.
but it is more entertaining while listening music on low volume and playing games.

What do you think about USTC that was Terra Luna stable coin which fell from 1.00$ to 0.01$ cent
I bought some of them atm its 0.06$ as it had a jump does it have a chance to reach 1$ again and be a stable coin

Not sure if this is coming even in the future because who will trust Terra Luna in the first place? if you are expecting this to happen then sorry but it will not. and also one thing , what this could do for you? are you still holding tons of this coin? sad if you do mate. im pretty sure back in november there were pump for USTC out of the blue and it goes as high as $0.06 i guess he just get that fear of missing out and buying at peaks, honestly there's no clear and obvious way to predict a stable coin that has lost its peg its basically like we are talking about car that doesn't have engine, its existence in the first place is already useless and no it will not go back to $1 the value when the coin was still functional at best it will be pump and dump, maybe might reach $0.06 sometime but even then as the time goes, people will forget about this coin and eventually there will be no trading volume and therefore the lost of value. i just honestly don't such think coin like this could even exist for another bullish cycle, this coin still got volatile because some people just can't move on because they already lost a lot to this coin therefore the will to kept on trading to make up for their losses. Sometimes this is a normal attitude , I even close my eyes in the last bet that i have each time , when I spins my last money>? i cannot even look where this heading and that is the surprising part as for couple or more times that brings me wins while the entire gambling is a losing. This reminded me of times I have done what you describe here, I don't know of other individuals but I try different prediction superstitions and some work while other times it doesn't work. I know the reason behind me making the right prediction isn't because of the superstition I did but I just believe it as it's easy to think that way. I have closed my eyes and pick games, I have used only my left hand for picking my winning cards and it worked although not all the time. The pandemic times were wired times in my life of gambling, some days I don't bath to gamble as I believe I'll be washing always my lucky charms if I bathed. There are days that I won big the last time I gambled and I don't allowed anybody to see me before I play more games as I stay indoors always until I win again then I do it again to try and win more. Frustration. That’s the only thing that can make someone look for who to blame in a case like this. If I was in such gathering, I would ask this friend if they would still gave credit/blame to the person who introduced them to it. Let him stop looking for someone to put blames on and take responsibility for all the money he has lost. At least I can bet that he wasn’t forced into it but he saw it as an opportunity and rushed in. Instead of blaming someone let him look for ways to stop the addiction.
Blames is definitely a means not to get ridden from the gigantic level of commodities stock in the system. I'm not longer keeping anyone updates regarding the system, they come and see with enough evidence. Acknowledge and take full responsibility for whatever actions you carried out in the system and not lay out blames to others people in the system simply because you lost. It's official CZ pleaded guilty to a felony charge of violating money laundering laws. CZ's on bail at $175M. He's replaced by Richard Teng after he resigned as CEO of Binance. The exchange's got to pay $4.3B to settle the case. Did we consider Sam Bankman Fried & Changpeng Zhao would've been convicted criminals in 2023? there is nothing best that digital currency as you can use this in many ways with one instant form , use it for trading , use it for payment and even use it to give as gift everywhere in the world with almost instant transaction(i cannot say instantly because there are some delays even if you are using fastest coins). The effeciency of dgital-currency is powerful. Digital-currencies can extend financial services to unbanked and underbanked populations, allowing more people to participate in the globaleconomy.

SHIBA & ELON are both of MEME coin but Shiba is most popular coin and it’s a big community too and you know it’s over 7billion marketcap, on the other hand ELON is new coin even i heard it first time, i would not like to invest on such high risky coins. Well, even though I have been in this industry for several years, I still cannot say to myself that I am an expert in the field of crypto trading. Because I still recognize myself as a beginner. And that's also the truth—I'm still not an expert.
No one is expert in this thing , not even in trading not even in speculating but we can be a expert in making our money safer. and that is the reality in in crypto world so better learn that as a lesson. Maybe let's just say that I only know something about trading, and according to my analysis, it is possible that the price of Bitcoin will have a correction next year in the month of January or February. Right now, the volatility that it will show in the market is quite aggressive, so if you are a deep trader, you can keep up and get a profit from opportunities like this.
you are just assuming that because of the effect of halving next year , so maybe you are correct or maybe bitcoin continues to grow when ETF got approval and everything will change and make us all proud in the next year. |
