1461  Economy / Gambling / Re: CasinoX.World - online review guide on: August 08, 2023, 09:03:18 AM
I completely agree that for the convenience of site users, it is worth making a standard block of information on frequently asked questions and answers to them in such cases.  And of course, gradually build up and unify such information.  But of course so that it doesn't get monstrously big and long and intricate.  This work will further reduce the labor costs of employees for correspondence and the same type of user responses, which, by the way, most users hate and treat them as responses from bots.
This immediately completely spoils the image of a very good project.
Truly, if the frequently asked questions option is available, the stress on the customer care service for assistance and support would be reduced a bit because of the information contained in the FAQ option. Most visitors who are not patient enough to wait to get or hear from the customer service ends up bad mouthing them. As a result of this they would end up loosing more traffic so I'm sure OP is aware of this so OP would need much funds to sustain the project.
However, from my experience of communicating with support, I must say that the block of standard questions and answers, the creation of which is quite laborious, if it is really informative, it really reduces the load on support staff.  But it is quite difficult to make such a section qualitatively.
In addition, the standard behavior of a player in the event of a specific question of interest to him will eventually lead to his contacting a real support employee.  This happens to me in 80% of all support calls.  So it is quite possible that we are considering a section that will only partially solve the problem of mass appeals, but it is important simply even for reasons of increasing the prestige and sophistication of the site itself.  In general, a reasonable middle ground is needed here in terms of labor costs and the effectiveness of such a section of the site.

Most cases being reported to customer care service are sometimes very necessary but I believe with the FAQ, some cases have a minimal chances of being ignored  as they are very much important to both parties as be there might be some discoveries within which will need urgent attention. Possibly might be a bug discovered buy a member or otherwise. So it is very much important customer care service is functional and running.

Most times a customer care discoveries are of good effects to the casino because what ever they report to the team would be investigated and results being presented. Thus this result helps the casino to put up with things on their own end to deliver maximum satisfaction to their clients who patronise them.
These are the reasons why a casino should not ignore or abuse the customer care service so as to be on track for good service delivery as it is the major force of the casino.
1462  Other / Meta / Re: Save your nice merit records here - LAST UPDATE: 12/07/2023 on: August 08, 2023, 08:35:31 AM
I noticed this unique merit and activity record on Sir Royse777 profile this past weekend.
First of all you should present the images in correct format and crop them so they fit to the stats efficiently and secondly I don't see anything special in 3198 numbers unless it's 2 more to make it round figure to 3200 but still you should edit the image so it embeds properly without looking absurd.

Thank you for the observations. I think the image size fits in better, clear and easily viewable to all now. 3198 and 2198 looks quite cool as I think it is rare to see such number reflect at that same time similar but just a difference of 2 and 3 at the beginning of it all. Its nice though and I see it as unique.
1463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can someone explain how $1000 btc turned to $100 in wallet on: August 07, 2023, 04:14:26 PM
OP at first, it is likely the sender made two transaction at the same time possibly you were to receive something lesser from the sender than you expected or that amount was a wrong input by the sender and maybe they corrected it by using the RBF (replace by fee) option so that your transaction does not scale through that figure and I believe after the other transaction must have been confirmed then the sender likely allowed yours scale through by also using the RBF option if that is the case.

All these are just speculations though but it would be nice you put up the transaction ID so we could see for ourselves and be able to ascertain what really happened otherwise everything you read hear would be a guess work with no proof of action. If you can as well tell us the time of the day it happened then we could also tell what happened.

1464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: August 07, 2023, 01:12:10 PM
What makes you think that a person who is addicted to gambling won't just go to the settings and unblock the websites they use to gamble? The urge to gamble can make an addicted gambler do anything only to get access to gambling if they have got money, so this wouldn't really be able to stop them from gambling in my opinion. It might be useful if someone isn't yet addicted and they want to reduce their screen time with gambling because they can control the urge.

A gambler who has become a heavy addict can only be stopped if someone else helps them get out of it, maybe reduce their access to their devices or make them get access to only a limited amount of money and keep the rest somewhere safe so that they can use them later when needed.

This is same as you talking about self discipline and restrictions. Self discipline plays a big role in ones life by helping an individual to controlling their excess towards something and gambling is not exempted from it. As you can see, what I have said is not a difficult one for anybody who wants to limit or stop their gambling habits. Lots of people have contributed to this in one way or the other on how addicted gamblers can minimise their gambling habits and back to their normal self but I believe doing this takes a gambler who is prepared to do the needful in limiting their gambling lifestyle.

So therefore, if anyone is ready to limit their gambling habits, they could do just this small exercise so as to achieve their aim without any bias. It would not cost anything to just follow the steps coupled with self discipline and consistency.

