Is here anyone, who would write excellent and long articles about:
- Why is pure Proof of Stake in Nxt best solution for cryptocurrencies?
- How can you mine Nxt only with solar energy?
- How could decentralized exchanges change the world? (no Government, no censorship, USA, China...) - + decentralized messaging, DNS
- The 51% Attack - technical details, history of 51% attacks, how it ended, Nxt solution (is Nxt safer than other PoS currencies?) (Ghash's pool is risking Bitcoin's security again with 40% of the network's hashpower and no one is talking about it. Pools of PoW machines with enormous hashpower is Bitcoin's most pressing concern and biggest flaw right now. Nextcoin is the best answer to this. Why is it not being talked about more?)
- Nxt: gaming friendly currency (vs. Litecoin, a graphic cards killer) - Due to Litecoin's difficulty skyrocketing there is a global shortage of Graphic Cards, which piss off gamers tremendously and drive up the price for grahics cards. NXT solves this. (Uniqueorn's idea, maybe reserved for him..?)

I propose to get listed as a speaker. There seems to be a January 31 deadline for this. I would propose to get in the Technical: Development, Implementation and Infrastructure speaker track. For a twenty minute talk, you've got to have laser like focus. Hey, guys and gals, I would be interested in representing NXT at the Texas Bitcoin Conference on March 5-6. I am in the American South not very far away (relatively speaking) and just checked, I can get a round trip jet ticket to Austin for under $300 if I book soon. The conference fee is $275 until the end of January, $325 starting in February. If the devs/community could back me for $1000 (currently around 10K NXT), I volunteer to cover this. I will kick in 20% of my annual vacation time from my day job. can't we do 1 main show 1x/week, 30 sec. or 1 min, for 6 months?...what would be the cost for this?
We could maybe go for main show / 1 minute for 3 months (as I suggested). If there was a chance to continue after April, we would record another messages. In 3 months we will know 2nd and maybe also 3rd part of BCNext's plan, so the interview would be much different than what we could record today. |

I'm loving this distribution model.
In order for someone to gain just 1% of NEM, they would have to create 40 bitcointalk accounts and pay more than .4btc in fees.
Compare this to NXT, where several people gained control of 4%+ just by sending 1 bitcoin.

yes, joefox would like to have his own Nxt show that would be built on the Let's talk Bitcoin platform. He would talk with Ricky, Pin, me, devs, helpers from all over the world... Then there woul be 1 episode of Let's talk Bitcoin about Nxt. Then there is a chance to be for 1 minute in every episode of the main show and present there our features to the audience, to the newbies. There is a lot of demythologisation we need to provide Here is the chance to speak directly to the 10.000 (+) crypto maniacs. |

Ah, ok. Then it depends on how it's gonna look. If it's: "And now listen to advertising! Nxt, nxt, nxt, buy, buy, buy!" then it's not cool. If it looks like we're their regular guests because Nxt is so cool that they want to have someone from the community to speak about Nxt in every single show then go for it. There are 1-2 minutes for sponsors (30 sec or 60 sec spot from the interview with Nxt speaker). Those sponsors would sponsor electrum, mastercoin etc... or NXT. |