1466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possibility of bitcoin adoption by countries when world fin. giants does. on: August 05, 2023, 09:40:15 PM
Using bitcoin for loans,I don't think this is a better way to promote bitcoin adoption. The volatile nature of bitcoin makes it very risky for it to be used as loans. You should also put into consideration that bitcoin is limited in supply and it is not controlled by the government, which will make it impossible for any country government to think of such.

Imagine that Country A borrowed a loan of 30BTC now that the price is 29k+ and to pay back in two year time with an interest of 5%. This is a suicide mission because it will be a cheat on the borrower or the lender. No need of the loan stuff, if only the big countries i.e the second world countries all legalise cryptocurrency then there will be a massive adoption of bitcoin because, almost all the third world countries depends on the second world countries to survive. So the third world countries will only copy from the footstep of the country that supports them financially.

From what I could understand here is that  OP is looking at the situation whereby the adoption of Bitcoin by these world financial giants as mentioned can pave way for the fast and speedy adoption of Bitcoin by nations who go to them for financial assistance. Since they have powerful influence and strong monetary policies it could be of help to make them adopt it smoothly without  any challenges.

I also was looking at your points though but do you not think these financial giants adopting Bitcoin alone will cause a fast increase in Bitcoin value which would drive massive adoption of Bitcoin in various nations. Looking at the loan aspect, Bitcoin can be loaned based on its volume and percentage interest could as well be in Bitcoin volume calculations as well. If possible,  the calculations should be in two ways; the monetary value and volume. This I think can be considered when giving out loan to nations interested in Bitcoin as loan.
1467  Economy / Services / Re: BC.GAME Account LVL 23 2.800$ Locked BCD on: August 05, 2023, 10:54:33 AM
Lately, there have been a lot of complaints about BCgame Casino. Accusations of scams and neglect. Possibly many people have had one issue with them in one way or another other and there has not been much coming up from them. I was curious when I first saw this thread and I had to see for myself.OP seems to be a newbie that calls for more concern as to why Open is putting up such an account on sale looking at the amount of money the account is holding. So I asked myself what must have been the major reason why OP wants to sell the account. If it takes real account holders time to get customer attention without even getting their problem solved is it an account bought that one would be able to resolve any problem encountered?

Lastly, just as one of the previous posters had said, what is the tendency that the account is a hacked account and the hacker trying to lay it off by coming here to sell it? Anybody buying should thread with caution.

1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: *** Exploring Unique Advertising Opportunities in the Gambling Sector*** on: August 04, 2023, 08:54:17 PM
Government did the kyc because of the anti money laundering act. So they want to keep watch of every transaction from every financial institution in their jurisdiction so as not to loss and keep anything suspicious on track. Be it casino, sportbook etc. As for casinos that claim kyc free, I  think that is just a stunt to gain traffic to their site and to gain more members because online gamblers prefer a kyc free casino to preserve their identity so those casino takes advantage of it to hold them down and when they win big, withdrawal is always a problem and they start demanding for kyc and if they are scammers they run away with gamblers funds.

Truly all licensed casino from the government demand for kyc as that is a criteria which they would require to do before admitting any gambler to opening an account with them and  operating as a gambler so as not to violate the country policies.
This is a must to know so that we won't end up blaming the casino. It's not their fault but they are only following orders and if not, something bad could happen on them. There might truly be a casino who are KYC free. What about the decentralized ones? But in order to be sure, we should make it a habit to read their terms and conditions.

A casino can promise to not have a KYC but it does not mean gamblers will now be crazy and head over them. There will still be doubts and I believe that many players will sacrifice their KYC only to have a peace of mind. I mean they know that the website is not scam and it has a strong security to prevent the hacker from accessing it.

It is true that casinos are being  compelled by the government to do a KYC for their members so as to know who they are and also to be on the safe side.

Currently, I do not think there are much KYC free casino and if there are, they are just wanting to get members to register with them so as to get the traffic but when it is time for withdrawal that is when you will know if truly they are KYC free or not but I think if a casino is wanting to be KYC free they should stand by their words and if they are doing KYC then it is a different game than to tell people that they are KYC free and at the entire end they take back their words and begin to do to the contrary.
1469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: August 04, 2023, 11:53:05 AM
5% of our net income is quite good amount to gamble and yes you are right that 5% of our income makes us a disciplined gambler which means if we steady to gamble that amount then we won't loss big amount of money and we don't have problem for our daily needs it because the 95 % of our income are budget for our daily needs so the existing  5% is for our happiness that can make a money if we have our luck in our side.
5% of income is bigger than annual interest rate from banks in many nations. It is very big amount if you want to use part of income for gambling and I think the amount should be smaller than 5%.

Not only because it is bigger than annual interest yield but it is also because you will likely lose the amount by gambling. But gambling is addictive and what will you do next after losing first 5% of income? Using another 5% of income to bet again? Repeat it a few times and you will reach to like 20% or 30% of your income and your life will be broken.

I would like to limit the amount to 1% of income for gambling.

That percentage is way too big though  and there are some people who it means nothing to but  on a normal, that percentage is too much an amount to put in for gambling. Loosing such amount in gambling is not worth it and makes no sense as some little percentage from that could be able to sort out some other activities.

Just as you have said, it is a repetitive occurrence which not need to be taken for granted unless it is an addicted gambler taking such a resolution in pursuit of wins and ends up loosing more than expected.

I support your idea of possibly using 1percentage of your income because there are no minimum betting limits in some casinos and there are some games you can bet little amount as well so one can be able to fit in without any challenges or denial if only they have gone through the verification process successfully.
1470  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: $20M stolen by "Zero Transfer Scam" phishing trick on: August 03, 2023, 10:53:22 PM
What a wreckage. So sorry he had to go through as such experience. This is why it is advised to properly look into your wallet to confirm address before conducting any transaction. Ok t does not cost anything to open both application or where ever you want to copy your wallet from for your own safety.

No matter what it takes me i copy my wallet directly from the source. I do not  rely on previous transaction to copy wallet again I make sure to copy directly so I do not make any silly mistake. Sometimes laziness is what causes such big mistake.

Possibly, there is tendency that someone close to him did that to him if not how come  they sent such attack knowing that he copies wallet from previous transaction without proper confirmation. I am just curious how he could just make such mistake looking at the amount involved in the transaction.
1471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: August 03, 2023, 10:14:54 PM

An addiction is something someone has to discipline himself on and one fail to do so then every other methods is just like a set back strategy for the main time.

That is it, it is either you pull yourself out if you want to stop or you are there. It is a personal decision to take and not by delimiting yourself from viewing casino apps. There are people who have worked on their emotion to stop but because they are not really serious, they are still struggling with it but some also have put themselves to stop finally. It is like a decision you take to stop smoking and other illicit activities like drugs, you have to put effort to stop it if you want at least by looking at the negative effect on you.

Truly self discipline matters if one must do away with an act which they are no longer convenient with. Do you not think disabling gambling sites on your browser settings could help added to your own personal decision?  Even if you are always online for the fact that you already have that features active on your gadget, that would help you maintain your balance and you will not be able to access such site  as  you have planned.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: *** Exploring Unique Advertising Opportunities in the Gambling Sector*** on: August 03, 2023, 10:04:41 PM
~snip~
~snip~
Crypto was initially design to be an anonymous platform with ones privacy intact but now the reverse is the case. Actually, it was the crypto exchanges that were held responsible by buy the government to enact the KYC policies which was followed and it has been a regular norm with the crypto exchanges now that every one member must undergo a KYC before they transact. Even at then, there are limits for verified and unverified account holders on Crypto exchanges based on your level of KYC accessment with the exchange with limits members to some certain amount of withdrawal.

With these measures, withdrawals are always tracked easily but the more the government of press, the more new means are implored by people to escape the KYC measures and as you have said, I would not doubt the fact that black market would be their alternative means or source of transportation.
But along with the development of crypto and the exchange business and other businesses, the government is suspicious of money laundering activities using crypto so the government is trying to find out who are the people who use crypto in exchange, gambling and other businesses. The government doesn't want to lose a moment. It can be used to track down people who do illegal business because it could potentially lose huge profits for the country.

Exchange or gambling businesses seem to know already the account characteristics of someone involved in illegal activity so the owners of these businesses may have started to suspect the movements of the perpetrators of the illegal activity. Business owners will immediately ask them to do KYC to find out the background of the account owner. And if they are suspected of having anything to do with illegal activity, they can immediately report the results to the government.

Truly the government is always on the track of account holders and you know they know themselves but one thing I believe is that the government knows all the money launderers in their various countries, they know those who indulge in nefarious act and would not go after them but are ready to trouble these organisations such as casinos, exchanges etc just to get revenue from them all in the name of keeping track of account holders. Even the casino owners knows this too. They know accounts of money launderers and others but sometimes they just disguise themselves and pretend not to know as to get their pockets.
1473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Promotional Material on: August 03, 2023, 09:41:26 PM
Very funny though but some one created a thread about this cartoon which he saw on YouTube past months ago. The one thing I noticed about this  is that it arouses one ability to being curious about something. In this case we are talking about Bitcoin and Bitcoin is a new technology which is still gaining attraction. If one sees the flyer and reading it, one would be curious to ask around or quietly do their due diligence to learn more about Bitcoin.
I think this would work in some places not everywhere. Like in my country, this type doesn't work here. They would think it is misleading and try their possible best to avoid such.
1474  Economy / Reputation / Re: Banned Accounts and their Merit Status. on: August 03, 2023, 07:57:44 PM
From what I could see here is that merit are rewards for a good contributions to the platform. It is a kind of a thank you for a job well done here. It also determines ones forum rank and as such very important on the platform. So based on your curiosity and to the best of my knowledge, merit are given to merit sources to distribute to members who are deemed fit to have it and as such every one member can distribute it accordingly to everyone who deserves it too.

Merit I think are not minted. Possibly, they are just some kind of distributive data in digits as they have no maximum or minimum supply in existence. They are given out by Theymos to merit sources to do their work and that makes it easier for everyone due to receive.

Since there is every tendency that merit is not minted, there is every possibility that it could be extracted from banned account but I don't think that would be necessary as it is clearly stated as uploaded by you OP. So Theymos distributing it is a good one to meet up with the activities on bitcointalk platform.

I had to go through each and every comment here and to be frank I love what I am reading. It is nice we have come this far and we shall continue to move forward together.
I know there are many people who were here before leo but that we do not know.

My joy is that Brainboss, Igebotz, Charles-Tim, Fivestar4evermvp, mpamaegbu and names too numerous to mention were able to coordinate things here and it paid. Here we are having fun on our own local board and hopefully, our childboards and more merit source request will be granted.

Congratulations to us all.
1476  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free Condolence Bonuses to Betnomi victims on: August 03, 2023, 03:13:58 PM
This is very nice of the trust dice team. At this moment when other casinos would be wanting to take advantage of this opportunity to get members to register and fund their account but trust dice casino is giving free bonus for the betnomi victim. This is a good one and should not be taken for granted by anybody.
My major concern is this, how would the trust dice team be able to conduct such exercise without facing challenges of giving bonus to people who would disguise themselves with the motive of coming to get the bonus when they are not eligible for it.

I will suggest they communicate with the betnomi team to get proper statistics of the affected members so as to facilitate the process without any challenge. If the need be, both parties should be able to give out codes to each member affected while trust dice holds such codes in their custody that any one who provides a code will be checked in and possibly all the details would be seen  with the amount of funds held. I think this opinion would work out fine to reduce the rate at which cheaters  invade and abuse the process.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: August 03, 2023, 02:53:37 PM
Making your life even busier with more things. You can do everything you want to forget it. Hang out with your family or playing something that will make you able to stay away with your gadget or pc. You shall think about how to avoid the thing that mostly used by you to play gambling.
TBH, anything will need process, but it can become the easiest way to lowering your addiction to the gambling. There must be an intention that came from yourself to stop your addiction.

You can't stop it instantly but you can stay away from it gradually.

Absolutely, you are correct  keeping in touch with friends, family, loved ones would definitely help alot and also going out at will to catch fun other than that would  help but doing away with your gadget most times is difficult most when you are mostly a Tech guy constantly online doing your job would definitely  put you up for it but of one can take a step to disabling the site from their browser and adds I think it would go along way to help mitigate the gambling addiction.
1478  Economy / Services / Re: I need Pertime online income platform. Perday [$5-20] on: August 03, 2023, 11:51:12 AM
OP  nothing good comes that easy. For you to get money, you must work for it and one must be skilled in one way or the other to get the job which would bring them the money. OP I like the fact that you came up being sincere and this would easily get you what you want.

I have read through and have seen many recommendations which are worth trying. Some are for skills development which would give you a good edge over others and making you self employed.  There are lots of skills if  you do not mind but your decision to choose the best match for you matters.

On bitcointalk platform there are lots of engagement that could fetch you income which I believe you know that already. You have long been a member here which you have been regular and active doing bounties but however, if you channel your energy in making good meaningful contributions here you would definitely grow in rank which would pave way for you to start earning by wearing of signature and avatar. This would also expose you to more knowledge and further develop your writing skills. The only thing you will have to do now is taking the bold step to achieving it. Although it  requires you being patient and being consistent would give you the maximum output you desire.

I noticed this unique merit and activity record on Sir Royse777 profile this past weekend. Possibly he might not have noticed it as he is busy as the case maybe. So I had to save it here for him. How unique it is to attain such height with this striking record. I checked and he has passed this number of merit on this screenshot as uploaded. I am happy about that and I think saving it here for him would be nice.

Looking forward to seeing you get more unique merit records so I could keep updating this thread.

Congratulations Boss.

Congratulations on your achievements. I am happy seeing a mother climb this height here. I could imagine  the task you go through taking care of your family and giving attention to what is happening here. I see how determined and  focused you are  irrespective of the nature of your work.

On your new phone purchase, that is a good move and a package well deserved. You worked for it and this show's that being diligent and hardworking pays. Not all women can cope with this task of reading and commenting here which is very much tasking coupled with the fact that you have a baby that requires constant attention. You have done well. I must say that you have a good and understanding husband who is supportive and encouraging because all you  have done shows that he really encourages you to be on the right track. Congratulations once again.
